Claims (7)
- 複数の袋を含む袋束を搬送する袋束搬送装置であって、
前記袋束を下方から支持する支持体と、
前記袋束を保持する保持部と、
前記保持部を搬送方向に移動させる移送駆動部と、を備え、
前記袋束が前記支持体により下方から支持され且つ前記保持部により保持されている状態で、前記移送駆動部が前記保持部を前記搬送方向へ移動させることで、前記袋束を前記搬送方向へ搬送し、
前記支持体は、前記袋束の下面の一部を露出させつつ、前記袋束を下方から支持し、
前記保持部は、前記袋束の下面のうち前記支持体から露出した部分に接触しつつ前記袋束を挟んで保持し、
前記複数の袋の各々は、各袋において局所的により大きな厚みを持つ厚み部を有し、
前記支持体により支持されている前記袋束において、前記複数の袋の各々が隣り合う袋と部分的に重なるように、前記複数の袋は前記搬送方向にずらされており、
前記保持部は、前記袋束に含まれる全ての袋を挟むことで前記袋束を保持する、袋束搬送装置。 - 前記支持体は、前記搬送方向に延びる延在スペースを有し、
前記袋束を前記搬送方向へ搬送する間、前記保持部は前記延在スペースを通って移動する請求項1に記載の袋束搬送装置。 - 前記支持体を前記搬送方向に移動させる搬送駆動部を備え、
前記袋束が前記支持体により下方から支持され且つ前記保持部により保持されている状態で、前記搬送駆動部及び前記移送駆動部が前記支持体及び前記保持部を一緒に前記搬送方向へ移動させることで、前記袋束を前記搬送方向へ搬送する請求項1又は2に記載の袋束搬送装置。 - 前記支持体は、搬送ベルトを有し、
前記袋束は、前記搬送ベルトに載せられることで、下方から支持され、
前記搬送駆動部は、前記搬送ベルトを前記搬送方向に走行させる請求項3に記載の袋束搬送装置。 - 前記支持体は、複数の搬送ベルトを有し、
前記袋束は、前記複数の搬送ベルトに載せられることで、下方から支持され、
前記搬送駆動部は、前記複数の搬送ベルトを前記搬送方向に走行させ、
前記複数の搬送ベルトのうち隣り合って位置する2つの搬送ベルト間に前記延在スペースが設けられている請求項2を引用する請求項3又は4に記載の袋束搬送装置。 - 前記袋束は、前記複数の袋の少なくともいずれかの前記厚み部が前記支持体に接触している状態で、前記支持体によって支持される請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の袋束搬送装置。
- 複数の袋を含む袋束を搬送する袋束搬送方法であって、
支持体によって前記袋束を下方から支持する工程と、
保持部によって前記袋束を保持する工程と、
前記袋束が前記支持体により下方から支持され且つ前記保持部により保持されている状態で、前記保持部を搬送方向へ移動させることで、前記袋束を前記搬送方向へ搬送する工程と、を含み、
前記支持体は、前記袋束の下面の一部を露出させつつ、前記袋束を下方から支持し、
前記保持部は、前記袋束の下面のうち前記支持体から露出した部分に接触しつつ前記袋束を挟んで保持し、
前記複数の袋の各々は、各袋において局所的により大きな厚みを持つ厚み部を有し、
前記支持体により支持されている前記袋束において、前記複数の袋の各々が隣り合う袋と部分的に重なるように、前記複数の袋は前記搬送方向にずらされており、
前記保持部は、前記袋束に含まれる全ての袋を挟むことで前記袋束を保持する、袋束搬送方法。
