Claims (14)
- ヘッドアップディスプレイにおける結合部材として使用するための積層グレージングであって、前記積層グレージングは、
少なくとも1つの接着性プライを備える層間構造によって接合されたグレージング材料の少なくとも第1のペインおよび第2のペインを備え、
前記グレージング材料の第1および第2のペインの各々は、それぞれ第1の主表面および対向する第2の主表面を有し、
前記積層グレージングは、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第2の主表面が、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインの前記第1の主表面に面するように構成され、
前記グレージング材料の第2のペインは、0.001重量%~0.12重量%の酸化鉄(Fe2O3)含有量を有するソーダ石灰シリカガラスのシートを備え、
前記グレージング材料の第1のペインと第2のペインとの間に赤外線反射フィルムがあり、前記赤外線反射フィルムは、少なくとも1つの金属層、特に少なくとも1つの銀層を備える多層コーティングであり、
さらに、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面は、前記積層グレージングの露出表面であり、そのため、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面上で、法線に対して60°の入射角において、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面に向かって方向付けられる光は、前記積層グレージングで反射されて、第1の反射、第2の反射、および第3の反射を生成し、
前記第1の反射は、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面から反射された光からであり、前記第2の反射は、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインの前記第2の主表面から反射された光からであり、前記第3の反射は、前記赤外線反射フィルムからの反射された光からであり、
前記積層グレージングは、前記第3の反射の強度を低減するために、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面と前記赤外線反射フィルムとの間に光強度低減手段を備えることを特徴とし、
そのため、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面上で、法線に対して60°の入射角において、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面に向かって、770nmで強度I0を有する電磁放射のビームを方向付け、770nmの波長での前記第3の反射の前記強度は、0.185×I0以下であり、
法線入射で、前記積層グレージングは、70%を超える可視光透過率(CIE Illuminant A 10度観察者)を有する、積層グレージング。 - 770nmでの前記第3の反射の強度は、I770以下であり、I770=0.18×I0、または0.17×I0、または0.16×I0、または0.15×I0、または0.14×I0、または0.13×I0、または0.12×I0である、請求項1に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記電磁放射のビームは、660nmの波長で強度I0を有し、660nmでの前記第3の反射の前記強度は、0.13×I0以下であり、および/または、前記電磁放射のビームは、750nmの波長で強度I0を有し、750nmでの前記第3の反射の前記強度は、0.17×I0以下である、請求項1または2に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記第3の反射の前記強度を低減するための光強度低減手段は、前記グレージング材料の第1のペイン、前記層間構造、または、1つ以上の光学吸収体を備えるさらなる光吸収ガラスシートの少なくとも1つによって提供される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記グレージング材料の第1のペインは、酸化鉄(Fe2O3)を含む、請求項4に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記第3の反射の前記強度を低減するための光強度低減手段は、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第2の主表面上にコーティングを備え、前記コーティングは、前記第3の反射の前記強度を低減するための少なくとも1つの光吸収層を備える、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第2の主表面上の前記コーティングの前記少なくとも1つの光吸収層は、0.1nm~5nmの厚さを有し、および/または、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第2の主表面上の前記コーティングの前記少なくとも1つの光吸収層は、ニクロムまたはニクロムの酸化物もしくは窒化物を含む、請求項6に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記グレージング材料の第1のペインと前記グレージング材料の第2のペインとが互いに平行ではなく、および/または、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインは、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインよりも可視光に対して高い透過率を有し、および/または、前記赤外線反射フィルムは、銀を含む少なくとも1つの層を備えるか、または前記赤外線反射フィルムは、少なくとも1つの銀の層を備える、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記赤外線反射フィルムは、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第2の主表面上、または前記グレージング材料の第2のペインの前記第1の主表面上にあり、あるいは、前記赤外線反射フィルムは、キャリアプライ上にある、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記赤外線反射フィルムは、100nm~300nmの厚さを有する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記赤外線反射フィルムは、ZnSnOx、ZnO、またはZnO:Alの少なくとも1つの層を備え、および/または、
前記赤外線反射フィルムは、前記グレージング材料の第1または第2のペインと直接接触する第1の層を備え、および/または、
前記赤外線反射フィルムは、ZnSnOx、ZnOまたはZnO:Alの第1の層とZnSnOx、ZnOまたはZnO:Alの第2の層との間で、銀を含む第1の層を備え、および/または、
前記赤外線反射フィルムは、銀を含む第1の層と銀を含む第2の層とを備え、前記銀を含む第1の層は、ZnSnOx、ZnOまたはZnO:Alの第1の層とZnSnOx、ZnOまたはZnO:Alの第2の層との間にあり、さらに前記銀を含む第2の層は、前記ZnSnOx、ZnOまたはZnO:Alの第2の層とZnSnOx、ZnOまたはZnO:Alの第3の層との間にある、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の積層グレージング。 - 法線入射で、前記積層グレージングは、60%未満の(外表面の風速が約4m/秒でISO 13837:2008 Convention Aを使用して測定されたTTS%)全透過日射量を有し、および/または、
法線入射で、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインの前記第2の主表面から反射された光の割合(CIE Illuminant D65 10度観察者)は、12%未満であり、および/または、法線入射で、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインの前記第2の主表面から反射された光(CIE Illuminant D65 10度観察者)は、0未満のa*を有し、および/または、法線入射で、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインの前記第2の主表面から反射された光(CIE Illuminant D65 10度観察者)は、0未満のb*を有する、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の積層グレージング。 - 前記積層グレージングに組み込まれる前に、前記赤外線反射フィルムは、前記グレージング材料の第1または第2のシート上にあり、前記赤外線反射フィルムのシート抵抗(Ω/□)は、2Ω/□~4Ω/□であり、および/または、前記積層グレージングにおいて、前記赤外線反射フィルムは、前記グレージング材料の第1または第2のシート上にあり、前記赤外線反射フィルムのシート抵抗(Ω/□)は、2Ω/□~4Ω/□である、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 光の入射ビームが積層グレージングの露出面に衝突するときに、前記積層グレージングによって生じる第3の反射の強度を低減するための1つ以上の光学吸収体の使用であって、前記積層グレージングは、少なくとも1つの接着性プライを備える層間構造によって接合されたグレージング材料の少なくとも2つの(第1および第2の)ペインを備え、前記グレージング材料の第1および第2のペインの各々は、それぞれ第1の主表面および対向する第2の主表面を有し、前記積層グレージングは、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第2の主表面が、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインの前記第1の主表面に面するように構成され、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインは、0.001重量%~0.12重量%の酸化鉄(Fe2O3)含有量を有するソーダ石灰シリカガラスのシートを備え、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインと第2のペインとの間に赤外線反射フィルムがあり、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面は、前記積層グレージングの露出表面であり、そのため、入射角において、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面に向かって方向付けられる光のビームは、前記積層グレージングで反射されて、第1の反射、第2の反射、および第3の反射を生成し、前記第1の反射は、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面から反射された光からであり、前記第2の反射は、前記グレージング材料の第2のペインの前記第2の主表面から反射された光からであり、前記第3の反射は、前記赤外線反射フィルムからの反射された光からであり、前記光学吸収体は、前記グレージング材料の第1のペインの前記第1の主表面と前記赤外線反射フィルムとの間にあり、さらに、前記光学吸収体は、0.15重量%~2重量%のFe 2 O 3 の酸化鉄含有量を含むボディ着色されたグレージングペインである、使用。
