一种烟草蒸发器 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有一体式结构的烟草蒸发器。
背景技术
目前的烟草蒸发器普遍采用将加热丝固定在一个倒扣碗状容器外围,对容器内的烟丝进行加热,因受到烟草蒸发器尺寸及隔热要求的需要,倒扣碗状容器的尺寸往往做得比较小,增加了添加烟草以及烟草使用完后取出烟草时的操作难度; 另外,此类的烟草蒸发器大都只能装传统的香烟和烟草,受烟草形状的制约,用户取放烟草都极不方便;即使是现有技术中使用烟草片的烟草蒸发器,其放置和取出烟草片也需要将烟草蒸发器的上盖和下盖打开,增加了操作的复杂性。这些都无疑会影响到用户的使用体验,从而影响整个产品的市场认可度。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的烟草蒸发器更换烟草操作复杂影响到用户的使用体验,从而影响整个产品的市场认可度的技术问题,本发明提供一种新的烟草蒸发器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种烟草蒸发器,包括壳体、与所述壳体的一端连接的供用户吸食的烟嘴以及用于加热烟草片的加热件,所述壳体内设有与所述烟嘴通过气道连接的用于容纳所述烟草片的容纳腔,其特征在于,所述壳体包括开设在所述壳体表面上的开口以及用于封闭所述开口的塞体,所述容纳腔与所述开口连通,所述烟草片从所述开口插入所述容纳腔中。
优选的,所述烟嘴所在的一端为所述烟草蒸发器的首端,与所述首端相对的另一端为所述烟草蒸发器的尾端,所述开口开设在所述尾端的壳体侧面上。
优选的,所述塞体包括固定端和自由端,所述固定端与所述开口一端的壳体部分通过软胶或软带的形式连接,所述自由端悬空,并可在外力作用下与所述开口的另一端接合以封闭所述开口。
优选的,所述烟草蒸发器还包括与所述壳体可活动连接的推板,所述推板包括可容纳所述烟草片的凹部,所述塞体固定在所述推板的一端,所述推板的另一端用于插入所述开口中以将所述烟草片放置在所述容纳腔中。

本发明还提供另一种烟草蒸发器,包括壳体、与所述壳体的一端连接的供用户吸食的烟嘴、用于加热烟草片的加热件以及位于所述壳体和所述加热件之间的隔热棉,所述壳体内设有与所述烟嘴通过气道连接的用于容纳所述烟草片的容纳腔,所述壳体表面上开设有与所述容纳腔连通的开口,一塞体可选择性地封闭所述开口;所述烟草片可通过所述开口插入所述容纳腔中,所述塞体上形成有至少一个通孔,所述通孔为所述烟草蒸发器的进气口,所述塞体固定在一可移动地设置在所述壳体内的推板的一端,所述推板的另一端可插入容纳腔内,所述推板上还设有用于与所述壳体接合并限制所述推板推进距离的接合构件;所述加热件和所述隔热棉为中空的套筒状,分别由内而外套接包裹在所述容纳腔的腔体壁外部。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中烟草蒸发器更换烟草操作复杂影响到用户的使用体验,从而影响整个产品的市场认可度的技术问题,本发明采用的主要技术方案为:通过在壳体表面上开设连通用于容纳烟草片的容纳腔的开口,一塞体选择性地塞入该开口以封闭该开口,即用户可以通过该开口将烟草片插入到容纳腔内,之后封闭塞体,即完成了烟草片的安装,实现烟草片的安装操作简单方便;当烟草片使用完毕后,用户可以打开塞体,将使用完的烟草片由出口倒出即可,实现烟草片的取出操作同样简单方便。
下面结合具体的附图对本发明的实施方式做具体的描述。
图1所示为本发明涉及的烟草蒸发器的立体结构示意图,从图中可以看出,烟草蒸发器包括壳体1以及与壳体1的一端连接的供用户吸食的烟嘴2。壳体1的表面上开设有用于插入烟草片的开口11(参考图2)以及封闭开口11的塞体12,塞体12上设置有至少一个通孔121,当塞体12封闭开口11时,至少一个通孔121为整个烟草蒸发器的进气口,本实施例中,通孔121设置为多个,并且孔径相对较小,一方面可以满足烟草雾化所需要的空气量,另一方面避免了通孔121孔径过大而容易泄漏烟草使用完之后的烟草灰的问题。塞体12封闭开口11后,塞体12与开口11在除通孔121之外的其他部分形成良好的密封,避免烟草蒸发器因空气量过多导致烟草片过渡燃烧,影响口感和造成浪费等问题。壳体1可以一体成型,也可以由上下盖两部分组成,上盖和下盖通过螺丝固定、卡扣卡接或焊接的方式接合成一个整体。
