- 整列された発光部と、発光部の各々とオーミツ
ク接続され、巾広のワイヤボンド部を有した電極
を具備した発光ダイオードアレイにおいて、前記
ワイヤボンド部は複数列に整列され、発光部寄り
の列のワイヤボンド部の下層には、他の列のリー
ド電極が位置している事を特徴とする発光ダイオ
ードアレイ。
