Description

一种超声雾化式电子烟 技术领域
本发明属于电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种超声雾化式电子烟。
背景技术
现有的超声雾化式电子烟包括超声雾化器及对其供电的电池组件,具有以下缺点:
第一,超声雾化器中的超声雾化片垂直于或者平行于电子烟长度方向,因而在使用或存放过程中烟油容易浸泡雾化器内的超声雾化片,导致出烟速度减慢、烟雾量减小,甚至出现抽吸到烟油的现象,用户体验差。
第二,超声雾化器直接与电池组件组合使用,雾化器整体裸露在外,用户在吸烟的过程中,手持在雾化器外壁上。由于超声雾化片工作时的空化效应会产生高温,从而引起雾化器发烫,烫伤用户手部。同时,当雾化器漏油时,手部容易触碰到烟油。此外,由于雾化器整体裸露在外,因而容易损坏,使用成本高。
第三,用于控制电子烟工作的按键开关板上的按键开关通常比较小,用户仅能利用一个手指去按压该按键开关以启动电子烟。如果经常按压这个较小的按键开关,则手指容易疼痛,增加按压难度,工作可靠性低,用户体验差。
第四,现有超声雾化式电子烟中的超声雾化器用导油体均只包括单层导油层,贴附在超声雾化片雾化面的单层导油体容易被超声雾化片长时间的高频振荡所振烂,导致使用者容易吸食到导油体振碎产生的碎末,对身体造成伤害,烟雾口感差;此外,导油体被振碎会导致导油不畅、导油速度减慢,影响超声雾化片雾化效果,烟雾量小,烟雾口感差。
发明内容
现有的超声雾化式电子烟中,超声雾化片垂直于或平行于电子烟长度方向,容易泡油,用户易吸食到烟油;雾化器整体裸露,容易损坏,用户容易烫伤手部并触碰到烟油;按键开关小,按压不方便,用户体验差;超声雾化器用导油体均只包括单层导油层,容易被振烂,导致使用者吸食到导油体碎末,导油不畅,导油速度减慢。本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种超声雾化式电子烟,雾化器中的超声雾化片倾斜设置在电子烟外壳内,使用或存放时均不易泡油;由于雾化器内置且雾化器外侧壁不与电子烟外壳直接接触,电子烟外壳温度低,用户不会烫伤手部或触碰到烟油,雾化器不易损坏,使用成本低,干净卫生,按键开关操作方便,用户体验好;用户不易吸食到导油体碎末,导油顺畅。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种超声雾化式电子烟,包括超声雾化器,所述超声雾化器包括超声雾化片,其结构特点是所述超声雾化片与电子烟中心轴线之间的夹角为α,α的取值范围为5°~85°,α的取值范围优选为15°~55°。
借由上述结构,在使用或存放电子烟的过程中,超声雾化片均不会出现泡油现象,出烟速度快、烟雾量大,用户不易抽吸到烟油。
进一步地,还包括电子烟外壳及与该电子烟外壳相连的吸嘴,电子烟外壳上开设进气槽,电子烟外壳内设有第一支架,第一支架内开设用于容纳超声雾化器的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的中心轴线与电子烟中心轴线之间的夹角为α;进气槽、超声雾化片的雾化面、吸嘴依次导通。
借由上述结构,超声雾化器组装到电子烟外壳内部后,由于第一支架设置的容纳腔具有倾斜角度α,所以超声雾化器在电子烟外壳内部也具有倾斜角度α, 从而使超声雾化片在电子烟外壳内部也就呈倾斜角度α状态。由于超声雾化器装在电子烟外壳内部,因而使用时用户不直接手持雾化器外壳,因而不易烫伤手部或触碰到烟油,同时超声雾化器不易损坏。
进一步地,所述第一支架外侧壁与电子烟外壳内侧壁之间设有空腔,进气槽、空腔、容纳腔内侧壁上的过气槽、超声雾化片的雾化面、吸嘴依次导通。
借由上述结构,气流由进气槽进入电子烟外壳内部的空腔,再经过容纳腔上的过气槽进入超声雾化器,带走超声雾化片产生的烟雾后由吸嘴进入使用者口腔。由于超声雾化器与电子烟外壳不直接接触,可进一步防止手部被烫伤,同时气流还可以带走一部分热量。
进一步地,所述超声雾化器与第一支架可拆卸相连,还包括可打开所述容纳腔的上盖组件、可锁紧该上盖组件的锁紧结构。
