Description
本発明は、次の態様であってよい。
[態様1]
少なくとの一つの機能要素(2)を有している複合ペイン(1)であって、
-内側面III及び外側面IVを有している第一ペイン(3)、
-内側面II及び外側面Iを有している第二ペイン(4)、
-前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面IIIを前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIに結合している熱可塑性中間層(5)、
-前記熱可塑性中間層(5)に組み込まれている少なくとも一つの機能要素(2)、
を備えており、
-前記少なくとも一つの機能要素(2)が、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面III及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIに直接隣接しており、かつ、
-脱気構造(8)が、少なくとも前記機能要素(2)の領域に取り付けられており、前記脱気構造(8)は、前記第一ペイン(3)及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)に直接隣接しており、かつ、前記脱気構造(8)によって、前記機能要素(2)が、その表面全体で前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面II及び/又は前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面IIに接触することを回避している、
複合ペイン(1)。
[態様2]
前記脱気構造(8)が、複数の脱気チャンネル(9)を備えており、前記複数の脱気チャネル(9)が、機能要素(2)に最も近いサイドエッジ(K)に実質的に垂直に走っている、態様1に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様3]
前記脱気構造(8)が、規則正しい、あるいは、不規則な構造(10)を備えている、態様1に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様4]
前記脱気構造(8)が、ベース表面(8.1)上に位置しており、かつ前記ベ-ス表面(8.1)に対して、より高く配置されている表面領域(8.2)を備えている、態様1~3のいずれかに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様5]
前記より高く配置されている表面領域(8.2)が、前記ベース表面(8.1)に対する高さで、少なくとも15μm、好ましくは少なくとも30μm、特に好ましくは少なくとも50μmオフセットして配置されている、態様4に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様6]
前記より高く配置されている表面領域(8.2)が、前記ベース表面(8.1)と前記より高く配置されている表面領域(8.2)との総面積の少なくとも20%、好ましくは少なくとも40%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50%、好ましくはそれぞれの場合で最大80%の面積比率を占める、態様4又は5に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様7]
前記脱気構造(8)が、前記機能要素(2)、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面III、及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面II、好ましくは前記機能要素(2)に、付加的又は削除的に適用されている、態様1~6のいずれがに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様8]
前記脱気構造(8)が、印刷方法、好ましくはスクリーン印刷方法又はインクジェット印刷方法、特に好ましくはインク印刷方法によって付加的に適用されている、態様7に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様9]
前記脱気構造(8)が、好ましくはレーザー法によって、前記機能要素(2)に削除的に適用されている、態様7に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様10]
前記機能要素(2)が、電気的に切り替え可能な機能要素(2)、好ましくはアンテナ、センサー、切り替え要素、電気接続要素、電気バスバー、特に好ましくはアンテナである、態様1~9のいずれかに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様11]
前記機能要素(2)が、少なくとも50μm、好ましくは少なくとも100μm、特に少なくとも150μmの厚さを有している、態様1~10のいずれかに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様12]
前記熱可塑性中間層(5)が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、及び/又はポリウレタン(PU)を含む少なくとも一つの第一積層フィルム(5.1)を有しており、0.30mm~1.5mm、好ましくは0.35mm~1.0mm、特に好ましくは0.35mm~0.8mmの厚さを有している、態様1~11のいずれかに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[態様13]
a)少なくとも一つの脱気構造(8)を少なくとも一つの機能要素(2)に、付加的又は削除的に適用し、
b)第一ペイン(3)、脱気構造を有する機能要素(2)、熱可塑性中間層(5)、及び第二ペイン(4)を少なくとも備える層スタックを形成し、前記脱気構造(8)が、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面III及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIに直接隣接し、
c)ステップb)からの前記層スタックを積層して、複合ペイン(1)を形成する、
態様1~12のいずれかに記載の複合ペイン(1)の製造方法。
[態様14]
ステップa)において、脱気構造(8)を、付加的に印刷、あるいは、レーザー法によって削除的に生成する、態様13に記載の方法。
[態様15]
乗物グレージング、特に、ウインドシールド、ルーフパネル、サイドウインドウ、又はリアウインドウとしての、態様1~12のいずれかに記載の複合ペインの使用。
a)少なくとも一つの脱気構造を、機能要素に、付加的又は削除的に適用し、
b)第一ペイン、脱気構造を有する機能要素、熱可塑性中間層、及び第二ペインを少なくとも備える層スタックを形成し、前記脱気構造が、前記第一ペインの内側面III及び/又は前記第二ペインの内側面IIに直接隣接し、
c)ステップb)からの前記層スタックを積層して複合ペインを形成し、第一ペインの内側面と第二ペインの内側面を、熱可塑性中間層を介して結合する。

Claims (18)
- 少なくとの一つの機能要素(2)を有している複合ペイン(1)であって、
-内側面III及び外側面IVを有している第一ペイン(3)、
-内側面II及び外側面Iを有している第二ペイン(4)、
-前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面IIIを前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIに結合している熱可塑性中間層(5)、
