８・・・基体、ＲＨ・・・加熱抵抗体、Ｒ１，Ｒ２・・
・感熱抵抗体。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガス流通路内に平板状の流速検出素子と平板状のガス温
    検出用素子をガス流通路の軸線に平行に配置し、上記流
    速検出用素子の表面上にガス流通路の軸線に対してほぼ
    直角方向に延びる薄膜加熱抵抗体と薄膜感熱抵抗体とを
    並列形成し、ガス流通路内を流れるガスの流速分布に対
    応させて加熱抵抗体および感熱抵抗体の単位長さ当りの
    抵抗値を変化させ、流速の送いガス流と接触する加熱抵
    抗体および感熱抵抗体の単位長さ当りの抵抗値を流速の
    遅いガス流と接触する加熱抵抗体および感熱抵抗体の単
    位長さ当りの抵抗値よりも高くしたガス流量検出装置。