下面结合具体的实施例详细说明烟草蒸发器内部结构及工作原理。
实施例一
图2所示为本发明实施例一涉及的烟草蒸发器的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,该实施例中,若将烟嘴2所在的一端定义为烟草蒸发器的首端,与该首端相对的另一端定义为烟草蒸发器的尾端,则开口11开设在尾端的壳体侧面1a上。塞体12包括固定端122和自由端123,其中,固定端122与开口11一端的壳体部分通过软胶或软带的形式连接,自由端123悬空,并可在外力作用下与开口11的另一端接合以封闭开口11。由此,用户在打开塞体12时,塞体12不会脱离烟草蒸发器的壳体1,防止出现塞体12从开口11中拔出后容易丢失的现象。烟草蒸发器使用时安装烟草片和烟草片使用完以后倒出使用完的烟草片均需要打开开口11,即将塞体12从开口11中拔出,因此,为了方便用户更换烟草片,固定端122和自由端123分别设置有一个向外翘起的握持部126,用户可用手指按住该握持部126,将塞体12从开口11中拔出,使塞体12的拔出操作更加简单方便。
为了更加清楚的说明开口11和塞体12的结构特征,本实施例中,以图2中所示的烟草蒸发器所处的状态为基准,在该状态下,开口11由下而上延伸的长度定义为开口11的高度,开口11在与高度垂直的方向上延伸的长度定义为开口11的宽度。同理,塞体12以相同的方式限定有高度和宽度,需要说明的是,本实施例中,塞体12包括两个高度和宽度各不相同的部分。其中,第一部分124相对于第二部分125更加靠近开口11设置,即第一部分124位于塞体12的内侧,第二部分125位于塞体12的外侧,握持部126形成在第二部分125上,塞体12上的通孔121贯穿第一部分124和第二部分125。第一部分124的高度和宽度与开口11的高度和宽度相当,使得当塞体12封闭开口11时,第一部分124刚好插入开口11中,并与开口11的内壁无挤压接触;第二部分125的高度和宽度稍大于开口11的高度和宽度,使得当塞体12封闭开口11时,第二部分125完全覆盖开口11,从而实现开口11边缘的良好密封,防止因漏气而导致烟草蒸发器中的烟草片过渡燃烧导致烟雾量过大而影响吸食口感的问题。需要说明的是,在其他的变形例中,第一部分124的高度和宽度稍小于开口11的高度和宽度,而第二部分125的高度和宽度稍大于开口11的高度和宽度,完全通过第二部分125达到封闭开口11的目的;在另一种变形例中,第一部分124的高度和宽度可稍大于开口11的高度和宽度,第一部分124由弹性材料制成,当塞体12封闭开口11时,第一部分124可产生一定的形变,从而与开口11的内壁过盈配合,达到良好封闭的效果,此时,第二部分125可有可无。
由于烟草片从开口11插入到烟草蒸发器内部,并且在塞体12封闭开口11后,烟草蒸发器即可使用,因此,塞体12靠近烟草片设置,烟草片雾化过程中产生大量的热量,为了防止烟草蒸发器使用过程中,壳体1的温度过高影响用户体验,塞体12优选为耐高温、不易导热的材质制成。
图3所示为本发明实施例一涉及的烟草蒸发器的剖视图,该图中,烟草蒸发器中安装有烟草片4,从图中可以看出,烟嘴2与壳体1连接,具体的,壳体1的一端开设有用于连接烟嘴2的连接部,该连接部为中空的圆柱形,或扁圆形,烟嘴2插入到连接部的中空部分中,并与连接部过盈配合,实现烟嘴2与壳体1之间的良好密封,烟嘴2中空部分形成烟雾通道,该烟雾通道通过气道3连接烟草片4的雾化腔。
图3中还示出了烟草蒸发器的部分结构放大图,烟草片4通过开口11插入到烟草蒸发器内部,具体的,烟草片4插入到用于容纳烟草片4的容纳腔21中,容纳腔21位于壳体1内,其一端连通开口11,用于插入烟草片4,另一端通过气道3与烟嘴2的烟雾通道连通,由此,容纳腔21即为烟草片4的雾化腔。围成容纳腔21的腔体壁可以是与壳体1连接并从壳体1内壁上向外延伸的壁面或设置在壳体1内部的容器的容器壁。围成容纳腔21的腔体壁中至少其中一个腔体壁的外表面紧贴固定有用于加热烟草片4的加热件30,加热件30为片状、膜状或网状,例如可发热的金属片、电热膜或电热网等,加热件的尺寸与以上所述的至少一个腔体壁的尺寸相当。
