Description
図1は、本実施形態のタイヤ1のトレッド部2の展開図である。図1には、例えば、SUV用の空気入りタイヤのトレッド部2が示されている。但し、本発明は、重荷重用やライトトラック用等のタイヤや内部に加圧された空気が充填されない非空気式のタイヤに適用されても良い。
使用リム:18×7.5J
内圧:230kPa

下記テスト車両にテストドライバー1名が乗車し、乾燥アスファルト路面を走行させ、コーナリング時の限界操縦安定性が官能により評価された。結果は、比較例1を100とする評点で表示されている。数値が大きいほど良好である。
テスト車両:3500cc(排気量)のSUV用乗用車
GPS台上摩耗エネルギー解析装置を用い、制動時、駆動時、旋回時の摩耗エネルギーを測定した。結果は、比較例1を100とする指数で表示されている。数値が大きいほど良好である。
テスト結果などが表1に示される。

Claims (13)
- トレッド部を有するタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部は、トレッド端を含むショルダー陸部を有し、
前記ショルダー陸部には、複数のショルダー横溝と、前記複数のショルダー横溝をつなぐ周方向サイプとが設けられ、
前記ショルダー横溝には、面取りが形成され、
前記周方向サイプは、前記ショルダー陸部のタイヤ軸方向の内端から前記ショルダー陸部のタイヤ軸方向の幅の30%~100%の距離を隔てて配され、
前記周方向サイプの深さは、前記ショルダー横溝の溝深さと同じかそれ以上であり、
前記面取りは、前記ショルダー横溝のタイヤ軸方向の内端からトレッド端を超えて延びる、
タイヤ。 - 前記面取りは、前記ショルダー横溝の溝幅方向の両側に設けられる、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部は、前記ショルダー陸部の前記内端を画定してタイヤ周方向に延びるショルダー主溝を含み、
正規内圧で正規リムに装着されかつ無負荷である正規状態でのタイヤ子午線断面の前記トレッド部の踏面において、
タイヤ赤道と前記ショルダー主溝のタイヤ軸方向の内端との間のタイヤ半径方向の距離Aが、前記ショルダー陸部の前記内端とトレッド端との間のタイヤ半径方向の距離Bよりも小さい、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記距離Aは、前記距離Bの25%以上である、請求項3に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記距離Aは、1.0~8.0mmである、請求項3又は4に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ショルダー陸部には、タイヤ軸方向に対する角度が30度以下の軸方向サイプが設けられる、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記軸方向サイプは、前記周方向サイプと交差する、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記軸方向サイプは、トレッド端よりもタイヤ軸方向の内側に配されている、請求項6又は7に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ショルダー陸部には、ショルダー細横溝が設けられ、
前記ショルダー細横溝のタイヤ軸方向の内端は、前記軸方向サイプのタイヤ軸方向の外端よりも外側に位置する、請求項6ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 正規内圧で正規リムに装着されかつ無負荷である正規状態でのタイヤ子午線断面において、
前記ショルダー陸部のプロファイルは、前記ショルダー陸部の前記内端からタイヤ軸方向の外側に向かって、タイヤ半径方向の外側に凸の円弧状である、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記トレッド部は、ショルダー主溝と、前記ショルダー主溝のタイヤ軸方向の内側に隣接するミドル陸部とを有し、
正規内圧で正規リムに装着されかつ無負荷である正規状態でのタイヤ子午線断面において、
前記ミドル陸部のプロファイルは、前記ショルダー主溝のタイヤ軸方向の内端からタイヤ軸方向の内側に向かって、タイヤ半径方向の外側に凸の円弧状である、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - トレッド部を有するタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部は、トレッド端を含むショルダー陸部を有し、
前記ショルダー陸部には、複数のショルダー横溝と、前記複数のショルダー横溝をつなぐ周方向サイプとが設けられ、
前記ショルダー横溝には、面取りが形成され、
前記周方向サイプは、前記ショルダー陸部のタイヤ軸方向の内端から前記ショルダー陸部のタイヤ軸方向の幅の30%~100%の距離を隔てて配され、
