Description
曲げ強さと曲げ弾性率とは、JIS K 7017:1999(A法・クラスIII試験片)に準拠し、精密万能試験機(株式会社島津製作所製、商品名:オートグラフAG-5000B)によって測定を行う。
Eガラス組成を有するフィラメント径17μmのガラスフィラメントが2000本集束されて形成され、撚数が0.10回/25mmであって、その質量に対して0.20質量%のシランカップリング剤が付着した、ガラスロービング(ガラスダイレクトロービング)を経糸及び緯糸として用いた。経糸及び緯糸となるガラスロービングを、経糸織密度Wtを7.0本/25mm、緯糸織密度Wyを6.5本/25mmとし、レピア織機を用いて、2/2綾織に製織して、ガラスロービングクロスを得た。このガラスロービングクロスに対して、水流圧力を1.0MPaに設定した水流圧力による開繊処理を行い、実施例1のガラスロービングクロスを得た。
[製織性の評価]
毛羽による緯糸打ち込み不良発生回数が1回/50m未満であり、かつ、経糸及び緯糸に目曲りが発生していない場合に、「A」と評価した。製織時の毛羽によるヨコ糸打ち込み不良発生回数が1~5回/50m以上であり、かつ、経糸及び緯糸に目曲りが発生していない場合に、「B」と評価した。製織時の毛羽によるヨコ糸打ち込み不良発生回数が5回/50m以上超であるか、経糸及び緯糸に目曲りが発生している場合に「C」と評価した。
[樹脂含浸性の評価]
実施例1のガラスロービングクロス4枚を積層しながら、ガラス含有率が70.0質量%となるように、これらの層間にポリアミド樹脂粉体(東レ株式会社製、商品名:1001P、表1中「PA」と表記する)を均一に散布した後、高温プレス機で温度250℃、加圧時間10分の条件でプレスを行い実施例1のガラス繊維強化樹脂シートを得た。得られたガラス繊維強化樹脂シート中に、樹脂が含浸せずガラスの透明な状態の部分が残っていない場合に樹脂含浸性を「可」、残っている場合に「不可」とした。
[賦形性の評価]
半球の金属型を用い、ガラス繊維強化樹脂シートに加圧プレスを行った際に、半球状の形状が得られ、ガラス繊維強化樹脂シート中のガラスロービングクロスにしわが無く外観が良好な場合に、「A」と評価した。また、半球状の形状が得られたが、ガラス繊維強化樹脂シート中のガラスロービングクロスにしわが入り外観に不良である場合に、「B」と評価した。また、十分な半球状の形状が得られなかった場合に、「C」と評価した。
[実施例2]
Eガラス組成を有するフィラメント径17μmのガラスフィラメントが2000本集束されて形成され、撚数が0.10回/25mmであって、その質量に対して0.12質量%のシランカップリング剤が付着した、ガラスロービングを経糸及び緯糸として用いた。経糸及び緯糸となるガラスロービングを、経糸織密度Wtを7.0本/25mm、緯糸織密度Wyを6.5本/25mmとし、レピア織機を用いて、2/2綾織に製織して、ガラスロービングクロスを得た。このガラスロービングクロスに対して、水流圧力を1.0MPaに設定した水流圧力による開繊処理を行い、実施例2のガラスロービングクロスを得た。
[実施例3]
Eガラス組成を有するフィラメント径17μmのガラスフィラメントが2000本集束されて形成され、撚数が0.10回/25mmであって、その質量に対して0.40質量%のシランカップリング剤が付着した、ガラスロービングを経糸及び緯糸として用いた。経糸及び緯糸となるガラスロービングを、経糸織密度Wtを7.0本/25mm、緯糸織密度Wyを6.5本/25mmとし、レピア織機を用いて、2/2綾織に製織して、ガラスロービングクロスを得た。このガラスロービングクロスに対して、水流圧力を1.0MPaに設定した水流圧力による開繊処理を行い、実施例3のガラスロービングクロスを得た。
[実施例4]
Eガラス組成を有するフィラメント径17μmのガラスフィラメントが2000本集束されて形成され、撚数が0.10回/25mmであって、その質量に対して0.20質量%のシランカップリング剤が付着した、ガラスロービングを経糸及び緯糸として用いた。経糸及び緯糸となるガラスロービングを、経糸織密度Wtを7.0本/25mm、緯糸織密度Wyを6.5本/25mmとし、レピア織機を用いて、1/3綾織に製織して、ガラスロービングクロスを得た。このガラスロービングクロスに対して、水流圧力を1.0MPaに設定した水流圧力による開繊処理を行い、実施例4のガラスロービングクロスを得た。
[比較例1]
