Description
図1に示すように、本発明に係る第一実施形態は、銅箔基板のホットプレス成形に用いる、五層構造を有するクッション構造を提供する。図1に示すように、クッション構造は、第1の表面11及び反対面の第2の表面12を有する中間層10と、第1の表面11及び第2の表面12のそれぞれに設置された2つのゴム層20と、2つのゴム層20のそれぞれに設置された2つの表層30と、を備える。実際に応用する際に、中間層10及び表層30の材料は、アラミド繊維(Aramid fiber)である。より具体的に説明すると、中間層10は、パラアラミド繊維で形成された不織布層であり、2つの表層30はそれぞれ、メタアラミド繊維で織られた平織層である。
図1及び図2に合わせて、図3に示すように、本発明の第二実施形態は、五層構造を有するクッション構造の製造方法を提供する。クッション構造の製造方法は、第1の表面及び反対面の第2の表面を有する中間層を提供する工程S1と、ゴム層を介して表層を中間層の第1の表面に接着し、且つもう1つのゴム層を介して1つの表層を前記中間層の前記第2の表面に接着する工程S2と、を少なくとも含む。本発明に係る製造方法で製造されたクッション構造の熱伝達率は11.5℃/minを達成することができるため、熱伝導性に影響せずに所望のクッション効果を提供することができる。
主ゴムとして数平均分子量30,000である液状シリコーンゴム100重量部と、溶媒としてキシレン88重量部と、熱伝導性炭素材としてカーボンブラック3.3重量部と、発泡剤としてアゾジカルボンアミド0.11重量部とを混合することによって、ゴム組成物を得た。前記ゴム組成物を、厚みが2.2mmであるパラアラミド繊維で形成された不織布層(中間層)の両面にナイフ塗布機及びコンマロールで乾式塗布した後に、厚みが0.4mmであるメタアラミド繊維で織られた平織層をそれぞれ、ゴム組成物層に貼り合わせて、ラミネート機(Laminating machine)を用いて200℃で乾燥することによって、厚みが5mmであるクッション構造を製造した。
ゴム組成物の組成を下表1に示すように変更した以外は、実施例1と同じように実施例2のクッション構造を製造した。
ゴム組成物の組成を下表1に示すように変更したと共に、数平均分子量55,000である液状シリコーンゴムに変更した以外は、実施例1と同じように実施例3のクッション構造を製造した。
ゴム組成物の組成を下表1に示すように変更したと共に、数平均分子量100,000である液状シリコーンゴムに変更した以外は、実施例1と同じように実施例4のクッション構造を製造した。
本発明の有利な効果として、本発明に係るクッション構造は、「中間層と、2つのゴム層と、2つの表層とを備えるクッション構造」及び「ゴム層は、主ゴムと、溶媒と、熱伝導性炭素材と、発泡剤とを含むゴム組成物で形成される」といった技術特徴によって、良好な熱伝導性及び加圧均一性を与えられると共に、多回に再利用されることができる。本発明のもう1つの有利な効果として、本発明に係るクッション構造は、「シラン化合物で対応する表層の表面を処理することで形成されてなる表面処理層」といった技術特徴によって、液状シリコーンゴムが表層にある細孔から滲出して機器に粘着することを回避することができる。

Claims (15)
- 銅箔基板のホットプレス成形に用いる、クッション構造であって、
前記クッション構造は、
第1の表面及び反対面の第2の表面を有する中間層と、
前記中間層の前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面にそれぞれ設置される、2つのゴム層と、
2つの前記ゴム層にそれぞれ設置される、2つの表層と、を備え、
前記ゴム層のそれぞれは、主ゴムと、熱伝導性炭素材と、発泡剤とを含むゴム組成物で形成され、
前記主ゴムの添加量を100重量部として、前記熱伝導性炭素材の添加量は、3重量部~8重量部であり、前記発泡剤の添加量は、0.1重量部~5重量部であり、
