Description

一种烟草蒸发器和加热控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子吸烟装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种烟草蒸发器和加热控制方法。
背景技术
目前烟草蒸发器加热待蒸发物质(如烟丝、烟卷等)的方式有三种:第一种方式是烟锅采用导热材料,在烟锅外壁缠裹一层金属发热片,通过传导的方式将热量传递到烟锅内的烟丝上,以达到蒸发烟丝有效成分的目的;第二种方式是烟锅采用陶瓷材质,在陶瓷锅的内部或内壁印刷有一层导电薄膜,通电后产生的热量通过陶瓷传导到烟丝上;第三种方式属于空气加热技术,利用热空气对烟丝进行加热,气流会均匀地通过整个烟锅内的烟丝。
其中,第二种方式较外裹电热膜方式(即第一种方式)的优越性在于外裹电热膜方式一般烟锅采用的是铝或者不锈钢材质,以保证导热的效率,但同时因为金属具有导电性,所以一般在缠裹电热膜的时候需要先在金属锅上缠裹一层绝缘耐高温的绝缘材料,这样虽然实现了绝缘但也减弱了导热的效率;第一种方式还存在由于电热膜缠裹松紧程度的差异,而影响产品加热速度的一致性的问题。但是,上述第一种方式和第二种方式都是采用的热量直接传导方式,烘烤烟丝存在受热不均匀的问题,烤出来的烟雾口感带有刺激性,对此第三种方式烤制出来的烟雾口感柔和,烘烤均匀,足以克服上述缺陷,虽然口感和均匀度的问题得到提升,但用户使用过后的清洁问题依然是提升产品体验的一大难题。因此,如何对用户使用过后的烟草蒸发器进行清洁已成为烟草行业亟待解决的问题。
技术问题
本申请通过提供一种烟草蒸发器,解决了现有技术中使用过后的烟草蒸发器清洁困难的技术问题,实现了烟草蒸发器清洁方便快捷,保持气流通道的清洁和烟气的洁净的技术效果。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例提供了烟草蒸发器,包括本体,沿本体纵向上下贯通的烟雾流通通道,设置在烟雾流通通道路径上的加热芯组件,所述加热芯组件包括烟锅组件、与所述烟锅组件连接的预热组件,所述烟锅组件包括第一锅体和第二锅体,所述第一锅体和第二锅体呈上下结构或者呈内外套合结构;所述第二锅体与所述预热组件可弹性地扣接,所述预热组件用于在需要清洗时,可拆卸地从所述第二锅体中取出,以对所述烟雾流通通道进行清洗,并在清洗完成后,将所述预热组件按设定的方向推入扣接位置。
优选地,所述第一锅体用于容纳待蒸发物质,所述第二锅体用于容纳所述预热组件,所述加热芯组件还包括横向设置在所述第二锅体内的卡持部,所述卡持部将所述预热组件可弹性的扣接所述第二锅体。

另一方面,本发明还提供了一种烟草加热控制方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、放置于第二锅体内且与第二锅体可弹性扣接的预热组件加热进入第二锅体的冷空气;
S2、被加热的冷空气进入第一锅体,并加热放置于第一锅体内的待蒸发物质,将待蒸发物质内的有效成分蒸发出来;
S3、需要清洗时,将预热组件从第二锅体内取出;清晰完毕后,将预热组件推入扣接位置,与第二锅体可弹性的扣接。

本申请实施例中提供的一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果或优点:通过将空气预热部分设计成可拆卸的组件,用户可以件预热组件拆卸下来清洁,机身本体取下预热组件后整个空气通道形成了一个前后贯通的中空通道,没有清洁死角,方便清洁,同时,预热组件作为一个可以拆卸的部分,使用时间较长时可以选择更换新的预热组件,以保持气流通道的清洁和烟气的洁净。

本申请实施例通过提供一种烟草蒸发器,解决了现有技术中存在的烟草蒸发器使用过后的清洁困难等技术问题,通过将空气预热部分设计成可拆卸的组件,用户可以件预热组件拆卸下来清洁,机身本体取下预热组件后整个空气通道形成了一个前后贯通的中空通道,没有清洁死角,方便清洁,同时,预热组件作为一个可以拆卸的部分,使用时间较长时可以选择更换新的预热组件,以保持烟雾气流通道的清洁和烟气的洁净。

实施例一
