Claims (1)
- 先端が閉塞した外筒と、この外筒内に挿入され
先端が閉塞した中筒と、この中筒と外筒との間に
充填された断熱材と、上記中筒内に挿入され先端
が開口した内筒と、この内筒内および上記内筒と
中筒との間に形成された空間に冷媒を通流させる
冷媒供給装置と、前記外筒の外周面に形成された
凹部と、この凹部内に配置された熱電対と、この
熱電対を覆うように前記外筒の外周面に形成され
た耐摩耗層とを具備したことを特徴とする温度測
定装置。
