Claims (1)
- 流体の通路中に配設され平板状の感熱抵抗体と
他の抵抗とからなるブリツジ回路と、感熱抵抗体
への通電電流を制御しブリツジ回路が所定の熱平
衡状態を保つように制御する制御回路とを備え、
この熱平衡状態から流量を検出する感熱式流量セ
ンサにおいて、上記感熱抵抗体を計測管路に設け
た一対の支持部材間に架設した熱絶縁性の可塑性
薄膜上に固着し、かつ感熱抵抗体と支持部材に一
体成形したターミナルとをリード線で接続したこ
とを特徴とする感熱式流量センサ。
