Claims (1)
- 共通の透光性絶縁基板上に、第１の透明導電膜
、第１の光活性層、金属電極、第２の光活性層、
第２の透明導電膜をこの順序に積層形成してなる
複数の光起電力素子ユニツトを設けた光起電力装
置において、各光起電力素子ユニツトは夫々第１
、第２の透明導電膜及び相隣する他の光起電力素
子ユニツトから延在させた金属電極とを接続せし
めると共に、少なくともこの接続部分と対向する
当該光起電力素子ユニツトの金属電極の縁部に、
これを覆う絶縁膜を形成したことを特徴とする光
起電力装置。
