Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定気体の温度を感じる第１の感熱抵抗体と、電源か
    らの電気を受けて発熱する発熱用抵抗体と、該発熱用抵
    抗体からの熱を感じる第２の感熱抵抗体とが、一定の方
    向に順番に単一のほぼ一様の厚さの基材上に付着形成さ
    れ、該基材には前記第１の感熱抵抗体と前記発熱用抵抗
    体との間で前記一定の方向と交差する方向に延びる溝又
    はスリットが設けられることを特徴とする感熱抵抗型流
    量検出装置。