Eガラス組成を有するフィラメント径17μmのガラスフィラメントが2000本集束されて形成され、撚数が0.10回/25mmであって、その質量に対して0.20質量%のシランカップリング剤が付着した、ガラスロービングを経糸及び緯糸として用いた。経糸及び緯糸となるガラスロービングを、経糸織密度Wtを7.0本/25mm、緯糸織密度Wyを6.5本/25mmとし、レピア織機を用いて、2/2綾織に製織して、ガラスロービングクロスを得た。このガラスロービングクロスに対して、水流圧力を3.0MPaに設定した水流圧力による開繊処理を行い、比較例1のガラスロービングクロスを得た。
[比較例2]
Eガラス組成を有するフィラメント径17μmのガラスフィラメントが2000本集束されて形成され、撚数が0.10回/25mmであって、その質量に対して0.20質量%のシランカップリング剤が付着した、ガラスロービングを経糸及び緯糸として用いた。経糸及び緯糸となるガラスロービングを、経糸織密度Wtを7.0本/25mm、緯糸織密度Wyを6.5本/25mmとし、レピア織機を用いて、平織に製織して、ガラスロービングクロスを得た。このガラスロービングクロスに対して、水流圧力を1.0MPaに設定した水流圧力による開繊処理を行い、比較例2のガラスロービングクロスを得た。
[比較例3]
Eガラス組成を有するフィラメント径17μmのガラスフィラメントが1000本集束されて形成され、撚数が0.10回/25mmであって、その質量に対して0.20質量%のシランカップリング剤が付着した、ガラスロービングを経糸及び緯糸として用いた。経糸及び緯糸となるガラスロービングを、経糸織密度Wtを14.0本/25mm、緯糸織密度Wyを13.0本/25mmとし、レピア織機を用いて、1/3綾織に製織して、ガラスロービングクロスを得た。このガラスロービングクロスに対して、水流圧力を1.0MPaに設定した水流圧力による開繊処理を行い、比較例3のガラスロービングクロスを得た。
Claims (6)
- 経糸と緯糸とから構成されるガラスロービングクロスであって、
9.5~30.0μmの範囲のフィラメント径Dtを備えるガラスフィラメントが、400~8000本の範囲の集束本数Ftで集束されてなるガラスロービングを経糸とし、
9.5~30.0μmの範囲のフィラメント径Dyを備えるガラスフィラメントが、400~8000本の範囲の集束本数Fyで集束されてなるガラスロービングを緯糸とし、
前記経糸の織密度Wt、及び、前記緯糸の織密度Wyが、それぞれ、2.0~14.0本/25mmの範囲にあり、
経糸平均糸幅Bt、及び、緯糸平均糸幅Byが、それぞれ、500~8000μmの範囲にあり、
経糸拡幅率Et(100×Bt/(Dt×Ft))、及び、緯糸拡幅率Ey(100×By/(Dy×Fy))が、それぞれ、3.0~30.0%の範囲にあり、
経糸方向ガラス占有率Mt(100×Bt/(25000(μm)/Wt))が、90.0~106.0%の範囲にあり、
緯糸方向ガラス占有率My(100×By/(25000(μm)/Wy))が、75.0~99.0%の範囲にあり、
前記経糸及び緯糸として用いられるガラスロービングには、0.01~0.20回/25mmの範囲の撚りがかけられていることを特徴とする、
ガラスロービングクロス。 - 請求項1に記載のガラスロービングクロスにおいて、前記Mtが、98.0~105.0%の範囲にあり、
前記Myが、80.0~98.0%の範囲にあることを特徴とする、ガラスロービングクロス。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のガラスロービングクロスにおいて、前記ガラスロービングクロスの強熱減量が、0.16~0.30%であることを特徴とする、ガラスロービングクロス。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のガラスロービングクロスにおいて、前記Et及びEyが、それぞれ、7.0~11.4%の範囲であることを特徴とする、ガラスロービングクロス。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のガラスロービングクロスを含む、ガラス繊維強化樹脂シート。
- 請求項5に記載のガラス繊維強化樹脂シートにおいて、前記ガラス繊維強化樹脂シートの全量に対する、前記ガラスロービングクロスの質量の割合が、50.0~85.0質量%であることを特徴とする、ガラス繊維強化樹脂シート。