前記主ゴムは、数平均分子量が30,000~100,000の液状シリコーンゴムであり、前記熱伝導性炭素材はカーボンブラックである、ことを特徴とするクッション構造。 - 2つの表面処理層を更に備え、1つの前記表面処理層は1つの前記ゴム層と1つの前記表層との間に設置され、もう1つの前記表面処理層はもう1つの前記ゴム層ともう1つの前記表層との間に設置される、請求項1に記載のクッション構造。
- 前記表面処理層は、シラン化合物を含む、請求項2に記載のクッション構造。
- 前記中間層は、パラアラミド繊維で形成された不織布層であり、2つの前記表層はそれぞれ、メタアラミド繊維で織られた平織層である、請求項1に記載のクッション構造。
- 前記中間層の厚みは2.2mm~2.3mmである、請求項1に記載のクッション構造。
- 前記ゴム層の厚みは1mm~1.3mmである、請求項1に記載のクッション構造。
- 前記クッション構造の熱伝達率は、11.5℃/minであり、熱伝達率は、下記式(I):
で計算される、請求項1に記載のクッション構造。 - 温度190℃、単位面積圧力25kg/cm2の条件で、前記ゴム層の回復率は、20%を超える、請求項1に記載のクッション構造。

前記クッション構造の製造方法は、
第1の表面及び反対面の第2の表面を有する中間層を提供する工程と、
ゴム層を介して表層を前記中間層の前記第1の表面に接着し、且つもう1つのゴム層を介してもう1つの表層を前記中間層の前記第2の表面に接着する工程と、
を含み、
前記ゴム層及びもう1つの前記ゴム層はそれぞれ、主ゴムと、熱伝導性炭素材と、発泡剤とを含むゴム組成物で形成され、
前記主ゴムの添加量を100重量部として、前記熱伝導性炭素材の添加量は、3重量部~8重量部であり、前記発泡剤の添加量は、0.1重量部~5重量部であり、
前記主ゴムは、数平均分子量が30,000~100,000の液状シリコーンゴムであり、前記熱伝導性炭素材はカーボンブラックである、ことを特徴とするクッション構造の製造方法。 - 前記ゴム層を介して前記表層を前記中間層の前記第1の表面に接着することは、前記表層に表面処理層を先に形成するステップと、前記表面処理層を介して前記ゴム層と前記表層とを一体となるように接着するステップと、前記ゴム層を前記中間層の前記第1の表面に貼り合わせるステップと、を含み、
もう1つの前記ゴム層を介してもう1つの前記表層を前記中間層の前記第2の表面に接着することは、もう1つの前記表層にもう1つの表面処理層を先に形成するステップと、もう1つの前記表面処理層を介して前記もう1つの前記ゴム層を前記もう1つの前記表層とを一体となるように接着するステップと、前記もう1つの前記ゴム層を前記中間層の前記第2の表面に貼り合わせるステップと、を含む、請求項9に記載のクッション構造の製造方法。 - 前記表層に前記表面処理層を先に形成するステップにおいて、シラン化合物で前記表層の一つの表面を処理することを更に含み、
もう1つの前記表層にもう1つの前記表面処理層を先に形成するステップにおいて、もう1つのシラン化合物でもう1つの前記表層の一つの表面を処理することを更に含む、請求項10に記載のクッション構造の製造方法。 - 前記中間層は、パラアラミド繊維で形成された不織布層であり、前記表層及びもう1つの前記表層はそれぞれ、メタアラミド繊維で織られた平織層である、請求項9に記載のクッション構造の製造方法。
- 前記中間層の厚みは2.2mm~2.3mmであり、前記ゴム層及びもう1つの前記ゴム層の厚みは1mm~1.3mmである、請求項9に記載のクッション構造の製造方法。
- 前記クッション構造の熱伝達率は、11.5℃/minであり、熱伝達率は、下記式(I):
で計算される、請求項9に記載のクッション構造の製造方法。 - 温度190℃、単位面積圧力25kg/cm2の条件で、前記ゴム層の回復率は、20%を超える、請求項9に記載のクッション構造の製造方法。
