Claims (29)
- コネクタを導電性装置へ半田付けする方法であって:
主面、周縁、およびこの主面上の導電性装置で予め選択した接触領域を含む装置を有する第1シートを用意する工程;
第1部分および第2部分を有し、この第1部分が第2部分から離間しているコネクタを用意する工程;
このコネクタの第1部分を接触領域上に配置する工程;
このコネクタの第1部分と予め選択した接触領域の間に、ある溶融温度の半田の層を用意する工程;
サブ組立体を用意するためにコネクタの第1部分の上に周縁を有する第2シートを配置し、コネクタの第2部分がこれらのシートの少なくとも一つの周縁を越えて伸びる工程;
半田を融かすためにサブ組立体をこの半田の溶融温度を超える温度に加熱する工程;および
この半田を固化し、少なくともコネクタの第2部分を通して導電性装置への電気的接触をもたらすためにサブ組立体を冷却する工程を含む方法。 - 請求項1による方法であって、更に、
上記第1および第2シートの間且つ上記コネクタの上記第1端部の上に中間層シートを用意する工程を含み、積層品を形成するために上記冷却工程の実行後、上記第1および第2シートを一緒に固着する方法。 - 請求項2による方法に於いて、上記導電性装置が、互いから離間し且つ第1バスバーおよび第2バスバーとして形成され、これらのバスバーの各々が接触領域を有する1対のバスバーを含み;上記半田の層が半田の第1層であり且つ上記コネクタがこの第1バスバーに半田付された第1リード線であり、更に:
第1部分および第2部分を有する第2リード線を用意し、この第2リード線の第1部分がこの第2リード線の第2部分から離間している工程;
この第2リード線の第1部分を第2バスバーの接触領域の上に配置する工程;

上記第2シートを配置する工程を、上記サブ組立体を用意するために第1リード線の第1部分および第2リード線の第1部分の上に上記周縁を有する上記第2シートを配置し、この第2リード線の第2部分が上記のシートの少なくとも一つの周縁を越えて伸びる工程によって実行し;
上記サブ組立体を加熱する工程を、半田の第1および第2層を融かすために上記サブ組立体を半田のこの第1および第2層の溶融温度を超える温度に加熱する工程によって実行し;並びに
上記サブ組立体を冷却する工程を、半田の第1および第2層を固化し、少なくとも第1リード線の第2部分を通して上記第1バスバーへの電気的接触および少なくとも第2リード線の第2部分を通して第2バスバーへの電気的接触をもたらすために上記サブ組立体を冷却する工程によって実行する方法。 - 請求項3による方法に於いて、上記導電性装置が更に上記第1および第2バスバーの間に電気的に接触して伸びる少なくとも一つの導電性部材。
- 請求項4による方法に於いて、上記第1および第2シートが実質的に同じ表面積および周辺構造を有するガラス板であり、並びに上記第1および第2リード線の上記第2端部がこの第1および第2板の周縁を越えて伸びる方法。
- 請求項5による方法に於いて、上記サブ組立体の加熱の実行中、上記ガラス板を119°Cを超え170°C未満の温度に加熱する方法。
- 請求項5による方法に於いて、上記積層品が透明体である方法。
- 請求項7による方法に於いて、上記透明体が自動車用貼り合せ透明体である方法。
- 請求項8による方法に於いて、上記バスバーが金属箔バスバーであり、且つ更に、上記リード線の少なくとも一つの一部の上に、この少なくとも一つのリード線の上記第1および第2端部の間に、柔軟な、非導電性スリーブを、このスリーブの一部を上記第1および第2板の間にして用意する工程を含む方法。
- 請求項9による方法に於いて、柔軟な、非導電性スリーブを用意する工程が上記第1および第2リード線の各々の一部の上に、上記第1および第2端部の間に、柔軟な、非導電性スリーブを用意する工程を含み、並びに更に、上記リード線の各個と上記スリーブの内面の間、および上記スリーブの各個と上記スリーブの各個が上記ガラス板の間にある位置での上記板の隣接する表面との間に空気遮断層を用意する工程を含む方法。
- 請求項10による方法に於いて、上記導電性部材を導電性被膜、ワイヤ、電気的刺激に反応する被膜、および信号を送受信するためのアンテナから選択する方法。
- 請求項10による方法に於いて、上記導電性部材が赤外線反射膜および誘電体膜を含む導電性被膜であり、および上記第1シートの辺縁に沿う非導電性領域を設けるためにこの被膜が上記第1シートの周縁に達しないで終り且つ上記バスバーの少なくとも一つの端部がこの非導電性領域に達する方法。
- 請求項12による方法であって、更に、上記第2バスバーから上記非導電性領域内の上記第1バスバーまで伸びるバスバー延長部を配置する工程、およびこのバスバー延長部の端を上記第2リード線の第1部分に半田付けする工程を含む方法。
- 請求項13による方法に於いて、上記バスバー延長部が上記非導電性領域内の上記第1シートの主面に結合した導電性セラミック材料である方法。
- 請求項1による方法に於いて、上記半田の層が質量パーセントで以下の成分を含む方法:
錫 50未満
インジウム 50超。 - 請求項15による方法に於いて、上記半田組成物が質量パーセントで以下の成分を含む方法:

- 40〜60質量パーセントのインジウムおよび40〜50質量パーセントの錫を含み、共晶温度が127°C(260°F)以下である低温溶融半田。
- 請求項18による半田に於いて、上記組成物が49〜55質量パーセントのインジウムおよび45〜51質量パーセントの錫を含む半田。
- 請求項19による半田に於いて、上記組成物が51〜53質量パーセントのインジウムおよび47〜49質量パーセントの錫を含む半田。
- 請求項17による半田に於いて、共晶温度が121°C(250°F)以下である半田。
- 貼り合せ透明体であって:
所望の形状および周辺を有する第1ガラス板;
一般的にこの第1ガラス板の形状および周辺に対応する形状および周辺を有する第2ガラス板;
この第1板と第2板の間に配置した中間層;
この第1板の主面とこの中間層の間の導電性部材で、この第1板の周辺に沿って導電性領域を設けるようにこの第1板の周辺から離間している部材;
この第1板の主面とこの中間層の間に位置し且つ導電性部材と電気的に接触している、第1および第2の離間した金属箔バスバーで、この導電性部材の少なくとも一部がこの第1および第2バスバーの間に伸びおよびこの第1バスバーの少なくとも一端が非導電性領域に達するバスバー;
この非導電性領域の一部に沿って伸びる導電性ハードセット・バスバー延長部で、このバスバー延長部の第1端が第1バスバーの少なくとも一端と電気的に接触している延長部;
第1端が導電性領域内でバスバー延長部の反対端と電気的に接触していて、第2端が第1板の周辺を越えて伸びる第1リード線;並びに
第1端が第2バスバーと電気的に接触していて、第2端が第1板の周辺を越えて伸びる第2リード線を含む透明体。 - 請求項22による透明体に於いて、上記第2リード線の第1端部が上記第2バスバーに半田付けしてある透明体。
