(比較例)
比較例は、添加剤を含有しない電解液組成物である。電解液組成物は、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(LiTFSI)を含有する
図6A~図6Bを参照されたい。図6A~図6Bは、それぞれ、アルミニウム箔が本発明の第1実施例の電解液組成物に一週間及び二週間浸漬した後の表面形状SEM写真である。電解液組成物は、1mのLiTFSI及び0.1mの8-ヒドロキシキノリンを含有する。図6Aに示すように、一週間の浸漬後、アルミニウム箔表面にわずかな腐食現象しか現れなかった。図6Bに示すように、二週間の浸漬後、アルミニウム箔表面の腐食領域の面積はわずかに増加した。
図10A~図10Bは、それぞれ、アルミニウム箔が本発明の第2実施例の電解液組成物に一週間及び二週間浸漬した後の表面形状SEM写真である。電解液組成物は、1mのLiTFSI及び0.1mの5-ホルミル-8-ヒドロキシキノリンを含有する。図10Aに示すように、一週間の浸漬後、アルミニウム箔表面にはほとんど腐食現象が現れなかった。図10Bに示すように、二週間の浸漬後も、アルミニウム箔表面にはほとんど腐食現象が現れなかった。

Claims (12)
- 電解液組成物であって、前記電解液組成物が正極のアルミニウム表面に接触するように組み立てられ、前記電解液組成物は、電解液とヒドロキシキノリン系化合物とを含有し、前記ヒドロキシキノリン系化合物は、5-ホルミル-8-ヒドロキシキノリンである、ことを特徴とする電解液組成物。
- 前記電解液はリチウム塩を含有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記リチウム塩は、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(LiTFSI)、リチウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド(LiFSI)、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)、過塩素酸リチウム(LiClO4)及びテトラフルオロホウ酸リチウム(LiBF 4 )のいずれか1つを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記電解液組成物に対する前記ヒドロキシキノリン系化合物の重量パーセント濃度が0.1 wt%~2.5 wt%である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記電解液組成物の粘度範囲は、1 mPa・s~6 mPa・sである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記アルミニウム表面は、集電体の表面である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 二次電池であって、正極と電解液組成物を含み、
前記正極は、アルミニウム表面を備え、
前記電解液組成物は、前記アルミニウム表面に接触するように組み立てられ、
前記電解液組成物は、電解液と、ヒドロキシキノリン系化合物とを含有し、前記ヒドロキシキノリン系化合物は、5-ホルミル-8-ヒドロキシキノリンである、ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記電解液は、リチウム塩を含有する、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リチウム塩は、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(LiTFSI)、リチウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド(LiFSI)、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)、過塩素酸リチウム(LiClO4)及びテトラフルオロホウ酸リチウム(LiBF 4 )のいずれか1つを含有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液組成物に対して、前記ヒドロキシキノリン系化合物の重量パーセント濃度は、0.1 wt%~2.5 wt%である、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液組成物の粘度範囲は、1 mPa・s~6 mPa・sである、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記アルミニウム表面は、集電体の表面である、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
