Claims (12)
- 電池と、電池を収容する外装体と、を備える電池セルであって、
前記外装体は複数の層が積層されたフィルムからなり、前記複数の層には、剛性強化層となる表層、空気遮断層及び接着層となる内層が含まれ、
前記表層はセルロースで形成されている電池セル。 - 前記表層の厚さは、0.1~1mmである請求項1に記載された電池セル。
- 前記表層の厚さは、0.25~0.6mmである請求項1に記載された電池セル。
- 前記空気遮断層はアルミ箔で形成されている請求項1~3のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記内層はポリプロピレンで形成されている請求項1~4のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記空気遮断層と前記内層との間に緩衝層が介在されている請求項1~5のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記緩衝層はポリエチレンテレフタレートで形成されている請求項6に記載された電池セル。
- 前記空気遮断層と前記表層との間に接着層が介在されている請求項1~7のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記空気遮断層の外側に防水層が設けられている請求項1~8のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記防水層はポリプロピレン又はポリエチレンテレフタレートで形成されている請求項9に記載された電池セル。
- 前記外装体は、前記電池の集電タブリードが延設される端面に直交する天面、底面及び2つの側面と接して覆う部分、前記電池の前記集電タブリードが突出する端面を覆う部分であって、前記端面の両側の短い辺側から折り込んで両側に三角錐状の空間部を形成するとともに、前記端面の両側の長い辺側から折り合わせて前記端面を包み込む部分、及び、前記端面を包み込む部分からさらに軸方向に延設されて上下の対向する双方の面を接合して前記集電タブリードを挟持する部分からなる請求項1~10のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記電池は、固体電解質を用いた積層体からなる全固体電池である請求項1~11のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
