Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る車両用のルーフガラスを例示する図であり、図1(a)は平面図、図1(b)は図1(a)のA-A線に沿う断面図である。図2は、第1実施形態に係る車両用のルーフガラスを例示する斜視図である。ここでは、平面視において、ルーフガラス20の短手方向をX方向、長手方向をY方向、厚さ方向をZ方向としている。図1及び図2は模式図であるため、図1と図2とで寸法関係が整合していない場合がある。
第1実施形態の変形例1では、調光素子の外縁部と接していないスリットの例を示す。なお、第1実施形態の変形例1において、既に説明した実施形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。
第1実施形態の変形例2では、調光素子を貫通しないスリットの例を示す。なお、第1実施形態の変形例2において、既に説明した実施形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。
第1実施形態の変形例3では、調光素子を貫通しないスリットの他の例を示す。なお、第1実施形態の変形例3において、既に説明した実施形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。

以下、実施例及び比較例について説明するが、本発明は、これらの実施例に何ら限定されるものではない。なお、以下の記載において、例1は比較例であり、例2~例9は実施例である。

Claims (29)
- 曲率を有する一対のガラス板と、
前記一対のガラス板の間に位置する中間膜と、
前記中間膜に封入された調光素子と、を有し、
前記調光素子は、
第1樹脂層及び第2樹脂層と、
前記第1樹脂層と前記第2樹脂層とに挟まれた調光層と、を含み、
前記第1樹脂層の主面に1つ以上のスリットを有し、
少なくとも1つの前記スリットは、前記調光素子の外縁部と接していない、又は平面視で前記調光素子の外縁部から内側に向かって延在する合わせガラス。 - 少なくとも1つの前記スリットが、平面視で前記調光素子の外縁部から内側に向かって延在する場合、少なくとも1つの前記スリットは、平面視で前記調光素子の外縁部から略垂直に内側に向かって延在する請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記スリットは、前記調光素子の何れかの辺に対し、前記スリットの長さLsの該辺に対し平行な成分の長さLsaと該辺の長さLpとの関係が、0.55×Lp<Lsa、を満たす請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。但し、前記スリットが複数存在する場合は、前記スリットの長さLsの該辺に対し平行な成分の長さLsaの合計値と該辺との関係が上記式を満たせばよい。
- 前記スリットは、前記調光素子の何れかの辺に対し、前記スリットの長さLsの該辺に対し平行な成分の長さLsaと該辺の長さLpとの関係が、0.7×Lp<Lsa、を満たす請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。但し、前記スリットが複数存在する場合は、前記スリットの長さLsの該辺に対し平行な成分の長さLsaの合計値と該辺との関係が上記式を満たせばよい。
- 前記スリットと同軸上の前記調光素子の幅をLpとしたときに、前記スリットの長さLsが、0.3×Lp<Ls<0.95Lpを満たす請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1樹脂層及び前記第2樹脂層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリアミド、ポリエーテル、ポリスルフォン、ポリエーテルスルフォン、ポリカーボネート、ポリアリレート、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、アラミド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、トリアセチルセルロース、ポリウレタン、シクロオレフィンポリマーの群から選択される何れかである請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記調光素子の厚さは、0.1mm以上0.5mm以下である請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記調光層は、懸濁粒子デバイス、高分子分散型液晶、高分子ネットワーク型液晶、ゲストホスト型液晶、フォトクロミック、エレクトロクロミック、エレクトロキネティック、の群から選択される何れか一つ以上である請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記一対のガラス板の少なくとも一方に遮蔽層が形成され、
少なくとも1つの前記スリットは、平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。 - 平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する前記スリットの外縁部は、前記遮蔽層の外縁部から10mm以上離間している請求項9に記載の合わせガラス。
- 平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する前記スリットの外縁部は、前記遮蔽層の外縁部から15mm以上離間している請求項10に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記スリットと同軸上の曲げ深さは60mm~80mmである、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 曲率を有する一対のガラス板と、
前記一対のガラス板の間に位置する中間膜と、
前記中間膜に封入された調光素子と、を有し、
前記調光素子は、
第1樹脂層及び第2樹脂層と、
前記第1樹脂層と前記第2樹脂層とに挟まれた調光層と、を含み、
前記第1樹脂層の主面に1つ以上のスリットを有し、
前記スリットは、前記調光素子の何れかの辺に対し、前記スリットの長さLsの該辺に対し平行な成分の長さLsaと該辺の長さLpとの関係が、0.55×Lp<Lsa、を満たす合わせガラス。
但し、前記スリットが複数存在する場合は、前記スリットの長さLsの該辺に対し平行な成分の長さLsaの合計値と該辺との関係が上記式を満たせばよい。 - 前記スリットは、前記調光素子の何れかの辺に対し、前記スリットの長さLsの該辺に対し平行な成分の長さLsaと該辺の長さLpとの関係が、0.7×Lp<Lsa、を満たす請求項13に記載の合わせガラス。但し、前記スリットが複数存在する場合は、前記スリットの長さLsの該辺に対し平行な成分の長さLsaの合計値と該辺との関係が上記式を満たせばよい。
- 前記第1樹脂層及び前記第2樹脂層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリアミド、ポリエーテル、ポリスルフォン、ポリエーテルスルフォン、ポリカーボネート、ポリアリレート、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、アラミド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、トリアセチルセルロース、ポリウレタン、シクロオレフィンポリマーの群から選択される何れかである請求項13又は14に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記調光素子の厚さは、0.1mm以上0.5mm以下である請求項13乃至15の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記調光層は、懸濁粒子デバイス、高分子分散型液晶、高分子ネットワーク型液晶、ゲストホスト型液晶、フォトクロミック、エレクトロクロミック、エレクトロキネティック、の群から選択される何れか一つ以上である請求項13乃至16の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記一対のガラス板の少なくとも一方に遮蔽層が形成され、
少なくとも1つの前記スリットは、平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する請求項13乃至17の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。 - 平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する前記スリットの外縁部は、前記遮蔽層の外縁部から10mm以上離間している請求項18に記載の合わせガラス。
- 平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する前記スリットの外縁部は、前記遮蔽層の外縁部から15mm以上離間している請求項19に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記スリットと同軸上の曲げ深さは60mm~80mmである、請求項13乃至20の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。

少なくとも1つの前記スリットは、平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する合わせガラス。 - 平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する前記スリットの外縁部は、前記遮蔽層の外縁部から10mm以上離間している請求項22に記載の合わせガラス。
- 平面視で前記遮蔽層と重複する前記スリットの外縁部は、前記遮蔽層の外縁部から15mm以上離間している請求項23に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記スリットと同軸上の前記調光素子の幅をLpとしたときに、前記スリットの長さLsが、0.3×Lp<Ls<0.95Lpを満たす請求項22乃至24の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1樹脂層及び前記第2樹脂層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリアミド、ポリエーテル、ポリスルフォン、ポリエーテルスルフォン、ポリカーボネート、ポリアリレート、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、アラミド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、トリアセチルセルロース、ポリウレタン、シクロオレフィンポリマーの群から選択される何れかである請求項22乃至25の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記調光素子の厚さは、0.1mm以上0.5mm以下である請求項22乃至26の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