-前記熱可塑性中間層(5)に組み込まれている少なくとも一つの機能要素(2)、
を備えており、
-前記少なくとも一つの機能要素(2)が、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面III及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIに直接隣接しており、かつ、
-脱気構造(8)が、少なくとも前記機能要素(2)の領域に取り付けられており、前記脱気構造(8)は、前記第一ペイン(3)及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)に直接隣接しており、かつ、前記脱気構造(8)によって、前記機能要素(2)が、その表面全体で前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面II及び/又は前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面IIIに接触することを回避している、
複合ペイン(1)。 - 前記脱気構造(8)が、複数の脱気チャンネル(9)を備えており、前記複数の脱気チャンネル(9)が、機能要素(2)に最も近いサイドエッジ(K)に実質的に垂直に走っている、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記脱気構造(8)が、規則正しい、あるいは、不規則な構造(10)を備えている、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記脱気構造(8)が、ベース表面(8.1)上に位置しており、かつ前記ベ-ス表面(8.1)に対して、より高く配置されている表面領域(8.2)を備えている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記より高く配置されている表面領域(8.2)が、前記ベース表面(8.1)に対する高さで、少なくとも15μm、好ましくは少なくとも30μm、特に好ましくは少なくとも50μmオフセットして配置されている、請求項4に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記より高く配置されている表面領域(8.2)が、前記ベース表面(8.1)と前記より高く配置されている表面領域(8.2)との総面積の少なくとも20%、好ましくは少なくとも40%、特に好ましくは少なくとも50%、好ましくはそれぞれの場合で最大80%の面積比率を占める、請求項4又は5に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記機能要素(2)が、電気的に切り替え可能な機能要素(2)、好ましくはアンテナ、センサー、切り替え要素、電気接続要素、電気バスバー、特に好ましくはアンテナである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記機能要素(2)が、少なくとも50μm、好ましくは少なくとも100μm、特に少なくとも150μmの厚さを有している、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記熱可塑性中間層(5)が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、及び/又はポリウレタン(PU)を含む少なくとも一つの第一積層フィルム(5.1)を有しており、0.30mm~1.5mm、好ましくは0.35mm~1.0mm、特に好ましくは0.35mm~0.8mmの厚さを有している、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記脱気構造(8)が、前記機能要素(2)の、前記熱可塑性中間層(5)に向けられた前記機能要素(2)の反対側の表面上、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面IIIの表面上、及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIの表面上、好ましくは前記機能要素(2)の、前記熱可塑性中間層(5)に向けられた前記機能要素(2)の反対側の表面上に適用されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記脱気構造(8)が、前記機能要素(2)の、前記熱可塑性中間層(5)に向けられた前記機能要素(2)の反対側の表面側の前記機能要素(2)内、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面IIIの側の前記第一ペイン(3)内、及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIの側の前記第二ペイン(4)内、好ましくは前記機能要素(2)の、前記熱可塑性中間層(5)に向けられた機能要素(2)の反対側の表面側の前記機能要素(2)内に適用されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- a)少なくとも一つの脱気構造(8)を少なくとも一つの機能要素(2)に適用し、
b)第一ペイン(3)、脱気構造を有する機能要素(2)、熱可塑性中間層(5)、及び第二ペイン(4)を少なくとも備える層スタックを形成し、前記脱気構造(8)が、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面III及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIに直接隣接し、
c)ステップb)からの前記層スタックを積層して、複合ペイン(1)を形成する、
請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)の製造方法。 - a)少なくとも一つの脱気構造(8)を少なくとも一つの機能要素(2)に、付加的に適用し、
b)第一ペイン(3)、脱気構造を有する機能要素(2)、熱可塑性中間層(5)、及び第二ペイン(4)を少なくとも備える層スタックを形成し、前記脱気構造(8)が、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面III及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIに直接隣接し、
c)ステップb)からの前記層スタックを積層して、複合ペイン(1)を形成する、
請求項10に記載の複合ペイン(1)の製造方法。 - ステップa)において、脱気構造(8)を、印刷方法によって付加的に生成する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷方法が、スクリーン印刷方法又はインクジェット印刷方法、好ましくはインク印刷方法である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- a)少なくとも一つの脱気構造(8)を少なくとも一つの機能要素(2)に、削除的に適用し、
b)第一ペイン(3)、脱気構造を有する機能要素(2)、熱可塑性中間層(5)、及び第二ペイン(4)を少なくとも備える層スタックを形成し、前記脱気構造(8)が、前記第一ペイン(3)の前記内側面III及び/又は前記第二ペイン(4)の前記内側面IIに直接隣接し、
c)ステップb)からの前記層スタックを積層して、複合ペイン(1)を形成する、
請求項11に記載の複合ペイン(1)の製造方法。 - ステップa)において、脱気構造(8)を、レーザー法によって削除的に生成する、請求項16に記載の方法。
