- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試験管状に形成されたセンサ素子の中空部内に
ヒータを配設し、このヒータの発生する熱によつ
てセンサ素子を加熱するようにしたヒータ内蔵型
酸素センサにおいて、 センサ素子に面するヒータの表面に良熱伝導性
のカバーを被せたことを特徴とするヒータ内蔵型
酸素センサ。
