Claims (2)
- ハウジングと、ハウジングに設けられる軸受と、この軸受の内輪と結合されて回転するスピンドルと、前記ハウジングに設けられて軸受の外輪に可変予圧を加えるための可変予圧ユニットと、を備え、
可変予圧ユニットは、前記軸受の間に対応される軸受の外輪の下面と上面にそれぞれ接触される第1及び第2の加圧部材が設けられ、前記第1及び第2の加圧部材の間に、シーリング部材によって区画されたチャンバーが形成され、前記ハウジングに形成された供給管路を通じて、チャンバーによる空圧または油圧を供給し、軸受の外輪に加えられる予圧を可変させる圧力供給ユニットを備え、
前記供給管路は、前記スピンドルの回転数に応じて空圧を可変させるレギュレーターに連結され、制御部は、スピンドルの回転数に応じて前記レギュレーターを制御し、
前記チャンバーに、軸受の外輪に定圧を供給するためのバネが更に備えられ、
前記スピンドルを駆動する回転指令がない場合、空圧が作用しないようにし、前記バネによる定圧が作用するようにすることを特徴とする、予圧の調整のための軸受の可変予圧システム。 - 前記チャンバーは、第1及び第2の加圧部材に引込部が形成されて構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の予圧の調整のための軸受の可変予圧システム。
