実施例に係る円柱型の温度補償抵抗及びその取付部を示
した正面図、第６図は、同上の温度補償抵抗の熱伝導に
よる温度分布特性を示す図、第７図は、本考案の第２の
実施例に係る平板型の温度補償抵抗を示す斜視図である

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路中に配設される熱線および該熱線と同一雰囲気
    中に配設される温度補償抵抗を流体通路壁に立設したリ
    ード部材を介して電気的に接続して固定支持すると共に
    、これら抵抗を含んで形成したブリッジ回路が電気的に
    平衡するようにブリッジ回路への供給電流を制御して、
    この供給電流値から流体の流量を計測する熱線式流量計
    においてミ前記熱線及び温度補償抵抗の少なくとも一方
    ゛の抵抗本体とリード部材との間を、熱伝導率小の電気
    絶縁部材で形成した基材の表面に施した金属被膜により
    電気的に接続した構成としたことを特徴とする熱線式流
    量計。
