量センサの感熱抵抗体の配設状態を示す斜視図、
第1図bは同上感熱抵抗体の流体の流れ方向に対
する配設状態を示す説明図、第2図は従来の感熱
式流量センサの模式構成図、第3図は従来の感熱
式流量センサの感熱抵抗体の流体の流れ方向に対
する配設状態を示す説明図、第4図aおよび第5
図は感熱抵抗体の空気の流れ方向に対する配設角
度を変化させた場合の実験結果の検出特性図、第
4図bは従来の感熱式流量センサにおける感熱抵
抗体の流体の流れ方向に対する配置説明図である

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路中に配設され薄板基板に平板状に設け
    らた温度によつて抵抗値が変化する感熱抵抗部を
    有する感熱抵抗体と複数の抵抗とにより構成され
    たブリツジ回路と、上記感温抵抗体への通電電流
    を制御し上記ブリツジ回路が所定の平衡状態を保
    つように制御するとともに、この平衡状態から上
    記流体流量を検出する制御回路とを備えた感熱式
    流量センサにおいて、上記感熱抵抗体を上記流体
    の流れ方向に対して20度から60度の配設角度
    を設けて配設するとともに、上記感熱抵抗部を上
    記薄板基板の上記流体の流れ方向の下流側の面に
    設けたことを特徴とする感熱式流量センサ。
