Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路中に配設された感熱抵抗体と複数の抵
    抗とから構成されたブリツジ回路と、感熱抵抗体
    への通電々流を制御しブリツジ回路が所定の平衡
    状態を保つように制御する制御回路を備え、平衡
    状態から流量を検出する感熱式流量センサにおい
    て、ブリツジ回路の感熱抵抗体と直列に接続され
    た抵抗の端子電圧を入力され、該端子電圧が所定
    電圧以上のとき該端子電圧から該所定電圧を減算
    して出力する減算回路、上記端子電圧と減算回路
    の出力電圧を入力され、該端子電圧から減算回路
    出力電圧を減算または両入力電圧を加算する演算
    回路を設けたことを特徴とする感熱式流量センサ
    。