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了烟草蒸发器,包括本体1,沿本体1纵向上下贯通的烟雾流通通道10,设置在烟雾流通通道10路径上的加热芯组件20,加热芯组件20包括烟锅组件21、以及与烟锅组件21连接的预热组件22,烟锅组件21包括第一锅体211和第二锅体212,第一锅体211和第二锅体212呈上下结构;且第一锅体211和第二锅体212一体成型,第一锅体211用于容纳待蒸发物质,第二锅体212用于容纳预热组件22,且第二锅体212与预热组件22可弹性地扣接,其中,待蒸发物质具体可为烟卷、烟丝、药草或挥发性药物等;预热组件22用于在需要清洗时,可拆卸地从第二锅体212中取出,以对烟雾流通通道10进行清洗,并在清洗完成后,将预热组件22按设定的方向推入扣接位置。
烟草蒸发器还包括设置在本体1一端的吸嘴2,以及设置在本体1另一端的通气管11,吸嘴2设置在第一锅体211的上方,用于用户吸入烟雾,通气管11一端与本体1抵接,另一端与第二锅体212的底部相抵接,用于冷空气通过通气管11进入烟草发生器。
由图1中可以看出:第二锅体212沿远离第一锅体211的方向缩径延伸并与通气管11抵接,第一锅体211呈矩形结构,第二锅体212包括部分矩形结构及与第一锅体211连接的部分梯形结构,其中,加热芯组件20还包括卡持部23,卡持部23横向放置在第二锅体212部分矩形结构上部,卡持部23贯通预热组件22,并与第二锅体212相抵持,当需要清洗时,卡持部23与预热组件22整体从第二锅体212内取出,清洁完毕后,将卡持部23与预热组件22整体推入扣接位置,并通过卡持部23将第二锅体212和预热组件22进行扣接。
另外,第一锅体211内设置有防止待蒸发物质掉落的网状过滤网结构2112,网状过滤网结构2112设置在第一锅体211与第二锅体212连接处,且网状过滤层结构2112上分布有若干滤孔。
进一步的,由图1中可以看出:烟草发生器还包括翻盖4,翻盖4可旋转的连接在烟草发生器本体1上,本体1底部设置一个转轴13,翻盖4一端开设有与转轴13间隙配合的孔41,并通过将翻盖4有孔41的一端套合在转轴13外,实现翻盖4可沿所述转轴13翻转,当需要对烟草蒸发器进行清洁时,将盖板4旋转开,并拔出吸嘴2,将预热组件22从第二锅体212中取出,从而使得烟雾流通通道10便于清洁,无死角。需要说明的是,当翻盖4处在图1中的位置时,翻盖4可实现对预热组件22的固定。
进一步地,由图1中可以看出,本发明实施例中的烟草蒸发器还包括电池5,设置在本体1内,用于对烟草蒸发器供电,温度传感器,通过粘贴、焊接等方法固定在第一锅体211外壁,用于测量第一锅体211的温度,也就是测量待蒸发物质的加热温度并传送温度信号; PCB电路板7,设置在电池5远离加热芯组件20一端的侧壁上;控制器,设置在PCB电路板7上并分别和温度传感器和预热组件22电连接,用于接收感应的温度信号,根据其预先设定的设定温度,控制预热组件22按照设定温度加热待蒸发物质,在实际加热过程中,控制器可以根据温度传感器传递的温度信号,调整预热组件22的功率,从而调整加热温度;使加热温度保持在设定温度;开关3,设置在壳体1外壁并分别与控制器和电池5连接,用于控制控制器和电池5的连接,按下开关时,预热组件22开始加热;显示屏6,用于显示烟草发生器的状态参数,如电池5的电量等。
结合图2,卡持部23的两端带有可弹性伸缩凸起部,预热组件22靠近第二锅体212内径突变处开设有两个第一开口部221,第二锅体212对应两个第一开口部221处开设有两个第一凹槽2121,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部贯通第一开口部221,并插入第二锅体212侧壁,与第一凹槽2121的侧壁相抵持,实现预热组件22与第二锅体212可弹性地扣接;
当需要清洗时,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部受到外部力作用进行收缩,预热组件22与第二锅体212分离,预热组件22经由第一锅体211从第二锅体212中被取出,清洁完毕后,将预热组件22推回至第二锅体212内部,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部沿着第二锅体212的侧壁移动,移动至第一凹槽2121处时,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部插至第一凹槽2121的侧壁,并与第一凹槽2121的侧壁相抵持,实现预热组件22与第二锅体212的扣接。
