以上、この発明の実施形態について説明したが、この発明には他にも実施形態が考えられる。例えば次の通りである。
Claims (4)
- スピーカユニットと、
前記スピーカユニットまたは前記スピーカユニットが取り付けられる部材よりも可動性が低い支持体と、
前記スピーカユニットまたは前記スピーカユニットが取り付けられる部材と前記支持体との間に設けられた制振部材と
を具備し、
前記制振部材は、第1部材と、第2部材と、第3部材とから構成され、
前記第1部材は中空領域を有し、前記第2部材は前記中空領域に挿入され、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材は、前記中空領域に間隙を空けて相互に対向する第1対向領域および第2対向領域を各々有し、
前記第3部材は、前記第1部材および前記第2部材より低い弾性率を有し、
前記第1対向領域と前記第2対向領域との間隙に前記第3部材がせん断変形をするように配置され、
前記第3部材を介して、前記第1部材と前記第2部材が接続され、
前記スピーカユニットはフランジを介して前記スピーカユニットが取り付けられる部材に取り付けられ、前記制振部材はフランジと重なる位置に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする音響装置。 - 前記支持体が車両内の部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音響装置。
- 前記スピーカユニットが取り付けられる部材がリアトレイであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の音響装置。
- スピーカユニットまたは前記スピーカユニットが取り付けられる部材と、前記スピーカユニットが取り付けられる部材よりも可動性が低い支持体との間に制振部材を設け、
前記制振部材を、第1部材と、第2部材と、第3部材とから構成し、
前記第1部材に中空領域を設け、前記第2部材を前記中空領域に挿入し、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材には、前記中空領域に間隙を空けて相互に対向する第1対向領域および第2対向領域を各々設け、
前記第3部材は、前記第1部材および前記第2部材より低い弾性率とし、
前記第1対向領域と前記第2対向領域との間隙に前記第3部材をせん断変形をするように配置し、
前記第3部材を介して、前記第1部材と前記第2部材を接続し、
前記スピーカユニットはフランジを介して前記スピーカユニットが取り付けられる部材に取り付け、前記制振部材はフランジと重なる位置に設け、
前記制振部材により前記スピーカユニットおよび前記スピーカユニットが取り付けられる部材に発生する振動を抑制することを特徴とする振動抑制方法。
