Claims (19)
- 移植時に弁の後尖に向かって配置されるように構成された第1の表面と、前記第1の表面とは反対に、移植時に弁の前尖に向かって配置されるように構成された第2の表面と、を備える接合補助デバイスであって、前記第1の表面および前記第2の表面は、第1の側縁、第2の側縁、下縁、および上縁によって境界が定められ、前記接合補助デバイスは、心臓が収縮および拡張し、前記接合補助デバイスに圧力を加えると、前記接合補助デバイスの形状および機能性を維持するように構成された形状記憶材料を含む支持構造を備え、前記接合補助デバイスは、血液の逆流が最小化または排除されるように、前記弁の後尖の上に新しい接合面を提供する、接合補助デバイスと、
環状アンカー、及び、二次アンカーであって、前記環状アンカーは、初期配備プロセス中に前記接合補助デバイスを弁輪に固定するように構成され、前記環状アンカーは、前記二次アンカーが配置されている間、前記接合補助デバイスを保持し、前記二次アンカーは、前記接合補助デバイスとその下にある組織とを貫通して、前記接合補助デバイスを前記組織に固定し、前記弁輪が、前記環状アンカーと前記二次アンカーとの安定した係合のためのしっかりしたゾーンを構成し、前記二次アンカーは中空であり、縫合糸が前記二次アンカーに通される、環状アンカー、及び、二次アンカーと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記接合補助デバイスは、弁輪を再形成することなく、接合のために前尖に直接係合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記接合補助デバイスと前尖の互いに対する対向または係合は、弁の閉鎖または密封をもたらす、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記環状アンカーはトルクシャフトによって係合される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記トルクシャフトは、前記環状アンカーと係合するように構成された、前記トルクシャフトの先端部に切欠を備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記環状アンカーに結合された縫合糸をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記二次アンカーは前記環状アンカーとは異なる構成を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 送達カテーテルをさらに備え、前記送達カテーテルは、前記送達カテーテルと前記環状アンカーとの間の一時的な係止を可能にする1つまたは複数の特徴部を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の特徴部は、1つまたは複数の遠位係止タブを備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位係止タブは形状記憶材料を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- ガイドワイヤまたは送達カテーテルが、前記遠位係止タブの間に挿入されるように構成され、前記送達カテーテルは、前記ガイドワイヤまたはカテーテルが存在して前記遠位係止タブを外側に押している限り、係止されたままである、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記環状アンカーは、駆動シャフト開口を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記環状アンカーは螺旋状シャフトを備え、前記螺旋状シャフトは、3mm~5mmの間の外径を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- アンカードライバおよび縫合糸をさらに備え、前記アンカードライバは、送達中に縫合糸と係合するように構成された係止部を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記支持構造は2つ以上のセクションを備える、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記支持構造は、前記上縁と前記下縁との間に延在するセクションを備える、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記支持構造は、前記第1の側縁と前記第2の側縁との間に延在するセクションを備える、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記支持構造は、前記接合補助デバイスと一体化されている、請求項1のシステム。