超声雾化器做为单独的部件,当使用完可以方便的更换,保证使用的便利性和烟油口味的稳定性。
作为一种优选方式,所述上盖组件包括翻转盖及可压紧超声雾化器的密封垫,密封垫与吸嘴分别位于翻转盖的两端,所述翻转盖的一侧与第一支架枢轴连接,翻转盖的另一侧设有锁紧槽;所述锁紧结构包括旋转扣,所述旋转扣与第一支架枢轴连接,所述旋转扣上设有与锁紧槽相配合的锁紧扣。
借由上述结构,翻转盖的关闭是利用设置在第一支架上的旋转扣来固定。当超声雾化器装入容纳腔内部后,固定在翻转盖上的密封垫会压紧超声雾化器,避免晃动而影响电极接触效果,同时保证气流的正常传递,避免窜气和漏气。按压旋转扣下侧,使锁紧扣与翻转盖的锁紧槽脱离,翻转盖就会翻开,从而可以取出超声雾化器。
进一步地,所述电子烟外壳包括相对设置的上侧外壳和下侧外壳、相对设置的侧边外壳和装饰块,上侧外壳通过侧边外壳与下侧外壳相接,下侧外壳的底部设有底盖封口,上侧外壳的顶部设有顶盖封口,装饰块的一端与第一支架枢轴连接,装饰块的另一端卡设于上侧外壳内;所述电子烟外壳内设有按键开关板,按键开关板上设有按键开关,所述装饰块上设有与按键开关相接触的按压柱。
借由上述结构,握压整块装饰块,利用装饰块上的按压柱带动按键开关下压,完成开关动作。相较于原来的单个手指按压,握压操作接触面积大,握压方便,工作可靠,用户体验好。
进一步地,还包括压簧,所述按压柱穿过所述第一支架后与按键开关相接触,所述压簧的一端与装饰块内侧壁相抵接,压簧的另一端与第一支架外侧壁相抵接。
借由上述结构,当使用者握压开关时,压簧始终有个向外的推力,可以增加使用者握压开关的力度,增加手感,提升产品品质。
进一步地,所述翻转盖的一侧通过第一旋转轴与第一支架枢轴连接,所述第一旋转轴上套设第一扭簧。
当上盖组件的翻转盖脱离旋转扣的锁紧扣卡位后,第一扭簧的扭力会自动将上盖组件打开,方便超声雾化器的插卸。
进一步地,所述旋转扣通过第二旋转轴与第一支架枢轴连接,所述第二旋转轴上套设第二扭簧。
在旋转扣锁紧翻转盖后,第二扭簧的扭力能够压紧翻转盖,保证锁紧的可靠性。
作为一种优选方式,所述装饰块的一端通过第三旋转轴与第一支架枢轴连接。
利用第三旋转轴将装饰块固定在第一支架上,保证装饰块能正常握压,也能 有足够的力度支撑,不至于晃动。装饰块顶部握压行程较大,底部握压行程短,握压行程由下往上逐渐变大。
进一步地,所述电子烟外壳还包括与装饰块中心贯通区域相对的透明块,所述透明块的内侧壁与装饰块的外侧壁相贴合,透明块与第一支架卡扣相接。
握压整块透明块,利用装饰块上的按压柱带动按键开关的下压,完成开关动作。由于透明块覆盖面较大,所以用户握压方便。
装饰块的顶端设置有卡位,卡位直接插入第一支架和上侧外壳设置的凹槽内,当用户按住透明块后松手,装饰块在压簧的弹力下往外复位,此时装饰块和透明块被上侧外壳挡住,可防止其脱落在上侧外壳之外。
作为一种优选方式,所述进气槽开设于所述装饰块的外周边缘。
气流由装饰块周边的进气槽进入电子烟内部的空腔,再经过容纳腔上的过气槽进入超声雾化器,带走超声雾化片产生的烟雾后由吸嘴进入使用者口腔。
进一步地,所述超声雾化器包括雾化套,所述超声雾化片设于该雾化套内,雾化套内还设有烟油腔、连通烟油腔及超声雾化片的导油结构,所述导油结构包括导油体;所述导油体包括第一导油层和第二导油层,所述第一导油层的一侧面夹设于第二导油层一侧面与超声雾化片雾化面之间。
借由上述结构,利用第二导油层吸附住第一导油层被振碎产生的碎末,可以防止使用者吸食到导油体振碎产生的碎末,降低了对身体的伤害,提升了烟雾口感。
作为一种优选方式,所述第一导油层和第二导油层均为杯状,所述第一导油层包裹在第二导油层的外面,第一导油层的底面夹设于第二导油层底面与超声雾化片之间。
作为另一种优选方式,所述第一导油层为杯状,所述第二导油层为片状,所述第二导油层覆盖在第一导油层的内底面。
借由上述结构,第二导油层除了可以吸附第一导油层产生的碎末外,还可以及时地给第一导油层补充烟油进行雾化,使得导油更加顺畅,超声雾化片雾化效果好,烟雾量大,烟雾口感好。当第二导油层为片状结构时,第二导油层直接贴附在第一导油体内底面上,减少产品组装的操作难度,降低生产成本。
