第１図は本考案の一実施例としてのエンジンマ
ウントを示す縦断面説明図であり、第２図はかか
るエンジンマウントを構成するゴムブロツクの加
硫成形品を示す縦断面図であり、第３図はかかる
エンジンマウントを構成するストツパ金具を示す
縦断面図である。また第４図及び第５図は、それ
ぞれ、本考案の別の実施例としてのエンジンマウ
ントを示す、第１図に対応する縦断面説明図であ
る。 １０：第一の支持金具、１２：第二の支持金具
、１４：本体部、１５：大径側端面（第一の当接
面）、１６：突部、１８：側周面（第二の当接面
）、２２：かしめ部、２８：ゴムブロツク、３６
：ダイヤフラム、４２：仕切部材、４４：受圧室
、４６：平衡室、５４：第一のオリフイス通路、
６６：第一の可動部材、６８：第二の可動部材、
７２：第二のオリフイス通路、７４：ストツパ金
具、７６：変位規制部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 主たる振動入力方向に所定距離を隔てて対
    向配置された第一の支持体と第二の支持体とを、
    それらの間に介装されたゴム弾性体にて弾性的に
    連結する一方、前記第二の支持体に対して少なく
    とも一部が可撓性膜にて構成された隔壁部材を配
    して、該隔壁部材と前記第一の支持体との間に所
    定の非圧縮性流体が封入された流体収容室を形成
    し、更に該流体収容室内に仕切部材を配して、そ
    の内部を第一の支持体側の受圧室と第二の支持体
    側の平衡室とに仕切ると共に、それら受圧室と平
    衡室とを相互に連通せしめる絞り通路を設けてな
    る流体封入式マウント装置において、 前記第一の支持体及び第二の支持体の何れか一
    方に、前記主たる振動入力方向に対して直角な方
    向に延びる第一の当接面と、該第一の当接面に対
    して垂直な、前記主たる振動入力方向に延びる第
    二の当接面とを形成する一方、それら第一の支持
    体及び第二の支持体の何れか他方に、かかる第一
    の当接面上に延び出し、且つ第二の当接面に対し
    て所定距離を隔てて対向位置せしめられる変位規
    制部を備えたストツパ部材を設け、該ストツパ部
    材における変位規制部を、前記第一の支持体と第
    二の支持体との対向間距離が狭まるように、かか
    る第一の当接面に圧接せしめることにより、前記
    ゴム弾性体に対して予備圧縮を加えたことを特徴
    とする流体封入式マウント装置。 (2) 前記ストツパ部材が、筒形状をもつて形成
    され、その軸方向一端部が径方向内方に屈曲され
    て前記変位規制部が構成されている一方、軸方向
    他端側周縁部において、前記第一及び第二の支持
    体の何れか一方にかしめ固定されている請求項(1
    )記載の流体封入式マウント装置。
