Description
本發明係有關於一種霧化器結構,特別是有關於一種使用在醫療或美容方面的高性能霧化器噴頭構造,其霧化多孔網片在組裝結構上更為安全,可以防止霧化器在使用時,構件一旦脫落不慎被吸入人體,造成傷害的意外發生。
一般霧化器霧化的功能主要係利用超音波原理配合一微細多孔網片,藉由超音波換能器之共振效果,將能量傳遞至一多孔網片,再利用一表面波效應以產生霧化之效果。
習用的微型霧化器廣泛應用在醫療或美容方面,提供使用者利用霧化器進行吸入式藥物治療或美容使用,由於以霧化器將液態藥品等噴出的噴霧極為細小,尤其對於治療支氣管及肺部的病人而言,此種以噴霧方式治療的療效,相較於以口服式藥物治療的方法為佳。且微型霧化器輕便、攜帶方便,具有便利性。
霧化器霧化液態藥品速率的快慢,關係著霧化器的效能,習用的超音波霧化器,經改良後多已具有體積較小,消耗電能小,且霧化速率高的優點。然而,隨著高效能霧化器問市的同時,霧化器使用上的安全性,更值得加以關注與重視。
如圖式第1圖所示,即為習用的高效能之霧化器的超音波換能器構造圖,其包括有:一外殼100,二墊片200,一壓電材料300、一承接片310、一噴孔片320,以及一座殼400。請再參照圖式第2圖,其中,該壓電材料300、承接片310和噴孔片320係膠合成一體,該二墊片200係分別設置在該壓電材料300、承接片310和噴孔片320前後,各自套設在該外殼100和座殼400凹槽內,藉由嵌合該外殼100和座殼400,將該壓電材料300、承接片310
和噴孔片320定位組合。如第2圖所示,於容置槽500置入液體510,藉超音波換能器之壓電材料300產生的超音波振盪傳導至噴孔片320形成振盪,液體510即經由噴孔片320噴出霧化狀液體110;惟此種習用的霧化器超音波換能器構造,當使用者使用時,如果噴孔片320從承接片310脫落,即可能從外殼100開口處掉出,被使用者吸入體內,造成嚴重的傷害。
如上所述,為防止使用中霧化器構件意外脫落時,不慎被使用者吸入體內,造成傷害。本發明的創作人乃針對習用霧化器此一重大缺點,積極研究改良霧化噴孔片的組合構造,以提供使用者更完善和更安全的霧化器。
為了達成上述的目的,本發明揭露一種霧化器的構造,特別是有關於霧化器噴頭結構,其包含有:一出霧管、一前矽膠,一超音波晶片、一不銹鋼片、一多孔網片、一後矽膠、以及一晶片座。其中,該晶片座中央設有一開孔,一端凹設有一容置空間和一圓形凹槽,該圓形凹槽係供該後矽膠套合,該後矽膠的外徑與該超音波晶片呈中空的內徑相互嵌合,該超音波晶片依序與該不銹鋼片與多孔網片接合,再藉由該前矽膠的突緣將該超音波晶片、不銹鋼片與多孔網片套設於後矽膠之間,將出霧管與晶片座套合後,即可組裝成本發明的霧化器噴頭。
本發明霧化器噴頭的多孔網片係利用噴頭內部所設置之超音波晶片產生超音波振盪的動作,將霧化器水杯內的液體或藥水經由多孔網片霧化後,霧化的液體再由出霧管噴出。本發明的特徵在於,藉由該前矽膠的外環突緣將該超音波晶片、不銹鋼片與多孔網片套設於後矽膠的突緣之間,前矽膠的內環突緣頂抵該多孔網片,且內環突緣內徑小於該多孔網片外徑,防止該多孔網片掉落。

為使 貴審查委員能對本發明之特徵、目的及功能有更進一步的瞭解,茲配合圖式以一實施例將本發明的相關細部結構加以說明,以使得 審查委員可以了解本發明之特點。
請參閱圖式第3、4圖所示,本發明的霧化器噴頭構造,其包含有:一出霧管10、一前矽膠20,一超音波晶片30、一不銹鋼片31、一多孔網片32、一後矽膠40、以及一晶片座50。其中,該晶片座50中央設有一開孔51,一端凹設有一容置空間52和一圓形凹槽53,該圓形凹槽53係供該後矽膠40套合,該後矽膠40的外徑與該超音波晶片30呈中空的內徑相互嵌合,該超音波晶片30依序與該不銹鋼片31與多孔網片32接合成一體,再藉由該前矽膠20的外環突緣21將該超音波晶片30、不銹鋼片31與多孔網片32套設定位於前矽膠20和後矽膠40之間,最後將出霧管10與晶片座50卡扣嵌合後,即構成本發明霧化器噴頭構造。本實施例中多孔網片32可為塑膠材質,或使用金屬材質製成。
