Description
本発明の一態様によれば、超音波ミスト吸入器であって、以下の構成を備える。
- 霧化される液体を受け取るように適合された液体チャンバを含む液体リザーバー構造体
- 液体チャンバと流体連通している超音波処理チャンバ
ここで、超音波振動手段および液体チャンバは、以下の構成のうちの1つに従って配置される。
液体は、57~70%(w/w)の植物性グリセリンと30~43%(w/w)のプロピレングリコールとを含み、前記プロピレングリコールはニコチン及び香料を含む、ことを特徴とする超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 霧化される液体を受け取るように適合された液体チャンバまたはカートリッジを含む液体リザーバー構造体
- 液体チャンバまたはカートリッジと流体連通している超音波処理チャンバ
前記液体チャンバに受容される前記液体は、57~70%(w/w)の植物性グリセリンおよび30~43%(w/w)のプロピレングリコールを含み、前記プロピレングリコールはニコチンおよび香料を含む。

Claims (7)
- 超音波ミスト吸入器は、
- 霧化される液体を受け取るように適合された液体チャンバを含む液体リザーバー構造体であって、
前記液体チャンバが、前記液体チャンバの最大レベルを表す上面と、前記液体チャンバの最小レベルを表す底面とを有する、前記液体リザーバー構造体と、
- 前記液体チャンバと流体連通している超音波処理チャンバであって、
超音波振動手段と、前記超音波振動手段と前記液体チャンバの間に延びる毛細管要素とを含む、前記超音波処理チャンバと
を備え、
ここで、前記超音波振動手段は、前記液体チャンバの上面に近接して、または上面に配置され、
前記超音波振動手段は、少なくとも前記液体チャンバの上面に垂直な霧化面を有し、
前記超音波振動手段は、弾性部材によって支持され、
前記弾性部材が少なくとも部分的に導入される開口を備える内側容器であって、前記弾性部材が半径方向の溝を有し、前記毛細管要素が半径方向の溝を通過して前記液体チャンバを貫通する前記内側容器を含む
ことを特徴とする超音波ミスト吸入器。 - 前記液体リザーバー構造体は、内側容器と外側容器とからなり、前記内側容器が前記外側容器に囲まれ、前記内側容器が液体貯蔵器を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記毛細管要素は、前記超音波振動手段に巻き付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記弾性部材は、環状の板状ゴムから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記超音波振動手段を維持するための溝が設けられた内孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記弾性部材は、開口部に密に調整されて挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記液体チャンバに受容される前記液体は、57~70%(w/w)の植物性グリセリンと30~43%(w/w)のプロピレングリコールとを含み、前記プロピレングリコールはニコチン及び香料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