作为一种优选方式,所述第一导油层由耐磨材料制作而成。所述耐磨材料优选为陶瓷。
作为一种优选方式,所述第二导油层为滤网。
第一导油层和第二导油层的导油效果有差异,第一导油层主要考虑到不至于被超声雾化片振烂,第二导油层主要负责导油。因而第一导油层由兼附有一定导油效果的超高耐磨材料(如微孔陶瓷等)制作而成,第二导油层由导油效果较好的材质(如导油棉、高密度滤网等)制作而成。
进一步地,所述第一导油层的底面开设连通第二导油层底面与超声雾化片雾化面的通孔。
第一导油层上靠近雾化面的一面开有通孔,从而使得高频振荡出来的烟雾能够快速通过导油体,提高烟雾产生速度。同时,第二导油层所吸附的烟油还能通过该通孔快速地导到超声雾化片表面。
进一步地,所述导油结构还包括包裹在第一导油层外侧壁的储油体,所述储油体的外侧壁与烟油腔相连通。
进一步地,所述超声雾化器包括螺纹套支架、负极接触片、雾化座、负极螺纹套、正极导电端子及端子座,所述超声雾化片置于该雾化套内且垂直于雾化套的轴线,雾化座设于负极螺纹套顶部内,负极螺纹套的外侧壁顶部与螺纹套支架内侧壁底部相螺接,雾化套底端套设于螺纹套支架外,端子座设于负极螺纹套底 部内,正极导电端子穿过端子座并与超声雾化片的正极导电层相抵接;负极接触片的一端与超声雾化片的负极导电层相贴合,负极接触片的另一端穿过雾化座并与负极螺纹套相接触;所述容纳腔底面设有与正极导电端子相抵接的弹性电极,所述弹性电极通过第一接触片与按键开关板固连;所述容纳腔侧壁设有与负极螺纹套相抵接的第二接触片。
在第一支架的容纳腔底部设置有弹性电极和第二接触片,对超声雾化器的取出/插入具有推/卡效果,方便超声雾化器的插入与取出。
借由上述结构,导电性能可靠:弹性电极固定在第一支架内,被按键开关板上设置的第一接触片卡紧,形成正极电流的导通;第二接触片固定在第一支架上,当超声雾化器装入第一支架的容纳腔内,超声雾化器的金属外壳(负极螺纹套)将与第二接触片导通,形成负极电流的导通。
进一步地,所述超声雾化器还包括出气管、气管支架、吸嘴、雾化支架、螺纹套支架、负极接触片、雾化座、负极螺纹套、正极导电端子及端子座,所述超声雾化片垂直于雾化套轴线,出气管的顶端与吸嘴相连通,出气管的底端伸入导油体内腔,气管支架的侧壁顶端开设进气孔,出气管套设于气管支架内,气管支架内侧壁与出气管外侧之间形成连通进气孔与出气管的进气通道;气管支架外侧壁底部与雾化支架内侧壁顶部相螺接,所述导油体侧壁套设在雾化支架侧壁外,储油体外套设螺纹套支架,螺纹套支架上开设连通烟油腔与储油体的过油孔,雾化座设于负极螺纹套顶部内,负极螺纹套的外侧壁顶部与螺纹套支架内侧壁底部相螺接,端子座设于负极螺纹套底部内,正极导电端子穿过端子座并与超声雾化片的正极导电层相抵接;负极接触片的一端与超声雾化片的负极导电层相贴合,负极接触片的另一端穿过雾化座并与负极螺纹套相接触。
上述结构的超声波电子烟雾化器,导电性能可靠,气路不易堵塞,油路通畅。
作为一种优选方式,所述烟油腔由气管支架外侧壁、雾化套内侧壁及螺纹套支架外侧壁围成。
进一步地,所述超声雾化器还包括雾化盖,出气管的顶端与雾化盖固连并与吸嘴相连通,所述进气槽、空腔、容纳腔内侧壁上的过气槽、进气孔、进气通道、超声雾化片的雾化面、出气管、吸嘴依次导通。
借由上述结构,气流从容纳腔内的过气槽通过进气孔进入进气通道,从而进入超声雾化片,带动超声雾化片雾化出来的烟雾从出气管出来,经过吸嘴,到达使用者口中。
进一步地,所述电子烟外壳内还设有PCB板,所述上侧外壳上设有与PCB板相对应的导光条。
进一步地,所述容纳腔内还设有弹簧,当超声雾化器置于容纳腔内时,弹簧的底端与容纳腔底面相抵接,弹簧的顶端与超声雾化器内底面相抵接。
容纳腔内设置有弹簧,在上盖组件打开后,该弹簧将超声雾化器从容纳腔内弹出,方便用户更换超声雾化器。
与现有技术相比,本发明中的超声雾化片在使用或存放时均不会出现泡油现象,出烟速度快、烟雾量大,烟雾口感好,用户不易抽吸到烟油;使用时用户不易被烫伤手部或触碰到烟油,雾化器不易损坏,使用成本低,雾化器插卸方便,按键开关操作方便,工作可靠,用户体验好;可以防止使用者吸食到导油体振碎产生的碎末,降低了对身体的伤害,导油顺畅,雾化效果好,烟雾量大,烟雾产生速度快,烟雾口感好。

