一种电子烟 技术领域
本发明特别涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
现有的电子烟包括外壳、外壳内的支架、架设固定于支架上的按键PC板、外壳一端的吸嘴,其具有下述缺点:
第一,吸嘴通过螺纹旋紧方式与外壳连接,由于经常旋转吸嘴,螺纹容易磨损打滑,连接方式不可靠,增加使用成本,操作也不方便。
第二,为了增加手部操作按键PC板的接触面积,避免按键造成手指不适,出现了利用外壳的侧面板作为按键壳的电子烟,其中按键壳的底部通过轴与支架转动相连,按键壳的内侧面底部设有可与按键PC板相抵接的凸部,按键壳可绕所述轴转动并带动所述凸部与按键PC板抵接,控制电子烟电路接通。由于利用外壳的侧面板作为按键壳使用,按键壳的受力面积较大,因而极易出现按键壳受力不均匀而变形偏转,按键壳底部的凸部无法与按键PC板相抵接,出现按键PC板开关触发不良的情况,工作可靠性低,用户体验差。
第三,在吸烟的过程中经常出现吸到烟油及烟雾温度过高烫嘴的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种电子烟,吸嘴与外壳连接方式可靠,操作方便,按键PC板触发效率高、可靠性高,解决吸食到烟油及烟雾烫嘴的问题,因此用户体验好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种电子烟,包括外壳和吸嘴,外壳内设有支架,其结构特点是还包括可盖住外壳开口的顶盖,所述吸嘴设于顶盖顶部,所述顶盖的至少一端与支架转动相连,顶盖的底部设有卡位筋,外壳内还设有与卡位筋锁扣相连的锁紧机构。
借由上述结构,当锁紧机构锁扣住卡位筋时,顶盖盖合在外壳开口之内或之外;当锁紧机构解锁卡位筋时,即可打开顶盖,断开吸嘴与外壳之间的连接。由于采用锁紧机构锁紧顶盖的形式实现吸嘴与外壳的间接连接,避免使用螺纹旋紧方式,因而不存在螺纹磨损打滑的问题,同时,利用锁紧机构锁紧或解锁卡位筋的形式操作方便,连接可靠,成本低。当顶盖开启后,可将雾化组件等部件放入外壳或取出,操作简单,方便可靠。
进一步地,外壳内还设有用于在锁紧机构与卡位筋相分离时打开顶盖的弹性机构。
借由上述结构,当锁紧机构解锁卡位筋时,弹性机构的弹力将顶盖弹开,操作方便。
作为一种优选方式,顶盖的至少一端通过转轴与支架转动相连,所述弹性机构包括位于支架与外壳之间的扭簧,扭簧套设于转轴外。
作为一种优选方式,所述锁紧机构包括按键柄、传动件与第一弹簧,传动件上具有与卡位筋相对应的卡扣部;传动件与第一弹簧设于支架上,按键柄的一端与传动件相连,按键柄的另一端穿过外壳并外露。
借由上述结构,顶盖封住外壳开口时,卡扣部与卡位筋相互卡紧;向内侧推动按键柄时,按键柄带动传动件向内侧移动并使得卡扣部与卡位筋解锁,同时按 键柄压缩第一弹簧。当有外力按住按键柄时,传动件随按键柄向电子烟内部移动,从而传动件上的卡扣部脱离顶盖上的卡位筋,卡扣部与卡位筋解锁,顶盖在扭簧的扭力作用下翻转,即顶盖翻转打开,进而可以将雾化组件等从外壳内取出更换或清洁用于放置雾化组件的容纳仓,提升用户体验。松开按键柄,按键柄和传动件在第一弹簧的回复力的作用下复位。当顶盖闭合时,卡扣部卡住卡位筋使顶盖稳定卡住,防止雾化组件被自动弹出而影响吸烟效果。
作为一种优选方式,所述顶盖底部对称设有两个卡位筋,所述外壳内对应设有两个锁紧机构。
电子烟的两侧均设置有锁紧机构,每个按键柄均独立设置,当用户需要打开顶盖更换雾化组件时,需要同时按住两侧的按键柄才能开启顶盖,符合人体操作习惯,操作简单方便,受力均匀,顶盖在开启的过程中不会出现卡住或卡顿的现象。
进一步地,所述外壳的一侧面板为与外壳可拆卸相连的按键壳,按键壳的底部通过按键轴与支架转动相连,按键壳的上部与支架上的联动块传动相连,联动块上设有可与按键PC板相抵接的凸部,所述联动块与按键PC板之间设有第二弹簧。
借由上述结构,由于设置了与按键壳上部传动连接的按键轴,因而施加在按键壳上的力集中在活动件上,在通过活动件抵接控制按键PC板,电路导通。同时根据杠杆原理,这种控制方式不仅力量集中,且省时省力,手感更好,增强用户体验。
作为一种优选方式,所述按键壳的内侧两边对称开设两个第一凹槽,所述联动块上具有与所述第一凹槽相对应的两个凸起,所述支架上具有与所述凸起相对应的两个第二凹槽。
按键壳的内侧两边对称开设两个第一凹槽,联动块上具有与所述第一凹槽相对应的两个凸起,凸起在对应的第二凹槽内移动。第一凹槽与凸起相配合,防止按键壳与联动块脱离连接。同时由于第一凹槽和凸起配合结构对称设置,使得按键壳在受外力作用下时,按键PC板受力均匀,提升按键手感、更省力及抵触按键PC板上开关的效率更高,同时也不会出现因受力不均而卡顿的现象。
