図2は、実施形態1の組電池の構造を示す断面図である。図2に示す組電池1は、積層されている複数のフィルム外装電池10を有している。図3は、図2に示すフィルム外装電池10の構造を示す断面図である。図4は、図3に示すフィルム外装電池10の平面図である。図3は、図4に示す切断線A−Aに沿った断面に対応している。図5は、図3に示すフィルム外装電池の分解図である。
本発明の実施形態2について説明する。以下、実施形態1と異なる点を中心に説明する。図11は、実施形態2の組電池の構造を示す断面図である。実施形態1の組電池1と同様の構成要素については同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- セパレータを介して正極と負極とが交互に積層された発電要素と、前記発電要素を電解質とともに収容可能な内部空間が形成されているフィルム外装材と、を有するフィルム外装電池が複数積層されている組電池であって、
前記発電要素が、積層方向の両側に位置している主面と、前記主面に隣接している側面と、を有し、
前記フィルム外装材が、前記主面を覆っている主面被覆部と、前記側面を覆っている側面被覆部と、を備えている収容部であって、前記主面被覆部および前記側面被覆部が前記内部空間を形成している収容部と、前記側面被覆部から突出し、前記内部空間を封止している封止部と、を有し、一部の前記フィルム外装材は、前記封止部が、前記積層方向で隣接している他のフィルム外装材の前記側面被覆部に接着されている、組電池。 - 最上層の発電要素または最下層の発電要素を収容している末端フィルム外装材において、該末端フィルム外装材の前記封止部が、該末端フィルム外装材の前記側面被覆部に接着されている他の封止部に接着されている、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 最上層の発電要素または最下層の発電要素を収容している末端フィルム外装材において、該末端フィルム外装材の前記封止部が、該末端フィルム外装材の前記主面被覆部に接着されている、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 最上層の発電要素または最下層の発電要素を収容している末端フィルム外装材の前記主面被覆部に面している基板をさらに有し、前記末端フィルム外装材の前記封止部が、前記基板に固定されている、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記基板を前記積層方向に貫通しているスリットが形成され、前記末端フィルム外装材の前記封止部は、前記スリットを通った状態で前記基板に固定されている、請求項4に記載の組電池。
- 前記基板が、前記発電要素の充放電を停止するための保護回路を備えている、請求項4または5に記載の組電池。
- 前記封止部が、該封止部よりも一層上に配置されている前記側面被覆部に接着されている第1の封止部と、該封止部よりも一層下に配置されている前記側面被覆部に接着されている第2の封止部と、を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