电子烟实施例一
如图1至图12所示,超声雾化式电子烟的实施例一包括超声雾化器Ⅰ,所述超声雾化器Ⅰ包括超声雾化片1。所述超声雾化片11的工作频率范围为1.7MHz至2.4MHz。所述超声雾化片1为实心压电陶瓷式超声雾化片1。所述超声雾化片1与电子烟中心轴线之间的夹角为α,α的取值范围为5°~85°,α的取值范围优选为15°~55°。
在使用或存放电子烟的过程中,超声雾化片1均不会出现泡油现象,出烟速度快、烟雾量大,用户不易抽吸到烟油。
电子烟还包括电子烟外壳Ⅱ及与该电子烟外壳Ⅱ相连的吸嘴3,电子烟外壳Ⅱ上开设进气槽20,电子烟外壳Ⅱ内设有第一支架21,第一支架21内开设用于容纳超声雾化器Ⅰ的容纳腔211,所述容纳腔211的中心轴线与电子烟中心轴线之间的夹角为α;进气槽20、超声雾化片1的雾化面、吸嘴3依次导通。
超声雾化器Ⅰ组装到电子烟外壳Ⅱ内部后,由于第一支架21设置的容纳腔 211具有倾斜角度α,所以超声雾化器Ⅰ在电子烟外壳Ⅱ内部也具有倾斜角度α,超声雾化片1就呈倾斜状态。由于超声雾化器Ⅰ装在电子烟外壳Ⅱ内部,因而使用时用户不直接手持雾化器外壳,因而不易烫伤手部或触碰到烟油,同时超声雾化器Ⅰ不易损坏。
所述第一支架21外侧壁与电子烟外壳Ⅱ内侧壁之间设有空腔22,进气槽20、空腔22、容纳腔211内侧壁上的过气槽212、超声雾化片1的雾化面、吸嘴3依次导通。
气流由进气槽20进入电子烟外壳Ⅱ内部的空腔22,再经过容纳腔211上的过气槽212进入超声雾化器Ⅰ,带走超声雾化片1产生的烟雾后由吸嘴3进入使用者口腔。由于超声雾化器Ⅰ与电子烟外壳Ⅱ不直接接触,可进一步防止手部被烫伤,同时气流还可以带走一部分热量。
所述超声雾化器Ⅰ与第一支架21可拆卸相连,还包括可打开所述容纳腔211的上盖组件Ⅲ、可锁紧该上盖组件Ⅲ的锁紧结构Ⅳ。
超声雾化器Ⅰ做为单独的部件,当使用完可以方便的更换,保证使用的便利性和烟油口味的稳定性。
所述上盖组件Ⅲ包括翻转盖23及可压紧超声雾化器Ⅰ的密封垫24,密封垫24与吸嘴3分别位于翻转盖23的两端,所述翻转盖23的一侧与第一支架21枢轴连接,翻转盖23的另一侧设有锁紧槽231;所述锁紧结构Ⅳ包括旋转扣25,所述旋转扣25与第一支架21枢轴连接,所述旋转扣25上设有与锁紧槽231相配合的锁紧扣251。上盖组件Ⅲ还包括套设于翻转盖23与吸嘴3之间的吸嘴密封圈43。
翻转盖23的关闭是利用设置在第一支架21上的旋转扣25来固定。当超声雾化器Ⅰ装入容纳腔211内部后,固定在翻转盖23上的密封垫24会压紧超声雾化器Ⅰ,避免晃动而影响电极接触效果,同时保证气流的正常传递,避免窜气和漏气。按压旋转扣25下侧,使锁紧扣251与翻转盖23的锁紧槽231脱离,翻转盖23就会翻开,从而可以取出超声雾化器Ⅰ。
所述电子烟外壳Ⅱ包括相对设置的上侧外壳26和下侧外壳27、相对设置的侧边外壳28和装饰块29,上侧外壳26通过侧边外壳28与下侧外壳27相接,下侧外壳27的底部设有底盖30封口,上侧外壳26的顶部设有顶盖31封口,装饰块29的一端与第一支架21枢轴连接,装饰块29的另一端卡设于上侧外壳26内;所述电子烟外壳Ⅱ内设有按键开关板32,按键开关板32上设有按键开关321,所述装饰块29上设有与按键开关321相接触的按压柱291。
握压整块装饰块29,利用装饰块29上的按压柱291带动按键开关321下压,完成开关动作。相较于原来的单个手指按压,握压操作接触面积大,握压方便,工作可靠,用户体验好。

在旋转扣25锁紧翻转盖23后,第二扭簧37的扭力能够压紧翻转盖23,保证锁紧的可靠性。
所述装饰块29的一端通过第三旋转轴38与第一支架21枢轴连接。

装饰块29的顶端设置有卡位,卡位直接插入第一支架21和上侧外壳26设置的凹槽内,当用户按住透明块39后松手,装饰块29在压簧33的弹力下往外复位,此时装饰块29和透明块39被上侧外壳26挡住,可防止其脱落在上侧外壳26之外。
