Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態に係るアクチュエータ100を概略的に示す図である。アクチュエータ100は、流体を作動媒体とする流体圧アクチュエータである。以下では、空気を作動媒体とする場合を例示する。
図2は、第2の実施の形態に係るアクチュエータ200を概略的に示す図である。図2は、図1に対応する。以下、アクチュエータ200について第1の実施の形態に係るアクチュエータ100との相違点を中心に説明する。
Claims (4)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内にスライド可能に収容されるピストンと、
前記ピストンから延び、前記シリンダの外部に突出するロッドと、
前記ロッドを回転駆動する、前記ロッドと同軸の回転軸を有する回転駆動源と、
前記ロッドを回転自在に支持する支持部と、
を備え、
前記支持部は、前記シリンダの外部であって前記シリンダと前記回転駆動源との間に設けられ、当該支持部の中心軸に対して前記ロッドの中心軸がずれることを許容するように前記ロッドを非接触で支持し、
前記ピストンは、静圧空気軸受としてのエアパッドが設けられた第1ピストンヘッドと、前記第1ピストンヘッドよりも前記支持部側に前記第1ピストンヘッドとは離間して設けられ、静圧空気軸受としてのエアパッドが設けられていない第2ピストンヘッドと、を有することを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記支持部は、磁力によって前記ロッドを非接触で支持するよう制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記支持部は、当該支持部の中心軸に対して前記ロッドの中心軸がずれることを許容するように前記ロッドを支持するよう構成された一条の玉軸受を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記回転駆動源は、ダイレクトドライブモータであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。