进一步的,由图2中可以看出:预热组件22还包括:预热组件壳体224,放置在预热组件壳体224内部的导热材料225以及套设在第二锅体212外部的发热元件226,预热组件壳体224的外壁与第二锅体212的内壁相接触,且预热组件壳体224靠近通气管22一端的底壁上开设有若干通气孔2221,用于冷空气进入;发热元件226与第二锅体212外壁相接触,用于将发热元件226产生的热量通过第二锅体212和预热组件外壳224传递至导热材料225,对导热材料225进行加热,加热后的导热材料225与进入预热组件22的冷空气进行热交换,实现冷空气被加热,其中,发热元件226为发热丝或电热膜等。
进一步的,烟草蒸发器还包括隔热层30,用于在发热元件226发热时对预热组件22进行保温,隔热层30包括套设在第一锅体211上端部的隔热圈31,隔热圈31的内壁与第一锅体212的外壁接触,设置在第二锅体212外的隔热套管32以及将隔热圈31与隔热套管32相连接的密封硅胶33,密封硅胶33的内壁与第一锅体211接触,外壁与隔热套管32连接,隔热套管32与第一锅体211和第二锅体212均保持一定距离,隔热套管32一端与密封硅胶33连接,另一端弯折至通气管11。其中,隔热层30与第一锅体211、第二锅体212及通气管11形成密封的隔热空间,优选的,隔热空间内填充有隔热材料,进一步对烟草蒸发器进行隔热,防止热量散失到空气中,由图2中可以看出:密封硅胶33与隔热套管32的连接处设置有台阶槽,用于对隔热套管32进行定位,便于安装。
其中,导热材料225为热容大且导热性能好的材料,如金属,便于更好的进行导热。卡持部23为可以产生形变的弹性件,可以为弹针或弹片等其他弹性体,满足可拆卸的使用要求。
如图3所示,当烟草蒸发器进行清洁时,预热组件22将按照如图所示的方向经由第一锅体211从第二烟锅212中取出,并将盖板4打开至图3所示的位置,使烟雾气流通道10形成中空的通道,且内部无死角,便于清洁。
实施例二
如图4所示,实施例二与实施例一的区别是预热组件22设置的位置及清洗时预热组件22的取出方向不同,具体的,实施例二中的烟草蒸发器包括支撑管12,支撑管12一端抵接本体1,另一端向第二锅体212延伸,并与第二锅体212的底部相抵接,用于支撑第二锅体212,第二锅体212沿远离第一锅体211的方向缩径,通气管11一端抵接本体1,另一端向预热组件22延伸,并与预热组件22的底部固定连接,优选的,通气管11与预热组件22的底部可通过铆压固定连接;实现在清洗时,只需拉动通气管11,即可实现将预热组件22从第二锅体212中经由盖板4的设置位置取出,操作方便。
进一步的,卡持部23横向放置在预热组件22内部,卡持部23贯通预热组件22,并与第二锅体212的侧壁相抵持,当需要清洗时,预热组件22从第二锅体212内取出,清洁完毕后,将卡持部23与预热组件22推入扣接位置,将卡持部23与第二锅体212相抵持,实现扣接。
且由图4中可以看出:预热组件22靠近第二锅体212内径突变处开设有两个第二开口部222,第二锅体212对应两个第二开口部222处开设有两个第二凹槽2122,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部贯通第二开口部222,并与第二凹槽2122的侧壁相抵持,实现预热组件22与第二锅体212可弹性地扣接;
结合图5,当烟草蒸发器需要清洗时,旋转盖板4至图中的位置,卡持部23的两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部收到外部力作用进行收缩,预热组件22与第二锅体212分离,通过拉动通气管11将预热组件22从第二锅体212中沿远离第一锅体211的方向被取出至本体1外部,清洁完毕后,将预热组件22推回至第二锅体212内部,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部沿着第二锅体212的侧壁移动,移动至第二凹槽2122处时,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部插至第二凹槽2122的侧壁,并与第二凹槽2122的侧壁相抵持。由图5中可以看出,通气管11靠近盖板4的一端为中空的把手,便于预热组件22的取出,且本实施例是从盖板一侧将预热组件22取出。
实施例三
