Claims (8)
- 繊維材料からなる紙と、前記紙に含浸されたゴムとの複合体であって、
前記繊維材料と前記ゴムとの体積比率が1/1.5〜1/7.5であり、
前記複合体の空隙率が60〜90%である、熱プレス用クッション材。 - 前記繊維材料は、ガラス、ロックウール、炭素、セラミックス、金属、ポリベンザゾール、ポリイミド、芳香族ポリアミドおよびポリアミドからなる群から選ばれた1種または2種以上の材料を含む、請求項1に記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 前記繊維材料は、ガラスである、請求項1または2に記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 前記ゴムは、フッ素ゴム、EPM、EPDM、水素化ニトリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、アクリルゴムおよびブチルゴムからなる群から選ばれる1種または2種以上の材料を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 前記ゴムは、フッ素ゴムである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 前記紙の厚みが0.1〜1.0mmである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 繊維材料からなる紙と、前記紙に含浸されたゴムとの複合体であり、前記繊維材料と前記ゴムとの体積比率が1/1.5〜1/7.5であり、前記複合体の空隙率が60〜90%である熱プレス用クッション材の製造方法であって、
紙に対して未加硫ゴム溶液を浸透させる工程と、
前記紙に浸透した前記未加硫ゴム溶液を乾燥させる工程と、
乾燥した未加硫ゴムを加硫する工程とを備える、熱プレス用クッション材の製造方法。 - 前記加硫は非圧縮状態で行う、請求項7に記載の熱プレス用クッション材の製造方法。
