Description
黄変防止が必要とされる部分、例えば、消費者向けの屋外用ハウジング部品、自動車外装部品、又は高反射性用途等、より特に、発光ダイオードコンポーネントの製造における部分に使用されるプラスチックへ、有機銅錯体及び有機ホスフィン酸塩を含む安定剤組成物を導入することによって、非常に良好な黄変防止性能、及び、それ故に長時間の熱エイジング後においても優れた反射性が達成できたことが見出されたことは、驚くべきことである。この発見に基づき、本発明者らは、本発明を完成させた。
本発明の目的は、有機ホスフィン酸塩及び有機銅錯体を含む混合物を含む安定剤組成物により達成され得た。
A).約30%~約97%の半芳香族ポリアミド、
B).約2%~約50%の白色顔料
C).約0.1%~約2%の有機銅錯体を含む混合物、
D).約0.05%~約2%の有機ホスフィン酸塩、
E).0~約50%の充填剤
を含む。
ブリュッゴレン(Bruggolen)H3350 有機銅塩錯体及びKIを含む混合物、ブリュッゲマン社(Brueggemann-Gruppe)(ドイツ)から入手。
ホスタノックス(Hostanox)(登録商標) P-EPQ 有機亜リン酸塩、クラリアント(Clariant)社から入手。
SBP ベンゼンホスフィン酸ナトリウム、ハンゾウケムファ(Hangzhou Chemfar)社から入手。
NaHPO2 無機ホスフィン酸塩。
HIWAX 110P 潤滑油、三井化学社から入手。
NYLOSTAB S-EED UV安定剤、クラリアント社から入手。
TiO2 TiO2クロノス(Kronos)2220、クロノス社から入手。
Claims (20)
- 有機ホスフィン酸塩、及び有機銅錯体を含む混合物を含み、
前記混合物が、ハロゲン含有化合物をさらに含み、
前記混合物が、当該混合物の総質量に基づき、それぞれ、50質量%~75質量%のハロゲン含有化合物、及び、25質量%~50質量%の有機銅錯体を含み、
前記有機銅錯体を含む混合物に対する前記有機ホスフィン酸塩の質量比が、0.1~10である、
安定剤組成物。 - 前記ハロゲン含有化合物が、金属ハロゲン化物である、請求項1に記載の安定剤組成物。
- 前記有機銅錯体が、配位中心としての銅原子又は銅イオン及び有機配位子としての有機部分を有する配位化合物である、請求項1~2の何れか1項に記載の安定剤組成物。
- 前記有機部分が、トリフェニルホスフィン、メルカプトベンズイミダゾール、エチレンジアミン四酢酸、アセチルアセトネート、エチレンジアミン、オキサレート、ジエチレントリアミン、トリエチレンテトラミン、ピリジン、ジホスホン及びジピリジルから成る群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項3に記載の安定剤組成物。
- 前記混合物が、当該混合物の総質量に基づき、それぞれ、50質量%~75質量%のヨウ化カリウム、及び、25質量%~50質量%の有機銅錯体を含む、請求項1に記載の安定剤組成物。
- 前記C6~C18アリール基が、非置換であるか、又は、C1~C10アルキル基、C3~C10シクロアルキル基、C1~C10アルコキシル基、C3~C10シクロアルコキシル基、C1~C10アルキルチオ基、C3~C10シクロアルキルチオ基、C1~C10アルキルアミノ基、C3~C10シクロアルキルアミン基、C6~C18アリール基、C6~C18アリールオキシ基、C6~C18アリールチオ基、C6~C18アリールアミノ基、ハロゲン原子及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される置換基により置換された基であり得る、請求項6に記載の安定剤組成物。
- 前記C6~C18アリール基が、C6~C16アリール基であり得る、請求項6に記載の安定剤組成物。
- 黄変防止が必要とされる部分に使用されるプラスチックの黄変防止を改良するための請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の安定剤組成物の使用方法。
- 請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の安定剤組成物を含む、プラスチック組成物。
- 前記プラスチックが、熱可塑性樹脂である、請求項10に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、脂肪族ポリアミド及び/又は半芳香族ポリアミド及び/又はこれらのコポリマーのようなポリアミドであって、前記ポリアミドの量が、プラスチック組成物の総質量に基づき、30%~97%である、請求項11に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記有機銅錯体を含む混合物の量が、プラスチック組成物の総質量に基づき、0.1%~2%である、請求項10~12の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記有機ホスフィン酸塩の量が、プラスチック組成物の総質量に基づき、0.05%~2%である、請求項10~13の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記プラスチック組成物が、白色顔料をさらに含む、請求項10~14の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記白色顔料が、TiO2、ZnO、BaSO4、及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される、請求項15に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記白色顔料の量が、プラスチック組成物の総質量に基づき、2%~50%である、請求項15に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- A).30%~97%の半芳香族ポリアミド、
B).2%~50%の白色顔料
C).0.1%~2%の有機銅錯体を含む混合物、
D).0.05%~2%の有機ホスフィン酸塩、
E).0~50%の充填材
を含む、請求項10に記載のプラスチック組成物。 - 請求項10~18の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物から得られる物品。
- 前記物品が、ハウジング、反射物又は反射板のような発光ダイオードのコンポーネントである、請求項19に記載の物品。
