Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路中に配設した感温抵抗と複数の抵抗と
    で構成したブリツジ回路と、流体流量に応じた前
    記感温抵抗の抵抗値の変化を感知して該抵抗値を
    一定に保つよう前記ブリツジ回路への供給電流を
    制御する制御回路と、前記供給電流に対応する電
    圧値をデジタル値に変換するＡ／Ｄ変換器と、該
    Ａ／Ｄ変換器の出力値に基いて流体流量を演算す
    る演算回路とを備えて構成された感温式流量測定
    装置において、出力電圧が前記Ａ／Ｄ変換器に供
    給される複数個の差動増幅器を設け、これら各差
    動増幅器に印加される基準電圧及び抵抗係数を異
    ならせると共に、前記ブリツジ回路の感温抵抗と
    直列に接続された抵抗の端子電圧を前記各差動増
    幅器に比較電圧として供給するようにしたことを
    特徴とする感温式流量測定装置。