本实施例中,烟草片4优选为扁平状,壳体1内部设有一扁平状的容器,该容器限定了容纳腔21,因此,容纳腔21为横截面为扁平状的容纳空间,烟草片4的尺寸与该容器的底壁相当,即与容纳腔21的底部腔体壁相当,加热件30的尺寸也与容纳腔21的底部腔体壁相当。
本实施例中,加热件30优选为由金属片、电热膜或电热网组成的中空套筒,紧贴套接在围成容纳腔21的腔体壁外部,中空套筒的中空部分的形状与容纳腔21的竖直截面形状相同。由此,加热件30可以与容纳腔21的四个腔体壁同时接触,烟草片4的相对于设置有加热件30的腔体壁的每一面的每个部分均可以通过腔体壁间接受到加热件30的加热,能够使加热件30的温度更快地传递到烟草片4,使烟草片4的加热更加充分和均匀,另外,加热件30选为套筒状,可使 单位加热面积上的烟草数量少,便于将尼古丁从烟草中快速蒸发,充分保证加热效率和缩短烟草的烤制时间;并且烟草片 4 直接加热,味道更真实,可以有效提高用户满意度 。腔体壁由导热材料制成,优选为不锈钢或铝合金材质,传热快,因此,烟草片4的加热效果更好。另外,为了避免加热件30与腔体壁之间发生短路,可以再腔体壁的外表面附着一层绝缘层,即绝缘层设置在腔体壁的外表面和加热件30之间,绝缘层优选为铝氧化层,既能起到绝缘隔离的作用,从而避免了加热件30与腔体壁之间发生短路现象;同时由于铝氧化层的厚度较薄,热量可快速地传递到腔体壁,进而为烟草片4加热,大大提升容纳腔21内的升温速度。
从图3中可以看出,本实施例中,加热件30与壳体1之间还设有隔热棉60,隔热棉60具有耐高温,不易燃烧,导热系数低等特点,用于阻碍加热件30产生的热量散失,达到隔热和保温的效果,一方面,可以使尽可能多的热量用于加热烟草片4,提高加热效率,另一方面,也可以防止热量传导到下盖,避免烟草蒸发器的壳体1温度过高而影响使用体验。
烟草蒸发器的电源可以采用外接的方式,也可以采用电池供电的方式,本实施例优选为采用可充电电池供电的方式,能够解除采用外接电源的方式对用户使用烟草蒸发器的环境和地点的限制。可充电电池与加热件30电连接。
本实施例中,用户需要安装烟草片4时,可通过塞体12的握持部126将塞体12从开口11中拔出,将烟草片4通过开口11插入容纳腔21中,烟草片4的厚度和宽度与开口11的高度和宽度相当,或稍小于开口11的高度和宽度,便于安装烟草片4。另外,为了更好地使烟草片4产生雾化,烟草片4可设置为处于稍蓬松的状态,即在外界压力作用下,烟草片4的厚度可以在一定的范围内变化,由此,空气可进入烟草片4内的空隙中使烟草片4雾化更彻底,同时,又不会因为烟草片4的厚度过大导致烟草蒸发器的体积增大。在该情况下,当烟草片4插入到开口11中时,开口11的内壁对烟草片4产生一定的挤压,使其厚度减小,从而使烟草片4顺利地插入到容纳腔21中。
烟草片4安装完毕后,将塞体12封闭开口11即可,具体的,可将塞体12的自由端123与开口11的另一端接合,使塞体12的第一部分124插入开口11中,第二部分125封闭开口11。用户使用烟草蒸发器时,外界空气从塞体12上的通孔121进入容纳腔21,在加热件30的加热作用下,烟草片4与外界大气中的氧气发生化学反应,产生的尼古丁或其他需要的物质形成烟雾状物质,在用户的吸食的作用下,从容纳腔21经由气道3到达烟嘴2的烟雾通道,进而被用户吸食。可见,采用本实施例的烟草蒸发器,烟草片4的安装操作简单方便。
当烟草片4使用完毕后,需要将其从烟草蒸发器中取出,用户可手持塞体12的握持部126,将塞体12从开口11中拔出,然后颠倒烟草蒸发器,倒出使用完的烟草片4即可,操作简单方便。为了更好地隔热以防止容纳腔21中的热量传导到塞体12上烫伤用户,同时最大限度地保存容纳腔21中的热量以提高烟草片4的加热效率,塞体12优选为耐高温,导热系数低的材料制成,例如胶体。
实施例二
