Abstract
Description
図1は、この発明の第1実施形態である制振部材100Aが筐体1に取り付けられたスピーカの構成を示す断面図である。図1において、筐体1は、スピーカユニットSPが設けられた前面壁1F、背面壁1B、左側面壁1L、右側面壁1R、図示しない床面壁および天井面壁に囲まれた直方体形状の筐体である。本実施形態による制振部材100Aは、全体として略棒状の部材であり、左側面壁1Lの略中央と右側面壁1Rの略中央に両端を接触させ、左側面壁1Lおよび右側面壁1R間に挟まれた状態で筐体1内に固定されている。制振部材100Aは、接着材により両端を左側面壁1Lおよび右側面壁1Rに固定してもよいが、左側面壁1Lおよび右側面壁1Rへの接触圧により固定してもよい。
図4はこの発明の第2実施形態である制振部材100Bの構成を示す断面図である。上記第1実施形態と同様、この制振部材100Bも全体として略棒状をなし、スピーカ等の筐体の対向する2つの壁面間に挟まれた状態で筐体に取り付けられる。
図5はこの発明の第3実施形態である制振部材100Cの構成を示す断面図である。上記第1および第2実施形態と同様、この制振部材100Cも全体として略棒状をなし、スピーカ等の筐体の対向する2つの壁面間に挟まれた状態で筐体に取り付けられる。
以上、この発明の第1〜第3実施形態について説明したが、この発明には他にも実施形態が考えられる。例えば次の通りである。
Claims (7)
- 音響装置の筐体内部に取り付けられる制振部材であって、
第1部材と、第2部材と、第3部材とから構成され、
前記第3部材を介して、前記第1部材と前記第2部材が接続されており、
前記第3部材は、前記第1部材および前記第2部材より低い弾性率を有する
ことを特徴とする制振部材。 - 前記第1部材と前記第2部材は、相互に対向した第1対向領域および第2対向領域を各々有し、
前記第1対向領域と前記第2対向領域との間隙に前記第3部材が配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の制振部材。 - 前記第1部材または前記第2部材の少なくとも一方に前記制振部材の全長を調整する全長調整部を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の制振部材。 - 前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、筒形状であり、
前記第1部材は、前記第2部材が挿入される中空領域を有し、
前記第1部材の中空領域の内壁面と当該中空領域に挿入された前記第2部材の外壁面に前記第3部材が挟み込まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の制振部材。 - 前記第1部材または前記第2部材の少なくとも一方に開口を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の制振部材。 - 前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、板体であり、
前記第1部材の板面と前記第2部材の板面に前記第3部材が挟み込まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の制振部材。 - 筐体内の一面に前記第1部材が接し、前記一面と異なる面に前記第2部材が接することを特徴とする
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の制振部材を設けた音響装置。
