特に車両用ガラス用途として良好な、ガラスとの接着強度や耐酸性、耐塩水性、耐温度サイクル性に優れた無鉛ハンダ合金が求められている。
【解決手段】
質量%表示で、In26.0〜56.0、Ag0.1〜5.0、Ti0.002〜0.05、Si0.001〜0.01、残部がSnの合金組成からなることを特徴とする、車両用ガラス用無鉛ハンダ合金。さらに、Cu0.005〜0.1、B0.001〜0.01を含んでも良い。

Description
ハンダ組成及び、試験結果を表に示す。合格を○、不合格を×で示したが、塩水噴霧試験結果欄の表記は、×:100時間後不合格、△:100時間後合格、○:200時間後合格、◎:300時間後合格とした。
