    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明電極と背面電極間に発光層が挾持された構造の薄膜
    発光素子において、前記背面電極を、発光層側にＩｎ２
    Ｏ３，５ｎ０２およびＩＴＯ（Ｉｎ２０３−５ｎＯ２）
    のうちいずれか１つから選ばれた導電性酸化膜と該導電
    性酸化膜上に形成されたＡ１膜との複合膜から構成され
    、該複合膜は黒色化されたことを特徴とする薄膜発光素
    子。
