Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケース内に収納され被測流体の一部が通過
するパイプと、前記ケース内に形成され前記パイ
プが通る通路と、前記パイプに設けられた一対の
感熱抵抗体とからなり、前記一対の感熱抵抗体の
温度差より前記被測流体の流量を計測する熱式質
量流量計において、前記一対の感熱抵抗体を隔絶
するように一対の感熱抵抗体の中途の位置のパイ
プに設けられた第１の隔壁と、前記一対の感熱抵
抗体の両側に位置され前記通路を塞ぐように設け
られた第２の隔壁とを設けたことを特徴とする熱
式質量流量計。 (2) 前記隔壁と係合し位置決めする係合部を前
記ケース内に設けてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の熱式質量流量計。 (3) 前記隔壁が発泡部材であることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の熱式質量
流量計。
