    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸入空気の流れに対して略直交する渦発生体と、この渦
    発生体の下流側に位置して渦の発生周期を検出する感熱
    部を絶縁性基板に被着した流量検出部を収装した吸入空
    気量センサにおいて、前記流量検出部を吸気通路壁に弾
    性体を介して支持した゛　　　ことを特徴とする吸入空
    気量センサ。