进一步地,支架上还设有固定块,两个第二凹槽中的一个为开设在支架上的椭圆形凹槽,两个第二凹槽中的另一个为由固定块上的半椭圆形凹槽和支架上的半椭圆形凹槽形成的椭圆形凹槽。
由固定块与支架围成一个椭圆形凹槽,方便组装。
进一步地,还包括雾化组件,所述支架上开设用于放置雾化组件的容纳仓,所述容纳仓底部设有可与雾化组件一极电连接的第一电极,容纳仓底部设有可与雾化组件另一极电连接的第二电极。
当雾化组件置于容纳仓内,且顶盖盖合时,雾化组件两极分别与第一电极和第二电极接触,工作回路连通。
进一步地,所述顶盖通过雾化组件与第一电极及第二电极相抵接。
电子烟的雾化组件通过顶盖挤压锁紧,使雾化组件与支架内设置有的第一电极和第二电极形成稳定电连接。
进一步地,外壳内还设有第三弹簧,第三弹簧的一端与第一电极相抵接,第三弹簧的另一端与支架相抵接。
进一步地,外壳内还设有第四弹簧,第四弹簧的一端与第二电极相抵接,第四弹簧的另一端与支架相抵接。
锁紧机构锁紧顶盖后,顶盖通过雾化组件压缩第一电极对应的第三弹簧,顶盖通过雾化组件压缩第二电极对应的第四弹簧,以使得在打开顶盖后雾化组件自 动弹出,操作简便、取出或装入雾化组件方便。同时,由于雾化组件与第一电极、第二电极之间的连接为柔性接触,避免刚性接触,导电可靠性高。
作为一种优选方式,所述雾化组件包括壳体,壳体内设有油仓、导油机构及超声雾化片,油仓通过导油机构与超声雾化片雾化面相连通,超声雾化片的一电极层与第一电极电连接,超声雾化片的另一电极层与第二电极电连接。
进一步地,壳体内还设有第一管,第一管一端具有挡板部,油仓位于挡板部一侧,导油机构位于挡板部另一侧,油仓与导油机构之间仅通过挡板部上的第一通孔连通。
由于油仓与导油机构之间仅仅通过挡板部上的第一通孔相连通,因而导油速率比较慢,可以避免长期不使用电子烟时超声雾化片泡油的现象,提高超声雾化片的启动速度以及避免用户在吸烟的过程中容易吸食到烟油的现象。
进一步地,第一管内设有第二管,第一管的另一端及第二管一端均通过连接件与壳体一端相连,连接件内设有腔体,腔体通过连接件上的第二通孔与外界相通,第一管与第二管之间形成通道,腔体、通道、超声雾化片雾化面、第二管内腔、吸嘴依次相通。
借由上述结构,由于腔体设置于第二管的出气端,因而腔体内的空气会吸收流经第二管出气端气流的部分热量,降低从吸嘴流出气流的温度,防止烫伤口腔;同时,由于腔体内的空气通过通道到达超声雾化片雾化面,从而避免冷空气直接到达超声雾化片雾化面,提升超声雾化片的工作效率及雾化量。
与现有技术相比,本发明吸嘴与外壳连接方式可靠,操作方便,按键PC板触发效率高、可靠性高、省时省力,超声雾化片启动速度快,工作效率高,烟雾量稳定,避免吸食到烟油或烫嘴,烟雾口感好,用户体验好。

具体实施方式
如图1至图7所示,本发明的一实施例包括外壳1和吸嘴2,外壳1内设有支架3,还包括可对外壳1封口的顶盖4,所述吸嘴2设于顶盖4顶部,所述顶盖4的一端通过转轴5与支架3转动相连,顶盖4的底部设有卡位筋6,外壳1内还设有与卡位筋6锁扣相连的锁紧机构7。其中锁扣相连包括有磁铁相吸相连、 卡扣扣住相连等连接方式,只要能够将顶盖4稳定盖合在外壳1开口上,同时在需要打开外壳1开口时,顶盖4至少一端与外壳1相连的任何连接方式或连接构建。
外壳1内还设有用于在锁紧机构7与卡位筋6相分离时打开顶盖4的弹性机构8。
本实施案例的优选方案为所述弹性机构8包括位于支架3与外壳1之间的扭簧8,扭簧8套设于转轴5外。当锁紧机构7扣住卡位筋6时,顶盖4封住外壳1开口;当锁紧机构7解锁卡位筋6时,扭簧8的弹力将顶盖4弹开。
本实施案例的优选方案为所述锁紧机构7包括按键柄9、传动件10与第一弹簧11,传动件10上具有与卡位筋6相对应的卡扣部101;传动件10与第一弹簧11设于支架3上,按键柄9的一端与传动件10相连,按键柄9的另一端穿过外壳1并外露。顶盖4封住外壳1开口时,卡扣部101与卡位筋6相互卡紧;向内侧推动按键柄9时,按键柄9带动传动件10向内侧移动并使得卡扣部101与卡位筋6解锁,同时按键柄9压缩第一弹簧11。
本实施案例的优选方案为所述顶盖4底部对称设有两个卡位筋6,所述外壳1内对应设有两个锁紧机构7。
所述外壳1的一侧面板为与外壳1可拆卸相连的按键壳13,按键壳13的底部通过按键轴14与支架3转动相连,按键壳13的上部与支架3上的联动块15传动相连,联动块15上设有可与按键PC板27相抵接的凸部151,所述联动块15与按键PC板27之间设有第二弹簧16。习惯性手部按压按键壳13部位与按键PC板27上的开关几乎在同一直线上,受力均匀,施力传递更加直接;或者如果不在同一直线上时可以通过手部按压按键壳13部位的延伸部,然后通过延伸部对受力的转换,从而将受力传递给按键PC板27上的开关,同样也可以使得按键PC板27上的开关受到同等的施力效果,实现多种按压方式均可以让按键PC板27上的开关受力均匀且同等施力效果。