图4所示为本发明实施例二涉及的烟草蒸发器的部分结构分解示意图,从图中可以看出,在该实施例中,壳体1包括上下接合的两部分,分别为上盖15和与上盖接合的下盖16。开口11同样开设在尾端的壳体侧面1a上,具体的,开口11设置在下盖16的壳体侧面上。塞体12用于封闭开口11,塞体12上同样设置有握持部126,与实施例一不同的是,烟草蒸发器还包括与壳体1可活动连接的推板13,推板13上形成有凹部131,用于容纳烟草片4,塞体12固定在推板13的一端,推板13的另一端用于插入开口11中以将烟草片4放置在容纳腔21中,烟草片4使用完以后,可以通过塞体12的握持部126拉出推板13,一方面,可以使烟草片4的取出操作更加简单方便,另一方面,烟草蒸发器使用时,烟草片4以及推板13均处于壳体1内部,靠近加热件30,因此,即使烟草片4使用完以后,推板13仍具有较高的温度,用户在取出烟草片4时通过塞体12拉出推板13,可以避免用户接触推板13而发送烫伤的危险。为了更好地隔热以防止容纳腔21中的热量传导到塞体12上烫伤用户,同时保存容纳腔21中的热量以提高烟草片4的加热效率,塞体12优选为耐高温,导热系数低的材料制成,例如胶体。塞体12的其他结构与实施例一相同,这里不再赘述。
图5所示为本发明实施例二涉及的烟草蒸发器的全部结构分解示意图,从图中可以看出,在该实施例中,壳体1内部设有与壳体1独立设置的容器20,容器20的一端设有开口22,用于插入烟草片4,容器20的另一端与气道3连接,气道3连通烟嘴2。具体的,容器20大致呈扁平状,其内部形成有容纳腔21,容器20的容器壁即为容纳腔21的腔体壁,推板13插入到容器20一端的开口22中,烟草片4放置在推板13上的凹部131中后,可随着推板13一起被推进容器20中,由此,烟草片4被放置在容器20中的容纳腔21中,容器20的开口22的形状大小与壳体1的开口11的形状大小相当,其宽度等于或稍大于推板13的宽度,使得推板13能够通过容器20的开口22和壳体1的开口11顺畅移动。
烟嘴2内部的烟雾通道与气道3连接的位置设有过滤网6,能够将随着烟雾一起进入气道3的烟草灰过滤掉,防止其进入烟嘴2内,影响用户吸食。
壳体1的侧壁1a上还设有调节烟草蒸发器的工作档位的按钮5,本实施例中,烟草蒸发器通过调节加热件30的加热温度调节烟草蒸发器的工作档位。
图6所示为本发明实施例二涉及的烟草蒸发器的剖视图,结合图5可知,本实施例中,加热件30为由金属片、电热膜或电热网组成的中空套筒,紧贴套接在围成容器80的外部,其结构与特征与实施例一相同,这里不再赘述。
加热件30与壳体1之间还设有中空套筒状的隔热棉60,其中空部分大小稍大于加热件30中空部分大小,使得隔热棉60能够紧贴套接在加热件30外部,以达到隔热和保温的效果,隔热棉60的材质和作用与实施例一相同,这里不再赘述。
本实施例中,烟草蒸发器还包括设置在壳体1内的呈中空套筒状的耐高温塑胶80,烟草片4、容器20、加热片30以及隔热棉60由内而外套接在耐高温塑胶80内部,耐高温塑胶80可以将壳体1内的部分结构(烟草片4、容器20、加热片30以及隔热棉60等)包裹在一起,既能起到辅助隔热的效果,还能避免壳体1内的部分结构在使用过程中相对移位而影响烟草蒸发器的功能。
另外,本实施例中,烟草蒸发器还包括用于控制加热件30的加热温度的控制板40、用于检测加热件30的加热温度的温度感应件50以及为控制板40、加热件30和温度感应件50供电的电池70,电池70优选为可充电电池,能够解除采用外接电源的方式对用户使用烟草蒸发器的环境和地点的限制。控制板40优选为安装有控制元件的PCB电路板或集成有控制电路的集成芯片,其设置在壳体1内部位于气道3下方的位置,便于与加热件30进行电连接,减少引线的长度,净化壳体1内的布线结构。温度感应件50优选为贴片式的温度探头,以粘贴的方式固定在加热件30上,能够实时感应加热件30的加热温度,并将感应到的加热温度转换为具有一定参数的温度信号,并发送给控制板40,控制板40可根据接收到的温度信号及时调节加热件30的加热功率。