前述該超音波晶片30與不銹鋼片31及多孔網片32的接合方式,可以膠合的方式達到最快速和簡便的結合。
再如第4圖所示,由於不銹鋼片31與多孔網片32接合部分,可能發生脫落分離而掉出出霧管10的情況,本發明的特徵即在於改良此一缺失,因此針對該多孔網片32,利用前矽膠20形成一內環突緣22,該內環突緣22係呈斜向延伸,與外環突緣21成形於前矽膠20的同一端面,分別頂抵於該多孔網片32與不銹鋼片31。其中,該前矽膠20的內環突緣22內徑小於該多孔網片32的外徑,如果該不銹鋼片31與多孔網片32接合部分脫落時,多孔網片32便會被卡制於不銹鋼片31與前矽膠20之間,不致從出霧管10
處掉出出霧管噴頭,而被使用者吸入體內。
此外,外環突緣21包含複數個接合部211,且任二個接合部211之間具有凹入處212並形成通道,而該前矽膠20的內環突緣22可以形成複數個突爪23,藉由矽膠的彈性特點,提供更適當的抵靠力,支撐多孔網片32。
再請參閱圖式第5圖所示,為本發明噴頭組裝於霧化器時,水杯60內的液體藥水61經由噴頭霧化的使用狀態圖。如圖所示,於水杯60置入液體藥水61,藉由超音波晶片30產生的超音波振盪傳導,液體藥水61即經由多孔網片32噴出霧化狀液體11。
綜上所述,本發明的特徵在於該前矽膠的改良,因此,本發明具有以下的功效:
1.多孔網片由前矽膠頂抵定位,彈性和吸震效果佳,組裝效果好。
2.前墊片以非金屬材質矽膠製成,絕緣效果良好。
3.多孔網片一旦脫膠掉落,前矽膠突環具有防止多孔網片掉出出霧管,被使用者吸入之虞,安全性最佳。
上述實施例僅為例示性說明本發明之技術特徵及功效,而非用於限定本發明所實施之範圍。即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應仍屬於本發明專利涵蓋之權利範圍內。

Claims (7)
- 一種霧化器噴頭,包含有:一出霧管、一前矽膠,一超音波晶片、一不銹鋼片、一多孔網片、一後矽膠、以及一晶片座;其中,該晶片座中央設有一開孔,一端凹設有一容置空間和一圓形凹槽,該圓形凹槽係供該後矽膠套合,該後矽膠的外徑與該超音波晶片呈中空的內徑相互嵌合,該超音波晶片依序與該不銹鋼片與多孔網片接合成一體,該前矽膠包含一內環突緣及一外環突緣,該外環突緣包含複數個接合部,且任二個該接合部之間具有一凹入處並形成一通道,該外環突緣將該超音波晶片、不銹鋼片與多孔網片套設定位於後矽膠之間,出霧管與晶片座卡扣嵌合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之霧化器噴頭,其中,該超音波晶片與該不銹鋼片及多孔網片可以膠合的方式做結合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之霧化器噴頭,該內環突緣係呈斜向延伸,與該外環突緣成形於該前矽膠的同一端面,分別頂抵於該多孔網片與不銹鋼片。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之霧化器噴頭,其中,該內環突緣內徑小於該多孔網片的外徑。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之霧化器噴頭,其中,該內環突緣可以形成複數個突爪。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之霧化器噴頭,其中,該多孔網片可為金屬材質。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之霧化器噴頭,其中,該多孔網片可為塑膠材質。