所述按键壳13的内侧两边对称开设两个第一凹槽131,所述联动块15上具有与所述第一凹槽131相对应的两个凸起152,所述支架3上具有与所述凸起152相对应的两个第二凹槽301。
支架3上还设有固定块12,两个第二凹槽301中的一个为开设在支架3上的椭圆形凹槽,两个第二凹槽301中的另一个为由固定块12上的半椭圆形凹槽和支架3上的半椭圆形凹槽形成的椭圆形凹槽。
电子烟还包括雾化组件17,所述支架3上开设用于放置雾化组件17的容纳仓302,所述容纳仓302底部设有可与雾化组件17一极电连接的第一电极25,容纳仓302底部设有可与雾化组件17另一极电连接的第二电极26。第一电极25与第二电极26之间通过绝缘环28绝缘相连。
所述顶盖4通过雾化组件17与第一电极25及第二电极26相抵接。顶盖4上设有可与雾化组件17顶部相抵接的密封垫18。
外壳1内还设有第三弹簧19,第三弹簧19的一端与第一电极25相抵接,第三弹簧19的另一端与支架3相抵接。
外壳1内还设有第四弹簧20,第四弹簧20的一端与第二电极26相抵接,第四弹簧20的另一端与支架3相抵接。
外壳1内还设有电池21、主板22和灯板23,外壳1底部设有底盖24封口。
如图8所示,所述雾化组件17包括壳体1701,壳体1701内设有油仓1702、导油机构1703,1704及超声雾化片1705,油仓1702通过导油机构1703,1704与超声雾化片1705雾化面相连通,超声雾化片1705的一电极层与第一电极25电连接,超声雾化片1705的另一电极层与第二电极26电连接。
壳体1701内还设有第一管1706,第一管1706一端具有挡板部17061,油仓1702位于挡板部17061一侧,导油机构1703,1704位于挡板部17061另一侧,油仓1702与导油机构1703,1704之间仅通过挡板部17061上的第一通孔170611连通。
第一管1706内设有第二管1707,第一管1706的另一端及第二管1707一端均通过连接件1708与壳体1701一端相连,连接件1708内设有腔体17081,腔体17081通过连接件1708上的第二通孔17082与外界相通,第一管1706与第二管1707之间形成通道1709,腔体17081、通道1709、超声雾化片1705雾化面、第二管1707内腔、吸嘴依次相通。
壳体1701底部连有导电环1710,超声雾化片1705通过硅胶座1711设于导电环1710内。
导电环1710内设有绝缘座1712,弹性电极穿过绝缘座1712上的通孔与超声雾化片1705的一电极层相抵接,超声雾化片1705的另一电极层通过导线与导电环1710电连接。
顶盖压紧雾化组件时,弹性电极与第一电极相抵接,导电环1710与第二电极相抵接,形成稳定可靠的电连接关系。
所述导油机构1703,1704包括储油棉1703和杯状导油棉1704,储油棉1703套设于杯状导油棉1704侧壁外,储油棉1703通过通道1709与油仓1702相连通。杯状导油棉1704外底面与超声雾化片1705雾化面相抵接。
杯状导油棉1704侧壁套设于第一管1706下段外,第一管1706内设有压棉弹簧1713,压棉弹簧1713一端与第一管1706相抵接,压棉弹簧1713另一端与杯状导油棉1704内底面相抵接。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外壳(1)和吸嘴(2),外壳(1)内设有支架(3),其特征在于,还包括可盖住外壳(1)开口的顶盖(4),所述吸嘴(2)设于顶盖(4)顶部,所述顶盖(4)的至少一端与支架(3)转动相连,顶盖(4)的底部设有卡位筋(6),外壳(1)内还设有与卡位筋(6)锁扣相连的锁紧机构(7)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,外壳(1)内还设有用于在锁紧机构(7)与卡位筋(6)相分离时打开顶盖(4)的弹性机构(8)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,顶盖(4)的至少一端通过转轴(5)与支架(3)转动相连,所述弹性机构(8)包括位于支架(3)与外壳(1)之间的扭簧(8),扭簧(8)套设于转轴(5)外。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构(7)包括按键柄(9)、传动件(10)与第一弹簧(11),传动件(10)上具有与卡位筋(6)相对应的卡扣部(101);传动件(10)与第一弹簧(11)设于支架(3)上,按键柄(9)的一端与传动件(10)相连,按键柄(9)的另一端穿过外壳(1)并外露。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述顶盖(4)底部对称设有两个卡位筋(6),所述外壳(1)内对应设有两个锁紧机构(7)。
