Claims (3)
- 薄厚鋼材からなる外層と前記外層に重ね合わされる樹脂材層を備え、前記外層が接合対象物とスポット溶接される複層パネルであって、
前記樹脂材層は、その外縁において部分的に樹脂材が除去された切り欠き部であって前記外層の外縁に前記樹脂材層側の鋼材面が露出した通電可能部を形成する切り欠き部を有し、
前記切り欠き部は、前記通電可能部を前記接合対象物に向けて加圧した際に前記通電可能部が前記切り欠き部の内部で前記接合対象物に向けて変形して前記接合対象物に接触可能な大きさに形成される
ことを特徴とするスポット溶接用複層パネル。 - 薄厚鋼材からなる外層と前記外層に重ね合わされる樹脂材層を備え、前記外層が接合対象物とスポット溶接されるパネル接合構造であって、
前記樹脂材層は、その外縁において部分的に樹脂材が除去された切り欠き部であって前記外層の外縁に前記樹脂材層側の鋼材面が露出した通電可能部を形成する切り欠き部を有し、
前記切り欠き部は、前記通電可能部を前記接合対象物に向けて加圧した際に前記通電可能部が前記切り欠き部の内部で前記接合対象物に向けて変形して前記接合対象物に接触可能な大きさに形成される
ことを特徴とするパネル接合構造。 - 薄厚鋼材からなる外層と前記外層に重ね合わされる樹脂材層を備え、前記外層が接合対象物とスポット溶接されるスポット溶接用複層パネルの製造方法であって、
前記外層と前記樹脂材層を一体に加工した後に、前記樹脂材層においてその外縁を部分的に削り取ることで除去し、前記外層の外縁に前記樹脂材層側の鋼材面が露出した通電可能部を形成する切り欠き部であって前記通電可能部を前記接合対象物に向けて加圧した際に前記通電可能部が前記切り欠き部の内部で前記接合対象物に向けて変形して前記接合対象物に接触可能な大きさの切り欠き部を形成する
ことを特徴とするスポット溶接用複層パネルの製造方法。