所述进气槽20开设于所述装饰块29的外周边缘。
气流由装饰块29周边的进气槽20进入电子烟内部的空腔22,再经过容纳腔211上的过气槽212进入超声雾化器Ⅰ,带走超声雾化片1产生的烟雾后由吸嘴3进入使用者口腔。
所述超声雾化器Ⅰ包括雾化套5,所述超声雾化片1设于该雾化套5内,雾化套5内还设有烟油腔6、连通烟油腔6及超声雾化片1的导油结构,所述导油结构包括导油体4;所述导油体4包括第一导油层41和第二导油层42,所述第一导油层41的一侧面夹设于第二导油层42一侧面与超声雾化片1雾化面之间。
所述超声雾化器Ⅰ还包括螺纹套支架10、负极接触片11、雾化座12、负极螺纹套13、正极导电端子14及端子座15,所述超声雾化片1置于该雾化套5内且垂直于雾化套5的轴线,雾化座12设于负极螺纹套13顶部内,负极螺纹套13的外侧壁顶部与螺纹套支架10内侧壁底部相螺接,雾化套5底端套设于螺纹套支架10外,端子座15设于负极螺纹套13底部内,正极导电端子14穿过端子座15并与超声雾化片1的正极导电层相抵接;负极接触片11的一端与超声雾化片1的负极导电层相贴合,负极接触片11的另一端穿过雾化座12并与负极螺纹套13相接触;所述容纳腔211底面设有与正极导电端子14相抵接的弹性电极40,所述弹性电极40通过第一接触片41与按键开关板32固连;所述容纳腔211侧壁设有与负极螺纹套13相抵接的第二接触片42。
超声雾化片1的正极导电层设于底面,超声雾化片1的负极导电层由顶面沿超声雾化片1侧边延伸至超声雾化片1底面,因而实施例中的正极导电端子14与超声雾化片1底面的正极导电层相抵接,负极接触片11与超声雾化片1底面的负极导电层相贴合。
在第一支架21的容纳腔211底部设置有弹性电极40和第二接触片42,对超声雾化器Ⅰ的取出/插入具有推/卡效果,方便超声雾化器Ⅰ的插入与取出。
本发明导电性能可靠:弹性电极40固定在第一支架21内,被按键开关板32上设置的第一接触片41卡紧,形成正极电流的导通;第二接触片42固定在第一支架21上,当超声雾化器Ⅰ装入第一支架21的容纳腔211内,超声雾化器Ⅰ的金属外壳(负极螺纹套13)将与第二接触片42导通,形成负极电流的导通。
所述超声雾化器Ⅰ还包括出气管7、气管支架8、雾化盖19和雾化支架9,出气管7的顶端与雾化盖19固连并与吸嘴3相连通,出气管7的底端伸入导油体4内腔,气管支架8的侧壁顶端开设进气孔81,出气管7套设于气管支架8 内,气管支架8内侧壁与出气管7外侧之间形成连通进气孔81与出气管7的进气通道16;所述进气槽20、空腔22、容纳腔211内侧壁上的过气槽212、进气孔81、进气通道16、超声雾化片1的雾化面、出气管7、吸嘴3依次导通;气管支架8外侧壁底部与雾化支架9内侧壁顶部相螺接,所述导油体4侧壁套设在雾化支架9侧壁外,储油体2外套设螺纹套支架10,螺纹套支架10上开设连通烟油腔6与储油体2的过油孔。
气流从容纳腔211内的过气槽212通过进气孔81进入进气通道16,从而进入超声雾化片1,带动超声雾化片1雾化出来的烟雾从出气管7出来,经过吸嘴3,到达使用者口中。图2中箭头所示方向为气流走向。
超声雾化器Ⅰ还包括压棉弹簧18,压棉弹簧18的顶端伸入出气管7内并与出气管7内侧壁底端相抵接,压棉弹簧18的底端与导油体4内底面相抵接。
所述烟油腔6由气管支架8外侧壁、雾化套5内侧壁及螺纹套支架10外侧壁围成。
所述螺纹套支架10外侧壁与雾化套5内侧壁之间还设有用于密封烟油的密封圈17。
所述电子烟外壳Ⅱ内还设有PCB板44,所述上侧外壳26上设有与PCB板44相对应的导光条45。
电子烟外壳Ⅱ内还设有第二支架46,电芯47置于第二支架46中的放置腔内,PCB板44固设于第二支架46上。PCB板44上还设有USB充电接口441。
如图13所示,导油体实施例一包括第一导油层41和第二导油层42,所述第一导油层41的一侧面夹设于第二导油层42一侧面与超声雾化片1雾化面之间。
所述第一导油层41和第二导油层42均为杯状,所述第一导油层41包裹在第二导油层42的外面,第一导油层41的底面夹设于第二导油层42底面与超声雾化片1之间。
