前記表示基板の一面上に配置され、複数の表示画素を含む発光素子層と、
前記発光素子層上に配置される第1封止層と、
前記表示基板の他面に付着された一面を有するセンシング基板と、
前記センシング基板の他面上に配置され、それぞれ定められた色の光を吸収してセンシングする複数のセンサ画素を含むセンシング素子層と、
前記センシング素子層上に配置され、複数のマイクロレンズを含む光屈折層と、
前記センシング素子層と前記光屈折層の間に配置される第2封止層と、を含み、
前記第1封止層及び前記第2封止層はそれぞれ順に積層された第1無機膜、有機膜、及び第2無機膜を含むことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記発光素子層上に配置される色変換素子層をさらに含み、

前記表示基板の他面に付着された一面を有するセンシング基板と、
前記センシング基板の他面上に配置され、それぞれ定められた色の光を吸収してセンシングする複数のセンサ画素を含むセンシング素子層と、
前記センシング素子層上に配置され、複数のマイクロレンズを含む光屈折層と、を含み、
前記複数のセンサ画素は、赤色光をセンシングする第1光電変換素子、緑色光をセンシングする第2光電変換素子、及び青色光をセンシングする第3光電変換素子を含み、
前記第1光電変換素子はフタロシアニン(phthalocyanine)を含み、
前記第2光電変換素子はホウ素サブフタロシアニンクロリド(boron subphthalocyanine chloride)またはN,N-ジメチルキナクリドン(N、N-dimethyl quinacridone)を含み、
前記第3光電変換素子はトリアリールアミン(triarylamines)またはオキサジアゾール含有オリゴアリール(oxadiazole-containing oligoaryls)を含むことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記光屈折層の1つのマイクロレンズは、前記センシング素子層の何れか1つの光電変換素子と重畳することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記センシング素子層と前記光屈折層の間に配置された色変換フィルタをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のセンサ画素は全ての色の光を吸収することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の表示装置。
- 前記色変換フィルタは、赤色の第1カラーフィルタ、緑色の第2カラーフィルタ、及び青色の第3カラーフィルタを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のマイクロレンズは、フォトレジスト(photoresist)方式、高熱モールディング(hot molding)方式、またはプリンティング(printing)方式により製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記各センサ画素は有機CMOSイメージセンサの光検知素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 表示基板の一面に配置され、各々が発光素子を含む複数の表示画素と、
前記複数の表示画素の上に配置される第1封止構造と、
前記一面に前記複数の表示画素により定義される複数の色領域を含む表示面と、
前記表示基板の他面に配置され、各々が光電変換素子を含む複数のセンシング画素と、
前記各センシング画素の上に配置されるマイクロレンズと、
前記各センシング画素と前記マイクロレンズとの間に配置される第2封止構造と、
前記表示基板の他面に複数のセンシング画素により定義される複数の吸収領域を含むセンシング面と、を含み、
前記第1封止構造及び前記第2封止構造はそれぞれ順に積層された第1無機膜、有機膜、及び第2無機膜を含み、
前記複数の表示画素の個数と前記複数のセンシング画素の個数が同じであることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記複数の表示画素は前記複数のセンシング画素と1対1マッチングされるが、
前記複数のセンシング画素のうち一センシング画素が収集したイメージ色は、前記一センシング画素とマッチングされる前記複数の表示画素のうち一表示画素を介して発光することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示面は、表示領域及び前記表示領域を取り囲む非表示領域を含み、
前記表示領域は、前記複数の色領域からなる発光領域及び前記各色領域を区分する非発光領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示領域内の前記表示装置を透過する物理的な開口を含まないことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の表示装置。
- 前記センシング面の面積は前記表示面の面積より小さいことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の色領域は、面積が互いに異なる赤色の第1色領域、緑色の第2色領域、及び青色の第3色領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の表示装置。
- 前記各吸収領域の面積は互いに同じであり、前記各色領域の面積は互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の表示装置。
- 両面型ベース基板と、
前記両面型ベース基板の一面上に配置される発光素子層と、
前記発光素子層上に配置される第1封止層と、
前記第1封止層上に配置される色変換素子層と、
前記両面型ベース基板の他面上に配置され、それぞれ定められた色の光を吸収してセンシングする複数のセンサ画素を含むセンシング素子層と、
前記センシング素子層上に配置され、複数のマイクロレンズを含む光屈折層と、
前記センシング素子層と前記光屈折層の間に配置される第2封止層と、を含み、
前記第1封止層及び前記第2封止層はそれぞれ順に積層された第1無機膜、有機膜、及び第2無機膜を含むことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記表示装置は、前記表示画素の直下において前記表示基板を貫通する穴を含まない、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