本实施例中,用户需要安装烟草片4时,可通过塞体12上的握持部126将推板13通过开口11从容器20内拉出,将烟草片4放置在推板13的凹部131内,之后将推板13推回容器20中。推板13上设有与壳体1接合的接合构件,该接合构件可以为卡槽或卡扣,接合构件形成在推板13固定有塞体12的一端,当塞体12覆盖开口11时(即推板13已经推到位),接合构件与壳体1接合,推板13被固定在壳体1内部,此时,塞体12封闭开口11,烟草蒸发器即可使用。接合构件同时可以起到限制用户向壳体1内推动推板13的距离,因此,接合构件也是推板13的限位机构。在其他的变形例中,接合构件还可以设置在推板13的可插入容器20中的另一端,在这种情况下,当推板13向容器20中推进一定距离后,接合构件与容器20中的接合部配合,限制推板13继续被推进,同时将推板13固定在容器20内部。另外,从实施例一中关于塞体12的描述中可知,为了防止烟草片4过渡燃烧,塞体12与壳体1之间在除通孔121之外的部分需要形成良好的密封,因此,塞体12设置有宽度和高度均大于开口11的第二部分125,因此,在用户向容器20中推进推板13的过程中,塞体12同时起到了限位的作用,为了与塞体12密封出口11相配合,推板13的接合构件与容器的接合部接合时,塞体12恰好封闭开口11。
当烟草片4使用完毕后,需要将其从烟草蒸发器中取出,用户可手持塞体12的握持部126,将塞体12连同推板13一起通过开口11从容器20中拉出,然后颠倒推板13,倒出使用完的烟草片4即可,当然,之后用户还可以颠倒烟草蒸发器,将散落到容器20内的烟草灰清理干净,可见,烟草片4的拆卸操作简单方便。
在更加优选的方案中,推板13远离开口11的一端还固定有弹性部件90,例如弹簧,在烟草片4的取出过程中,当用户解除推板13与壳体1之间的接合时,弹性部件90可自动将推板13弹出一定距离,方便用户拿取烟草片4。其他结构与实施例一相同,这里不再赘述。
从以上两个实施例可知,本发明的烟草蒸发器,通过在壳体1的表面1a上开设连通用于容纳烟草片4的容纳腔21的开口11,用户可以通过开口11将烟草片4插入到容纳腔21内,之后封闭塞体12,即完成了烟草片4的安装,实现了烟草片4的安装操作简单方便的目的;当烟草片4使用完毕后,用户可以打开塞体12,将使用完的烟草片4由出口11倒出即可,实现了烟草片4的取出操作同样简单方便的目的,提高了用户的使用体验,从而解决了现有技术中烟草蒸发器更换烟草操作复杂影响到用户的使用体验,从而影响整个产品的市场认可度的技术问题。
以上仅仅是本发明最优的实施例,还可以有很多变形,例如,开口11并不限定在壳体1尾端的侧壁1a上,还可以开设在壳体1表面的其他位置,只要方便插入和倒出烟草片即可。
本领域技术人员应理解,以上仅为本发明最优的实施例,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下做出的改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种烟草蒸发器,包括壳体(1)、与所述壳体(1)的一端连接的供用户吸食的烟嘴(2)以及用于加热烟草片(4)的加热件(30),所述壳体(1)内设有与所述烟嘴(2)通过气道(3)连接的用于容纳所述烟草片(4)的容纳腔(21),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)包括开设在所述壳体(1)表面上的开口(11)以及用于封闭所述开口(11)的塞体(12),所述容纳腔(21)与所述开口(11)连通,所述烟草片(4)从所述开口(11)插入所述容纳腔(21)中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟嘴(2)所在的一端为所述烟草蒸发器的首端,与所述首端相对的另一端为所述烟草蒸发器的尾端,所述开口(11)开设在所述尾端的壳体侧面(1a)上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述塞体(12)包括固定端(122)和自由端(123),所述固定端(122)与所述开口(11)一端的壳体部分通过软胶或软带的形式连接,所述自由端(123)悬空,并可在外力作用下与所述开口(11)的另一端接合以封闭所述开口(11)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器还包括与所述壳体(1)可活动连接的推板(13),所述推板(13)包括可容纳所述烟草片(4)的凹部(131),所述塞体(12)固定在所述推板(13)的一端,所述推板(13)的另一端用于插入所述开口(11)中以将所述烟草片(4)放置在所述容纳腔(21)中。