  6. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)的一侧面板为与外壳(1)可拆卸相连的按键壳(13),按键壳(13)的底部通过按键轴(14)与支架(3)转动相连,按键壳(13)的上部与支架(3)上的联动块(15)传动相连,联动块(15)上设有可与按键PC板(27)相抵接的凸部(151),所述联动块(15)与按键PC板(27)之间设有第二弹簧(16)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按键壳(13)的内侧两边对称开设两个第一凹槽(131),所述联动块(15)上具有与所述第一凹槽(131)相对应的两个凸起(152),所述支架(3)上具有与所述凸起(152)相对应的两个第二凹槽(301)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,支架(3)上还设有固定块(12),两个第二凹槽(301)中的一个为开设在支架(3)上的椭圆形凹槽,两个第二凹槽(301)中的另一个为由固定块(12)上的半椭圆形凹槽和支架(3)上的半椭圆形凹槽形成的椭圆形凹槽。
  9. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括雾化组件(17),所述支架(3)上开设用于放置雾化组件(17)的容纳仓(302),所述容纳仓(302)底部设有可与雾化组件(17)一极电连接的第一电极(25),容纳仓(302)底部设有可与雾化组件(17)另一极电连接的第二电极(26)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述顶盖(4)通过雾化组件(17)与第一电极(25)及第二电极(26)相抵接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,外壳(1)内还设有第三弹簧(19),第三弹簧(19)的一端与第一电极(25)相抵接,第三弹簧(19)的另一端与支架(3)相抵接。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,外壳(1)内还设有第四弹簧(20),第四弹簧(20)的一端与第二电极(26)相抵接,第四弹簧(20)的另一端与支架(3)相抵接。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(17)包括壳体(1701),壳体(1701)内设有油仓(1702)、导油机构(1703,1704)及超声 雾化片(1705),油仓(1702)通过导油机构(1703,1704)与超声雾化片(1705)雾化面相连通,超声雾化片(1705)的一电极层与第一电极(25)电连接,超声雾化片(1705)的另一电极层与第二电极(26)电连接。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,壳体(1701)内还设有第一管(1706),第一管(1706)一端具有挡板部(17061),油仓(1702)位于挡板部(17061)一侧,导油机构(1703,1704)位于挡板部(17061)另一侧,油仓(1702)与导油机构(1703,1704)之间仅通过挡板部(17061)上的第一通孔(170611)连通。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,第一管(1706)内设有第二管(1707),第一管(1706)的另一端及第二管(1707)一端均通过连接件(1708)与壳体(1701)一端相连,连接件(1708)内设有腔体(17081),腔体(17081)通过连接件(1708)上的第二通孔(17082)与外界相通,第一管(1706)与第二管(1707)之间形成通道(1709),腔体(17081)、通道(1709)、超声雾化片(1705)雾化面、第二管(1707)内腔、吸嘴依次相通。