本实施例与前两个实施例的区别在于:预热组件22设置的位置以及烟锅组件21的结构不同,具体的,如图6所示,第二锅体212套合在第一锅体211外周,第一锅体211用于容纳待蒸发物质和预热组件22,且第一锅体211与第二锅体212可弹性地扣接,
进一步的,第二锅体212远离吸嘴2的一端与通气管11抵持,通气管11另一端与本体1抵持,卡持部23横向放置在第一锅体211内部,卡持部23贯通第一锅体211,并与第二锅体212相抵持,当需要清洗时,卡持部23与第一锅体211整体从第二锅体212内取出,清洁完毕后,将卡持部23与第一锅体211整体推入扣接位置,将卡持部23与第二锅体212相抵持,实现第一锅体211与第二锅体212扣接。

当需要清洗时,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部收到外部力作用进行收缩,第一烟锅211与第二锅体212分离,第一烟锅211被取出至本体1外部,清洁完毕后,将第一烟锅211推回至第二锅体212内部,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部沿着第二锅体212的侧壁移动,移动至第三凹槽2123处时,卡持部23两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部插至第三凹槽2123的侧壁,并与第三凹槽2123的侧壁相抵持。
结合附图7,当烟草发生器清洁时,将容纳有待蒸发物质和预热组件22的第一烟锅211从第二锅体212中取出,并将盖板4旋转至图示位置,则烟草蒸发器的烟雾气流通道10无死角,便于清洁。
实施例四
本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,本实施例的预热组件22结构与上述实施例不同,具体的,由图8可以看出:预热组件22包括:预热组件壳体224,放置在预热组件壳体224下方并与预热组件外壳底部相抵接的螺旋部227,以及套设在第二锅体212外部的发热元件226,螺旋部227的外壁与第二锅体212的内壁相接触,且预热组件壳体224靠近通气管11的底壁上开设有与通气管11相适配的气孔2222,用于冷空气进入;发热元件226与第二锅体212外壁相接触,且包裹整个第二锅体212,用于加热冷空气;螺旋部227外壁与第二锅体212的内壁相接触,且与第二锅体212的内壁形成供冷空气通过的螺旋预热通道,进一步实现冷空气的均匀加热。本实施例相较于第一实施例中的预热组件22的优点在于,本实施例中的螺旋部227直接与第二锅体212接触,从发热元件226至冷空气之间经过的传热介质更少,传热效率更高,且实现更加均匀的加热冷空气。
实施例五
本发明还提供了一种烟草加热控制方法包括如下步骤:
S1、放置于第二锅体212内且与第二锅体212可弹性扣接的预热组件22加热进入第二锅体212的冷空气;具体地:预热组件22包括导热材料225以及套设在第二锅体212外部的发热元件226,发热元件226与第二锅体212外壁相接触,用于将发热元件226产生的热量通过第二锅体212传递至导热材料225,对导热材料225进行加热,加热后的导热材料225与进入预热组件22的冷空气进行热交换,实现冷空气被加热,其中,发热元件226为发热丝或电热膜等。
S2、被加热的冷空气进入第一锅体211,并加热放置于第一锅体211内的待蒸发物质,将待蒸发物质内的有效成分蒸发出来;第一锅体211内设置有防止待蒸发物质掉落的网状过滤网结构2112,且网状过滤层结构2112上分布有若干滤孔,同时,若干滤孔可以实现将待蒸发物质均匀加热,提高待蒸发物质的蒸发效率;
S3、需要清洗时,将预热组件22从第二锅体212内取出;清洗完毕后,将预热组件22推入扣接位置,与第二锅体212可弹性的扣接;具体地,将预热组件22从第二锅体212内取出后,烟草蒸发器烟雾流通通道10内形成无死角的中空通道,便于清洗。
综上所述,本申请将空气预热部分设计成可拆卸的组件,用户可以将预热组件拆卸下来后再对机身进行清洁,机身本体取下预热组件后整个空气通道形成了一个前后贯通的中空通道,没有清洁死角,方便清洁,同时,预热组件作为一个可以拆卸的部分,使用时间较长时可以选择更换新的预热组件,以保持气道的清洁和烟气的洁净。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (13)

