電池セルであって、前記電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達した場合に作動して前記内部圧力を放出するように構成される圧力解放機構を備えた電池セルと、
接合剤を介して前記電池セルに取り付けられるのに適する取り付け部材と、
本体及び前記本体の表面から突出して設置される突起を備える分離部材であって、前記突起は、前記接合剤が前記取り付け部材と前記圧力解放機構との間に塗布されることを防止できるように構成される、分離部材と、を備える電池。 - 前記圧力解放機構は作動領域を有し、かつ前記圧力解放機構は前記電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達した場合に前記作動領域で前記内部圧力を放出するための解放通路を形成するように構成される請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記分離部材は少なくとも前記作動領域を囲んで、前記接合剤が前記作動領域に入ることを防止するように構成される請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記突起は前記圧力解放機構の前記作動領域の位置に対応するように配置され、かつ前記突起は少なくとも前記作動領域を囲んで、前記接合剤が前記作動領域に入ることを防止するように構成される請求項2又は3に記載の電池。
- 前記取り付け部材は逃げ構造を備え、前記逃げ構造は前記圧力解放機構の作動を可能にする空間を提供するように構成され、かつ、
前記逃げ構造と前記圧力解放機構との間に逃げキャビティが形成される請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池。 - 前記分離部材は少なくとも前記逃げキャビティの前記圧力解放機構に面する一側の周縁を囲んで、前記接合剤が前記逃げキャビティに入ることを防止するように構成される請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記突起は前記逃げキャビティの位置に対応するように配置され、かつ前記突起は少なくとも前記逃げキャビティの前記圧力解放機構に面する一側の周縁を囲んで、前記接合剤が前記逃げキャビティに入ることを防止するように構成される請求項5又は6に記載の電池。
- 前記突起の高さは前記接合剤の所定の塗布高さ以上であり、かつ前記電池セルが前記取り付け部材に取り付けられた場合で前記接合剤の高さに一致するように圧縮されるように構成される請求項7に記載の電池。
- 前記突起はブロー成形プロセスで前記本体の表面に形成される請求項7又は8に記載の電池。
- 前記分離部材は前記圧力解放機構が作動する時に前記電池セルからの排出物により破壊されるように構成される請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記分離部材は融点が前記排出物の排出温度以下の熱可塑性材料で製造される請求項10に記載の電池。
- 前記分離部材は前記接合剤がそれに塗布されることを防止するための塗膜を含む請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記取り付け部材は流体を収容するための熱管理部材を備え、前記電池セルの温度を調整することに用いる請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 逃げ構造は前記熱管理部材に形成され、かつ前記逃げ構造は逃げ底壁及び前記逃げキャビティを取り囲む逃げ側壁を備える請求項13に記載の電池。
- 前記逃げ側壁は前記圧力解放機構が作動する時に破壊され、前記流体を流出させるように構成される請求項14に記載の電池。
- 電気エネルギーを提供するための請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の電池を備える装置。
- 電池の製造方法であって、
複数の電池セルを提供するステップであって、前記複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも1つの電池セルは、
前記電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達した場合に作動して前記内部圧力を放出するように構成される圧力解放機構を備える、ステップと、
接合剤を介して前記電池セルに取り付けられるのに適する取り付け部材を提供するステップと、
本体及び前記本体の表面から突出して設置される突起を備える分離部材であって、前記突起は、前記接合剤が前記取り付け部材と前記圧力解放機構との間に塗布されることを防止できるように構成される、分離部材を提供するステップと、
前記接合剤を塗布し、前記電池セルを前記取り付け部材に取り付けるステップと、を含む電池の製造方法。 - 前記圧力解放機構は作動領域を有し、かつ前記圧力解放機構は前記電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達した場合に前記作動領域で前記内部圧力を放出するための解放通路を形成するように構成され、及び
前記突起は前記圧力解放機構の前記作動領域の位置に対応するように配置され、かつ前記突起は少なくとも前記作動領域を囲んで、前記接合剤が前記作動領域に入ることを防止するように構成される請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記取り付け部材は逃げ構造を備え、前記逃げ構造は前記圧力解放機構の作動を可能にする空間を提供するように構成され、前記逃げ構造と前記圧力解放機構との間に逃げキャビティが形成され、及び
前記突起は前記逃げキャビティの位置に対応するように配置され、かつ前記突起は少なくとも前記逃げキャビティの前記圧力解放機構に面する一側の周縁を囲んで、前記接合剤が前記逃げキャビティに入ることを防止するように構成される請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記分離部材を提供するステップは、ブロー成形プロセスを用いて前記本体の表面に前記突起を形成するステップを含む請求項18又は19に記載の方法。
- 電池の製造機器であって、
複数の電池セルを製造するための電池セル製造モジュールであって、前記複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも1つの電池セルは、
前記電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達した場合に作動して前記内部圧力を放出するように構成される圧力解放機構を備えた電池セル製造モジュールと、
接合剤を介して前記電池セルに取り付けられる取り付け部材を製造するのに適する取り付け部材製造モジュールと、
分離部材を製造するための分離部材製造モジュールであって、前記分離部材は本体及び前記本体の表面から突出して設置される突起を備え、前記突起は、前記接合剤が前記取り付け部材と前記圧力解放機構との間に塗布されることを防止できるように構成される、分離部材を製造するための分離部材製造モジュールと、
前記分離部材を前記電池セル又は前記取り付け部材に対して装着して固定し、及び前記接合剤を塗布することで前記電池セルを前記取り付け部材に取り付けるための組み立てモジュールと、を備える電池の製造機器。
