Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流体通路内に設けられた該流体の温度を検知す
るための温度検知抵抗５と、 前記流体通路内に設けられた発熱抵抗７と、 前記流体通路内の前記発熱抵抗に近接して設け
られた上流側感温抵抗８および下流側感温抵抗９
と、 前記温度検知抵抗および前記上流側感温抵抗を
含んで構成された第１のブリツジ回路と、 前記温度検知抵抗および前記下流側感温抵抗を
含んで構成された第２のブリツジ回路と、 トリガ信号によつてトリガされて前記発熱抵抗
および前記第１・第２のブリツジ回路に定電圧を
印加するための定電圧発生回路と、 前記第１、第２の感温抵抗のいずれか一方の温
度が前記温度検知抵抗の温度より一定温度だけ高
くなつたことを検出して前記定電圧発生回路をリ
セツトする電圧検出回路と、 該電圧検出回路が前記定電圧発生回路をリセツ
トするときに前記第１、第２の感温抵抗の所定の
一方の温度が前記温度検知抵抗の温度より高いか
低いかを検出することにより前記流体の流れ方向
を判別する流れ方向判別手段と、 を具備し、 該流れ方向判別手段の流れ方向および前記定電
圧発生回路による前記ブリツジ回路への定電圧印
加時間にもとづいて吸入流体の重量を得るように
したパルス駆動型熱式エアフローセンサ。