  1. 烟草蒸发器,包括本体(1),沿本体(1)纵向上下贯通的烟雾流通通道(10),设置在烟雾流通通道(10)路径上的加热芯组件(20),其特征在于,所述加热芯组件(20)包括烟锅组件(21)、与所述烟锅组件(21)连接的预热组件(22),所述烟锅组件(21)包括第一锅体(211)和第二锅体(212),所述第一锅体(211)和第二锅体(212)呈上下结构或者呈内外套合结构;所述第二锅体(212)与所述预热组件(22)可弹性地扣接,
    所述预热组件(22)用于在需要清洗时,可拆卸地从所述第二锅体(212)中取出,以对所述烟雾流通通道(10)进行清洗,并在清洗完成后,将所述预热组件(22)按设定的方向推入扣接位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述第一锅体(211)用于容纳待蒸发物质,所述第二锅体(212)用于容纳所述预热组件(22),
    所述加热芯组件(20)还包括横向设置在所述第二锅体(212)内的卡持部(23),所述卡持部(23)将所述预热组件(22)可弹性的扣接所述第二锅体(212)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器还包括设置在本体(1)一端的吸嘴(2),以及设置在本体(1)另一端的通气管(11),所述第一锅体(211)和第二锅体(212)呈一体成型结构;所述第二锅体(212)沿远离所述第一锅体(211)的方向缩径延伸并与所述通气管(11)抵接,所述卡持部(23)横向设置在所述第二锅体(212)内,并贯通所述预热组件(22),与所述第二锅体(212)相抵持,实现所述预热组件(22)与所述第二锅体(212)的可弹性扣接;当需要清洗时,将所述预热组件(22)从所述第二锅体(212)内取出,清洁完毕后,将所述预热组件(22)推入扣接位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述卡持部(23)两端带有可弹性伸缩凸起部,所述预热组件(22)靠近所述第二锅体(212)内径突变处开设有两个第一开口部(221),所述第二锅体(212)对应所述两个第一开口部(221)处开设有两个第一凹槽(2121),所述卡持部(23)两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部贯通所述第一开口部(221),并插入所述第二锅体(212),与所述第一凹槽(2121)的侧壁相抵持,实现所述预热组件(22)与所述第二锅体(212)可弹性地扣接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器还包括设置在本体(1)另一端的通气管(11)和支撑管(12),所述第一锅体(211)和第二锅体(212)呈一体成型结构;所述第二锅体(212)沿远离所述第一锅体(211)的方向缩径,所述支撑管(12)一端抵接所述本体(1),另一端向所述第二锅体(212)延伸,并与所述第二锅体(212)的底部抵接,所述通气管(11)一端抵接所述本体(1),另一端向所述预热组件(22)延伸,并与所述预热组件(22)的底部固定连接,
    所述卡持部(23)横向设置于所述第二锅体(212)内,并贯通所述预热组件(22),与所述第二锅体(212)相抵持,实现所述预热组件(22)与所述第二锅体(212)的可弹性扣接,当需要清洗时,所述预热组件(22)从所述第二锅体(212)内取出,清洁完毕后,将所述预热组件(22)推入扣接位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述卡持部(23)的两端带有可弹性伸缩凸起部,所述预热组件(22)靠近所述第二锅体(212)内径突变处开设有两个第二开口部(222),所述第二锅体(212)对应所述两个第二开口部(222)处开设有两个第二凹槽(2122),所述卡持部(23)两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部贯通所述第二开口部(222),并与所述第二凹槽(2122)的侧壁相抵持,实现所述预热组件(22)与所述第二锅体(212)可弹性地扣接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器还包括设置在本体(1)一端的吸嘴(2),以及设置在本体(1)另一端的通气管(11),所述第二锅体(212)套合在所述第一锅体(211)外周,所述第一锅体(211)与所述第二锅体(212)可弹性地扣接,所述第一锅体(211)用于容纳待蒸发物质,以及所述预热组件(22),所述加热芯组件(20)包括横向设置在所述第二锅体(212)内的卡持部(23),所述卡持部(23)将所述预热组件(22)可弹性的扣接所述第二锅体(212);