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器还包括与所述加热件(30)电连接并用于控制所述加热件(30)的加热温度的控制板(40)、用于检测所述加热件(30)的加热温度的温度感应件(50)以及与所述控制板(40)、所述加热件(30)和所述温度感应件(50)电连接的电池(70),所述控制板(40)设置在所述气道(3)下方,所述温度感应件(50)以粘贴的方式固定在所述加热件(30)上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器还包括位于所述壳体(1)内并与所述壳体(1)独立设置的容器(20),所述容器(20)的一端设有开口(22),所述开口(22)用于插入所述烟草片(4),所述容器(20)的另一端与所述气道(3)连接,所述容器(20)的容器壁为所述容纳腔(21)的腔体壁。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述推板(13)上设有与所述壳体(1)或与所述容器(20)接合的接合构件,所述接合构件用于限制所述推板(13)被推进的距离并将所述推板(13)固定在所述壳体(1)内。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述塞体(12)上设有至少一个通孔(121),在所述塞体(12)封闭所述开口(11)时,所述至少一个通孔(121)为所述容纳腔(21)的进气口。
  9. 如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述加热件(30)为由金属片、电热膜或电热网组成的中空套筒,紧贴套接在围成所述容纳腔(21)的腔体壁外部。
  10. 如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,围成所述容纳腔(21)的腔体壁中其中至少一个腔体壁的外表面紧贴固定有所述加热件(30),所述加热件(30)为片状、膜状或网状,所述加热件的尺寸与所述至少一个腔体壁的尺寸相当。
  11. 如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述加热件(30)与所述壳体(1)之间设有隔热棉(60)以绝缘隔离所述加热件(30)和所述壳体(1)。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)内还设有中空套筒状的耐高温塑胶(80),所述烟草片(4)、所述容器(20)、所述加热片(30)以及所述隔热棉(60)由内而外套接在所述耐高温塑胶(80)内部。
  13. 一种烟草蒸发器,包括壳体(1)、与所述壳体(1)的一端连接的供用户吸食的烟嘴(2)、用于加热烟草片(4)的加热件(30)以及位于所述壳体(1)和所述加热件(30)之间的隔热棉(60),所述壳体(1)内设有与所述烟嘴(2)通过气道(3)连通的用于容纳所述烟草片(4)的容纳腔(21),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)表面上开设有与所述容纳腔(21)连通的开口(11),一塞体(12)可选择性地封闭所述开口(11);所述烟草片(4)可通过所述开口(11)插入所述容纳腔(20)中,所述塞体(12)上形成有至少一个通孔(121),所述通孔(121)为所述烟草蒸发器的进气口,所述塞体(12)固定在一可移动地设置在所述壳体(1)内的推板(13)的一端,所述推板(13)的另一端可插入容纳腔(21)内,所述推板(13)上还设有用于与所述壳体(1)接合并限制所述推板(13)推进距离的接合构件;所述加热件(30)和所述隔热棉(60)为中空的套筒状,所述加热件(30)和所述隔热棉(60)分别由内而外套接包裹在所述容纳腔(21)的腔体壁外部。
