Description
(a) 1.6mm未満の厚みを有している内側ペインを提供する;
(b) 内側ペインの1つの表面に、透明導電性コーティングを提供する;
(c) 熱可塑性中間層を提供する、その厚みは、2つの対向している端部の間の経路において少なくとも部分的に可変的である;
(d) 中間層を、外側ペインと内側ペインの間に配置する、ここで、コーティングを備えている内側ペインの表面が、中間層に面しており、かつ、中間層の上記端部が、上方端部及び下方端部の方向を向いており、かつ、ここで、複合ペインの全厚が、少なくとも4.0mmである;かつ
(e) 内側ペイン及び外側ペインを、積層加工によって、一緒に結合させる。
種々の厚みの内側ペイン2が、伝導性コーティング6を備えており、このペインを、HUD投影器によって60°の入射角で照らし、かつ、主画像と層ゴースト画像との間のオフセットを、典型的な目の位置(運転者の目の位置)で、決定した。HUDシステムの画像距離は、現在使用されているHUDに関して典型的であるように、2.3mであった。結果を、表1にまとめる。

Claims (14)
- 上方端部(O)及び下方端部(U)を有している、ヘッドアップディスプレイのための複合ペイン(10)であって、少なくとも、熱可塑性中間層(3)を介して互いに結合している外側ペイン(1)及び内側ペイン(2)、並びに、前記内側ペイン(2)の前記中間層(3)に面している表面(III)上の透明導電性コーティング(6)を有しており、ここで、前記中間層(3)の厚みが、前記下方端部(U)と前記上方端部(O)との間の垂直経路において少なくとも部分的に可変的であり、かつ、ここで、前記内側ペイン(2)が、1.6mm未満の厚みを有しており、前記外側ペイン(1)が、2.1mm〜4.5mmの厚みを有しており、かつ、前記複合ペイン(10)の全厚(d)が、少なくとも4.4mmである、複合ペイン(10)。
- 乗り物ウィンドシールドである、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- その全厚(d)が、4.4mm〜6.0mm、好ましくは4.4mm〜5.5mmである、請求項1又は2に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記内側ペイン(2)の厚みが、0.4mm〜1.5mm、好ましくは0.7mm〜1.1mmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記外側ペイン(1)の厚みが、2.5mm〜3.5mmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記中間層(3)の最小の厚みが、0.4mm〜1.5mm、好ましくは、0.5mm〜1.0mmである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記中間層(3)が、0.2mrad〜1mrad、好ましくは0.3mrad〜0.7mrad、特に好ましくは0.4mrad〜0.5mradの楔角度(α)を有している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記外側ペイン(1)及び/又は前記内側ペイン(2)、好ましくは、前記外側ペイン(1)及び前記内側ペイン(2)が、ガラス製であり、好ましくはソーダ石灰ガラス製である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記中間層(3)が、少なくとも、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ポリウレタン(PU)、又は、それらの混合物若しくはコポリマー若しくは誘導体を含有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記導電性コーティング(6)が、銀を含有している少なくとも1つの導電性層を有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 少なくとも、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)、及び、前記複合ペインの領域(B)に向けられている投影器(4)を有しており、ここで、前記中間層(3)の厚みが、少なくともこの領域(B)において可変的である、ヘッドアップディスプレイのための投影設備。
- 上方端部(O)及び下方端部(U)を有している、ヘッドアップディスプレイのための複合ペイン(10)を製造するための、以下である、方法:
(a)1.6mm未満の厚みを有している内側ペイン(2)を提供する;
(b)前記内側ペイン(2)の1つの表面(III)に、透明導電性コーティング(6)を提供する;
(c)熱可塑性中間層(3)を、提供する、その厚みは、2つの対向している端部の間の経路において、少なくとも部分的に可変的である;
(d)前記中間層(3)を、外側ペイン(1)と前記内側ペイン(2)との間に配置する、ここで、前記コーティング(6)を備えている前記内側ペインの表面(III)が、前記中間層(3)に面しており、かつ、前記中間層(3)の前記端部が、前記上方端部(O)及び前記下方端部(U)の方向を向いており、かつ、ここで、前記複合ペイン(10)の全厚(d)が、少なくとも4.0mmである;かつ
(e)前記内側ペイン(2)及び前記外側ペイン(1)を、積層加工によって、一緒に結合させる。 - 前記導電性コーティング(6)を、物理的蒸気堆積(PVD)によって、好ましくは、カソードスパッタリングによって、特に好ましくは、磁場強化型カソードスパッタリングによって適用する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペインの、自動車における、好ましくは乗用車における、ヘッドアップディスプレイの投影表面としての役割を果たすウィンドシールドとしての、使用。
