Claims (1)
- 流体通路中に配設される熱線抵抗と、該熱線抵
抗と同一雰囲気中に配設される温度補償抵抗と、
を含んでブリツジ回路を構成し、該ブリツジ回路
が平衡するように該回路への供給電流を制御して
、その供給電流量から前記流体通路を通過する流
体の流量を計測する熱線式流量計において、前記
熱線抵抗と温度補償抵抗に対する周囲温度が異な
る条件下において両抵抗値の変化量が等しくなる
ように、両抵抗夫々の温度に対する抵抗変化率を
予め設定したことを特徴とする熱線式流量計。
