    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 蛍光膜を透明電極と黒色背面電極とで挾持するように積
    層して形成された薄膜ＥＬ素素子子ガラス基板上に形成
    して成る薄膜ＥＬパネルにおいて、前記薄［Ｌ素子の黒
    色背面電極の端子部分を除く背面側領域に黒色背面電極
    と同じ構成の薄膜を形成したことを特徴とする薄膜ＥＬ
    パネル。
