Description
Claims (21)
- 少なくとも1つの非金属材料の層(2、12)が少なくとも2つの金属層(1、3;11、13)の間に配されたサンドイッチパネルを半製品として製造する方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)の少なくとも1つを三次元層(3、13)として成形し、該金属層(1、3;11、13)は前記半製品の抵抗溶接が可能となるように直接機械的接触を持たせ、後続の製造工程で前記半製品を所望の組合せの処理法に対応させることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネルの製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記非金属層(2、12)は、最大で60%、好適には最大90%、最適には実質最大100%の調整可能な充填率で、前記金属層の間に形成された凹状空間に配することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記三次元層(3、13)は波型金属片であることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記三次元層(3、13)は該三次元層の表面が円丘状または塊状の金属片であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)は同一の金属から作成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)はそれぞれ異なる金属材料から作成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)は、前記サンドイッチパネルの熱膨張を左右する2つの異なる熱膨張係数の金属から作成することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)はステンレス鋼製であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)は炭素鋼製であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)は銅製であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)はアルミニウム製であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属層(1、3;11、13)はマグネシウム製であることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記非金属層(2、12)は高分子材料から作成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記非金属層(2、12)は樹脂材料から作成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記非金属層(2、12)は常温硬化性または熱硬化性の1液型または2液型接着剤から作成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記非金属層(2、12)は樹脂および硬化剤を含む2液型サンドイッチ接着材料から作成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記半完成状態のサンドイッチパネルを後続の製造工程で溶接することにより、前記半製品を所望の組合せの処理法に対応させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記半完成状態のサンドイッチパネルを後続の製造工程で抵抗スポット溶接によって接合することにより、前記半製品を所望の組合せの処理法に対応させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記半完成状態のサンドイッチパネルを後続の製造工程で抵抗ロール溶接によって接合することにより、前記半製品を所望の組合せの処理法に対応させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記半完成状態のサンドイッチパネルを後続の製造工程でレーザビームまたは電子ビーム溶接によって接合することにより、前記半製品を所望の組合せの処理法に対応させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記半完成状態のサンドイッチパネルを後続の製造工程でマイクロプラズマ溶接によって接合することにより、前記半製品を所望の組合せの処理法に対応させることを特徴とする方法。