    所述卡持部(23)贯通容纳所述预热组件(22)和所述第一锅体(211),并与所述第二锅体(212)相抵持,当需要清洗时,将所述预热组件(22)从所述第二锅体(212)内取出,清洁完毕后,将所述预热组件(22)推入扣接位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述卡持部(23)的两端带有可弹性伸缩凸起部,所述第一锅体(211)开设有两个第五开口部(2111),所述第二锅体(212)对应所述两个第五开口部(2111)处开设有两个第三凹槽(2123),所述卡持部(23)两端的可弹性伸缩凸起部贯通所述第五开口部(2111),并插入所述第二锅体(212)侧壁,与所述第三凹槽(2123)的侧壁相抵持,实现所述预热组件(22)与所述第二锅体(212)可弹性地扣接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草发生器还包括翻盖(4),所述翻盖(4)可旋转的连接在所述本体(1)上,所述本体(1)底部设置一个转轴(13),所述翻盖(4)一端开设有与所述转轴(13)间隙配合的孔(41),实现所述翻盖(4)可沿所述转轴(13)翻转。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述预热组件(22)包括:预热组件壳体(224),放置在所述预热组件壳体(224)内部的导热材料(225)以及套设在所述第二锅体(212)外部的发热元件(226),所述预热组件壳体(224)的外壁与所述第二锅体(212)的内壁相接触;所述发热元件(226)与所述第二锅体(212)外壁相接触,用于加热所述导热材料(225)。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述预热组件(22)包括:预热组件壳体(224),放置在所述预热组件壳体(224)下方并与所述的预热组件壳体(224)相抵接的螺旋部(227),以及套设在所述第二锅体(212)外部的发热元件(226),所述螺旋部(227)的外壁与所述第二锅体(212)的内壁相接触;所述发热元件(226)与所述第二锅体(212)外壁相接触,用于加热冷空气;所述螺旋部(227)外壁与所述第二锅体(212)的内壁形成供冷空气通过的螺旋预热通道,实现冷空气的均匀加热。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11中任一所述的烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述烟草蒸发器还包括隔热层(30),用于在所述发热元件(226)发热时对所述预热组件(22)进行保温,所述隔热层(30)包括套设在所述第一锅体(211)上端部的隔热圈(31),设置在所述第二锅体(212)外的隔热套管(32)以及将隔热圈(31)与隔热套管(32)相连接的密封硅胶(33),所述隔热套管(32)一端与所述密封硅胶(33)连接,另一端弯折至所述通气管(11),所述隔热层(30)与所述烟锅组件(21)和所述通气管(11)形成封闭的隔热空间,所述隔热空间内填充隔热材料,对所述烟草蒸发器进行隔热。
  13. 一种烟草加热控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1、放置于第二锅体(212)内且与第二锅体(212)可弹性扣接的预热组件(22)加热进入第二锅体(212)的冷空气;
    S2、被加热的冷空气进入第一锅体(211),并加热放置于第一锅体(211)内的待蒸发物质,将待蒸发物质内的有效成分蒸发出来;
    S3、需要清洗时,将预热组件(22)从第二锅体(212)内取出;清洗完毕后,将预热组件(22)推入扣接位置,与第二锅体(212)可弹性的扣接。