如图14所示,导油体实施例二包括第一导油层41和第二导油层42,所述第一导油层41的一侧面夹设于第二导油层42一侧面与超声雾化片1雾化面之间。
所述第一导油层41和第二导油层42均为杯状,所述第一导油层41包裹在第二导油层42的外面,第一导油层41的底面夹设于第二导油层42底面与超声雾化片1之间。所述第一导油层41的底面开设连通第二导油层42底面与超声雾化片1雾化面的通孔411。
所述第一导油层41由超高耐磨材料(如陶瓷等)制作而成,第二导油层42由导油棉制作而成。
如图15所示,导油体实施例三包括第一导油层41和第二导油层42,所述第一导油层41的一侧面夹设于第二导油层42一侧面与超声雾化片1雾化面之间。
所述第一导油层41为杯状,所述第二导油层42为片状,所述第二导油层42覆盖在第一导油层41的内底面。所述第一导油层41的底面开设连通第二导油层42底面与超声雾化片1雾化面的通孔411。
所述第二导油层42为高密度滤网。
如图16至图18所示,超声波电子烟雾化器实施例包括雾化套5,所述雾化套5内设有烟油腔6、超声雾化片1及连通烟油腔6及超声雾化片1的导油结构,所述导油结构包括实施例二中所述的导油体4。所述导油结构还包括包裹在第一导油层41外侧壁的储油体2,所述储油体2的外侧壁与烟油腔6相连通。所述超声雾化片1为实心压电陶瓷片。
超声波电子烟雾化器还包括出气管7、气管支架8、吸嘴3、雾化支架9、螺纹套支架10、负极接触片11、雾化座12、负极螺纹套13、正极导电端子14及端子座15,所述超声雾化片1垂直于雾化套5轴线,出气管7的顶端与吸嘴3相连通,出气管7的底端伸入导油体4内腔,气管支架8的侧壁顶端开设进气孔81,出气管7套设于气管支架8内,气管支架8内侧壁与出气管7外侧之间形成连通进气孔81与出气管7的进气通道16;气管支架8外侧壁底部与雾化支架9内侧壁顶部相螺接,所述导油体4侧壁套设在雾化支架9侧壁外,储油体2外套设螺纹套支架10,螺纹套支架10上开设连通烟油腔6与储油体2的过油孔101,雾化座12设于负极螺纹套13顶部内,负极螺纹套13的外侧壁顶部与螺纹套支架10内侧壁底部相螺接,端子座15设于负极螺纹套13底部内,正极导电端子14穿过端子座15并与超声雾化片1的正极导电层相抵接;负极接触片11的一端与超声雾化片1的负极导电层相贴合,负极接触片11的另一端穿过雾化座12并与负极螺纹套13相接触。
超声雾化片1的正极导电层设于底面,超声雾化片1的负极导电层由顶面沿超声雾化片1侧边延伸至超声雾化片1底面,因而实施例中的正极导电端子14与超声雾化片1底面的正极导电层相抵接,负极接触片11与超声雾化片1底面的负极导电层相贴合。
超声波电子烟雾化器还包括压棉弹簧18,压棉弹簧18的顶端伸入出气管7内并与出气管7内侧壁底端相抵接,压棉弹簧18的底端与导油体4内底面相抵接。
所述烟油腔6由气管支架8外侧壁、雾化套5内侧壁及螺纹套支架10外侧壁围成。
所述螺纹套支架10外侧壁与雾化套5内侧壁之间还设有用于密封烟油的密封圈17。
电子烟实施例二
如图19所示,电子烟实施例二的结构与实施例一类似,区别在于,所述容纳腔211内还设有弹簧48,当超声雾化器Ⅰ置于容纳腔211内时,弹簧48的底端与容纳腔211底面相抵接,弹簧48的顶端与超声雾化器Ⅰ内底面相抵接。
由于容纳腔211内设置有弹簧48,在上盖组件Ⅲ打开后,该弹簧48将超声雾化器Ⅰ从容纳腔211内弹出,方便用户更换超声雾化器Ⅰ。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是局限性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种超声雾化式电子烟,包括超声雾化器(Ⅰ),所述超声雾化器(Ⅰ)包括超声雾化片(1),其特征在于,所述超声雾化片(1)与电子烟中心轴线之间的夹角为α,α的取值范围为5°~85°,α的取值范围优选为15°~55°。