Abstract
Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る車両用のサイドガラスを例示する図である。図2Aは、図1のA−A線に沿う部分拡大断面図である。なお、図1において、左側(矢印Xの根元側)がサイドガラス10を車両に取り付けたときのフロント側となり、右側(矢印Xの先端側)がリア側となる。又、図1において、下側(矢印Zの根元側)がサイドガラス10を車両に取り付けたときのフロア側となり、上側(矢印Zの先端側)がルーフ側となる。又、図1において、一点鎖線Dよりも下側は、サイドガラス10を車両に取り付けたときに車体に隠れて車両の外部から視認できない領域である。
第2の実施の形態では、導電性細線の折り返し回数が第1の実施の形態と異なる例を示す。なお、第2の実施の形態において、既に説明した実施の形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。

Claims (13)
- 互いに対向する1対のガラス板と、
前記1対のガラス板の間に位置し、前記1対のガラス板にそれぞれ接する1対の中間接着層と、
前記1対の中間接着層の間に位置する配線と、
前記配線に接続される1組のバスバーと、を備える合わせガラスであって、
前記配線は、前記ガラス板の同一辺側に配置される1組のバスバーの間に並列に配置された複数の導電性細線を含み、
前記導電性細線の各々は、前記ガラス板の主面における少なくとも一部の領域に、一つのまとまりとして配置され、少なくとも1回の折り返しを有し、
前記導電性細線の各々の抵抗値は、前記導電性細線の各々の抵抗値の平均値から10%以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記合わせガラスを車両に取り付けたときの垂直方向に、3回以上の前記折り返しを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 並列に配置された複数の前記導電性細線からなる帯の幅が12cm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記折り返しにおける前記導電性細線の最近接線間のピッチが周囲のピッチと等しいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記導電性細線の各々の線幅が30μm以下であり、かつ複数の前記導電性細線の中で最小の線幅の部分と最大の線幅の部分との線幅の差が7μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 複数の前記導電性細線は、線幅及びピッチの少なくとも片方が、前記バスバーの一方の極から他方の極に至るまでの途中で変化している導電性細線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 複数の前記導電性細線は、波線の導電性細線を含み、
前記波線の導電性細線の周期が、前記バスバーの一方の極から他方の極に至るまでの途中で変化していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記ガラス板の主面は複数のゾーンに分割され、
前記ゾーン毎に、互いに独立した1組のバスバー、及び1組の前記バスバーの間に並列に配置された複数の導電性細線が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記ゾーン毎に、前記導電性細線の各々の抵抗値の平均値が異なることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 複数の前記導電性細線は、前記折り返し回数が異なる導電性細線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記導電性細線のピッチが1mm以上5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記導電性細線は、直線、波線の何れか又は組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記導電性細線及び前記バスバーは、銀、銅、又はアルミからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
