の感熱式空気流量センサの縦断正面図及び側面図
、第４図は従来の感熱式空気流量センサの回路図
である。 １…ハウジング、６…差動増幅器、７…トラン
ジスタ、ＲＨ…感熱抵抗体、ＲＣ…空気温センサ
、Ｒ１，Ｒ２…抵抗。なお、図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路中に配設された感熱抵抗体と複数の抵
    抗とから構成されたブリツジ回路と、感熱抵抗体
    への通電々流を制御しブリツジ回路が所定の熱平
    衡を保つように制御する制御回路を備え、熱平衡
    の状態から流量を検出する感熱式流量センサにお
    いて、流体の流れの直角方向の略同一平面内に上
    記感熱体を複数個設けたことを特徴とする感熱式
    流量センサ。