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,还包括电子烟外壳(Ⅱ)及与该电子烟外壳(Ⅱ)相连的吸嘴(3),电子烟外壳(Ⅱ)上开设进气槽(20),电子烟外壳(Ⅱ)内设有第一支架(21),第一支架(21)内开设用于容纳超声雾化器(Ⅰ)的容纳腔(211),所述容纳腔(211)的中心轴线与电子烟中心轴线之间的夹角为α;进气槽(20)、超声雾化片(1)的雾化面、吸嘴(3)依次导通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一支架(21)外侧壁与电子烟外壳(Ⅱ)内侧壁之间设有空腔(22),进气槽(20)、空腔(22)、容纳腔(211)内侧壁上的过气槽(212)、超声雾化片(1)的雾化面、吸嘴(3)依次导通。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述超声雾化器(Ⅰ)与第一支架(21)可拆卸相连,还包括可打开所述容纳腔(211)的上盖组件(Ⅲ)、可锁紧该上盖组件(Ⅲ)的锁紧结构(Ⅳ)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述上盖组件(Ⅲ)包括翻转盖(23)及可压紧超声雾化器(Ⅰ)的密封垫(24),密封垫(24)与吸嘴(3)分别位于翻转盖(23)的两端,所述翻转盖(23)的一侧与第一支架(21)枢轴连接,翻转盖(23)的另一侧设有锁紧槽(231);所述锁紧结构(Ⅳ)包括旋转扣(25),所述旋转扣(25)与第一支架(21)枢轴连接,所述旋转扣(25)上设有与锁紧槽(231)相配合的锁紧扣(251)。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟外壳(Ⅱ)包括相对设置的上侧外壳(26)和下侧外壳(27)、相对设置的侧边外壳(28)和装饰块(29),上侧外壳(26)通过侧边外壳(28)与下侧外壳(27)相接,下侧外壳(27)的底部设有底盖(30)封口,上侧外壳(26)的顶部设有顶盖(31)封口,装饰块(29)的一端与第一支架(21)枢轴连接,装饰块(29)的另一端卡设于上侧外壳(26)内;所述电子烟外壳(Ⅱ)内设有按键开关板(32),按键开关板(32)上设有按键开关(321),所述装饰块(29)上设有与按键开关(321)相接触的按压柱(291)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,还包括压簧(33),所述按压柱(291)穿过所述第一支架(21)后与按键开关(321)相接触,所述压簧(33)的一端与装饰块(29)内侧壁相抵接,压簧(33)的另一端与第一支架(21)外侧壁相抵接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟外壳(Ⅱ)还包括与装饰块(29)中心贯通区域相对的透明块(39),所述透明块(39)的内侧壁与装饰块(29)的外侧壁相贴合,透明块(39)与第一支架(21)卡扣相接。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述超声雾化器(Ⅰ)包括雾化套(5),所述超声雾化片(1)设于该雾化套(5)内,雾化套(5)内还设有烟油腔(6)、连通烟油腔(6)及超声雾化片(1)的导油结构,所述导油结构包括导油体(4);所述导油体(4)包括第一导油层(41)和第二导油层(42),所述第一导油层(41)的一侧面夹设于第二导油层(42)一侧面与超声 雾化片(1)雾化面之间。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一导油层(41)和第二导油层(42)均为杯状,所述第一导油层(41)包裹在第二导油层(42)的外面,第一导油层(41)的底面夹设于第二导油层(42)底面与超声雾化片(1)之间。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一导油层(41)为杯状,所述第二导油层(42)为片状,所述第二导油层(42)覆盖在第一导油层(41)的内底面。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一导油层(41)由耐磨材料制作而成。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二导油层(42)为滤网。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一导油层(41)的底面开设连通第二导油层(42)底面与超声雾化片(1)雾化面的通孔(411)。
  15. 如权利要求10或11所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油结构还包括包裹在第一导油层(41)外侧壁的储油体(2),所述储油体(2)的外侧壁与烟油腔(6)相连通。
  16. 如权利要求2所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述超声雾化器(Ⅰ)包括螺纹套支架(10)、负极接触片(11)、雾化座(12)、负极螺纹套(13)、正极导电端子(14)及端子座(15),所述超声雾化片(1)置于该雾化套(5)内且垂直于雾化套(5)的轴线,雾化座(12)设于负极螺纹套(13)顶部内,负极螺纹套(13)的外侧壁顶部与螺纹套支架(10)内侧壁底部相螺接,雾化套(5)底端套设于螺纹套支架(10)外,端子座(15)设于负极螺纹套(13)底部内,正极导电端子(14)穿过端子座(15)并与超声雾化片(1)的正极导电层相抵接;负极接触片(11)的一端与超声雾化片(1)的负极导电层相贴合,负极接触片(11)的另一端穿过雾化座(12)并与负极螺纹套(13)相接触;所述容纳腔(211)底面设有与正极导电端子(14)相抵接的弹性电极(40),所述弹性电极(40)通过第一接触片(41)与按键开关板(32)固连;所述容纳腔(211)侧壁设有与负极螺纹套(13)相抵接的第二接触片(42)。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述超声雾化器(Ⅰ)还包括出气管(7)、气管支架(8)、吸嘴(3)、雾化支架(9)、螺纹套支架(10)、负极接触片(11)、雾化座(12)、负极螺纹套(13)、正极导电端子(14)及端子座(15),所述超声雾化片(1)垂直于雾化套(5)轴线,出气管(7)的顶端与吸嘴(3)相连通,出气管(7)的底端伸入导油体(4)内腔,气管支架(8)的侧壁顶端开设进气孔(81),出气管(7)套设于气管支架(8)内,气管支架(8)内侧壁与出气管(7)外侧之间形成连通进气孔(81)与出气管(7)的进气通道(16);气管支架(8)外侧壁底部与雾化支架(9)内侧壁顶部相螺接,所述导油体(4)侧壁套设在雾化支架(9)侧壁外,储油体(2)外套设螺纹套支架(10),螺纹套支架(10)上开设连通烟油腔(6)与储油体(2)的过油孔(101),雾化座(12)设于负极螺纹套(13)顶部内,负极螺纹套(13)的外侧壁顶部与螺纹套支架(10)内侧壁底部相螺接,端子座(15)设于负极螺纹套(13)底部内,正极导电端子(14)穿过端子座(15)并与超声雾化片(1)的正极导电层相抵接;负极接触片(11)的一端与超声雾化片(1)的负极导电层相贴合,负极接触片(11)的另一端穿过雾化座(12)并与负极螺纹套(13) 相接触。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述超声雾化器(Ⅰ)还包括雾化盖(19),出气管(7)的顶端与雾化盖(19)固连并与吸嘴(3)相连通,所述进气槽(20)、空腔(22)、容纳腔(211)内侧壁上的过气槽(212)、进气孔(81)、进气通道(16)、超声雾化片(1)的雾化面、出气管(7)、吸嘴(3)依次导通。
  19. 如权利要求4所述的超声雾化式电子烟,其特征在于,所述容纳腔(211)内还设有弹簧(48),当超声雾化器(Ⅰ)置于容纳腔(211)内时,弹簧(48)的底端与容纳腔(211)底面相抵接,弹簧(48)的顶端与超声雾化器(Ⅰ)内底面相抵接。
